1. A method for knitting a plate by utilizing a thermoplastic continuous fiber band is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) slitting treatment:

sending the continuous fiber band material into a splitting machine for splitting treatment to obtain a narrow fiber band material;

(2) and (3) knitting treatment:

feeding the narrow-width fiber band material prepared in the step (1) into weaving equipment for weaving treatment to obtain a continuous fiber woven band material;

(3) thermal forming treatment:

and (3) sending the continuous fiber woven belt material prepared in the step (2) into a thermoforming machine for thermoforming treatment, and obtaining the thermoplastic continuous fiber woven plate after the thermoforming treatment is finished.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the continuous fiber tapes in step (1) are made of thermoplastic resin and fiber material.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the thermoplastic resin and the fiber material are contained in the continuous fiber tape in an amount of 30 to 70 wt% and 30 to 70 wt%, respectively.

4. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the thermoplastic resin is at least one of polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate and polyamide.

5. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fiber material is continuous glass fiber or continuous carbon fiber, and the length of the fiber is not less than 20 cm.

6. The method for knitting a plate material with the thermoplastic continuous fiber tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the narrow fiber tape in the step (1) is 5 to 30 mm.

7. The method for knitting a plate material using a thermoplastic continuous fiber tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the knitting process in the step (2) is performed by a cross knitting method.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of thermoplastic material processing, and particularly relates to a method for weaving a plate by using a thermoplastic continuous fiber tape.

Background

The thermoplastic continuous fiber strip has the characteristic of high strength, is widely applied to the fields of automobiles and aerospace at present, and is made into a plate in a multi-layer composite mode because of the characteristic of anisotropy, so that the surface fiber of the prepared plate shows a slippage phenomenon when the plate is subjected to thermal forming, and further the use stability and the service life of the plate are influenced. There is therefore a need for an improved process for this process.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a method for knitting a sheet material with a thermoplastic continuous fiber tape, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems in the background art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a method of knitting a sheet from a thermoplastic continuous fiber tape, comprising the steps of:

(1) slitting treatment:

sending the continuous fiber band material into a splitting machine for splitting treatment to obtain a narrow fiber band material;

(2) and (3) knitting treatment:

feeding the narrow-width fiber band material prepared in the step (1) into weaving equipment for weaving treatment to obtain a continuous fiber woven band material;

(3) thermal forming treatment:

and (3) sending the continuous fiber woven belt material prepared in the step (2) into a thermoforming machine for thermoforming treatment, and obtaining the thermoplastic continuous fiber woven plate after the thermoforming treatment is finished.

Further, the continuous fiber strip material in the step (1) is made of thermoplastic resin and fiber materials.

Furthermore, the thermoplastic resin and the fiber material in the continuous fiber strip material are 30-70% and 30-70% in percentage by weight.

Further, the thermoplastic resin is at least one of polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate and polyamide.

Further, the fiber material is continuous glass fiber or continuous carbon fiber, and the length of the fiber is not less than 20 cm.

Further, the width of the narrow-width fiber band material in the step (1) is 5-30 mm.

Referring to fig. 1, a method of knitting a sheet material using a thermoplastic continuous fiber tape includes the steps of:

(2) and (3) knitting treatment:

sending the narrow-width fiber band material 3 prepared in the step (1) into weaving equipment 4 for weaving treatment to obtain a continuous fiber woven band material 5;

(3) thermal forming treatment:

and (3) sending the continuous fiber woven belt material 5 prepared in the step (2) into a thermoforming machine 6 for thermoforming treatment, and obtaining the thermoplastic continuous fiber woven plate 7 after the thermoforming treatment is finished.

The continuous fiber tape 1 described in the step (1) is made of a thermoplastic resin and a fiber material.

The thermoplastic resin and the fiber material in the continuous fiber strip 1 are 30-70% and 30-70% by weight respectively.

The fiber material is continuous glass fiber or continuous carbon fiber, and the length of the fiber is not less than 20 cm.
