a. adjusting the stamping quantity of an upper die, the section space of the upper die and the lower die and the transverse movement quantity of the upper die of the metal mesh machine;

b. making the copper foil pass through the space between the upper die and the lower die, and punching and shearing the copper foil into a copper mesh through the upper die;

c. placing a pressure rod on the surface of the copper mesh, applying tension to the copper mesh, and stretching the copper mesh;

b. and flattening the copper mesh.

5. The method according to claim 4,

in the step a, the stamping amount of the upper die is 0.55 mm-0.70 mm, the section space between the upper die and the lower die is 0-10 mu m, and the transverse displacement amount of the upper die is 1.25 mm-1.65 mm.

6. The method according to claim 4,

in the step c, the applied tension is 2-4N.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of microporous metal nets, in particular to a microporous copper net for lightning protection and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Modern advanced aircraft have largely adopted advanced composite materials for improved flight performance, which provide good strength and stiffness characteristics and reduced weight, but are not as conductive as metallic materials and cannot rapidly dissipate the current and heat of lightning strikes, so that the composite material suffers great loss from lightning strikes. To provide lightning strike protection to aerospace structural composites such as aircraft, metal conductor additions or wire netting systems of different configurations may be attached to the outer surface of the composite to provide excellent electrical conductivity to spread and divert current away from the attachment site to reduce physical damage from a lightning strike event.

At present, common lightning protection metal nets at home and abroad mainly comprise metal wire woven nets and ductile metal stretched nets, and the materials are mainly copper or aluminum. The lap resistance between the woven wire mesh metal wires is larger, the lightning protection effect is far less than that of a ductile metal mesh, and the woven wire mesh is easy to break and collapse due to strong electromagnetic force generated by lightning current. The ductile metal stretching net has small loop resistance, good lightning current protection performance and uniform surface, and does not influence the aerodynamic performance of the airplane. Metallic tensile mesh has therefore become the most important method in aircraft composite lightning protection. In order to reduce the influence of interface contact resistance on the lightning protection capability of the metal mesh, the interface lap joint of the metal mesh should be reduced as much as possible, namely the whole metal mesh is used as much as possible, so that the width of the metal mesh is required to be as large as possible, and the lap joint between meshes is reduced to ensure good lightning protection capability.

When the ductile metal mesh is selected, the metal mesh is enabled to meet the current conducting capacity, and then the lightning protection capacity of the ductile lightning protection metal mesh under the lightning current impact action is inspected. Researches show that the current conducting capacity and the lightning protection effect of the metal copper mesh are better than those of the metal aluminum mesh. Because the strength, toughness and elasticity of the rolled copper foil are superior to those of electrolytic copper foil, the metal copper mesh is prepared by the rolled copper foil at present, the width of the prepared copper mesh is not more than 650mm, the electrolytic copper foil belongs to a columnar crystal texture structure, the properties such as strength and toughness are inferior to those of the rolled copper foil, the copper mesh prepared by the electrolytic copper foil is low in strength, and particularly, the phenomena of cracking and breaking of the wide copper mesh are easy to occur during forming of the wide copper mesh, and continuous forming is difficult. At present, the width of the domestic rolled copper foil is below 650mm, and the limit width is below 800mm, which restricts the size of the manufactured protective net.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve at least one of the above problems, and the present invention provides a microporous copper mesh for lightning protection and a method for preparing the same.

According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a microporous copper mesh for lightning protection, which is made of an electrolytic copper foil, and has a thickness of 0.051mm to 0.076mm, a long pitch a of 2.50mm to 3.30mm, and a short pitch b of 1.15mm to 1.45 mm.

Wherein the width of the microporous copper net for lightning protection is more than 910mm, and the length of the microporous copper net is more than 100 m.

Wherein, the shape of the mesh of the micropore copper net is rhombic or hexagonal.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a microporous copper mesh for lightning protection, comprising the steps of:

a. adjusting the stamping quantity of an upper die, the section space of the upper die and the lower die and the transverse movement quantity of the upper die of the metal mesh machine;

b. making the copper foil pass through the space between the upper die and the lower die, and punching and shearing the copper foil into a copper mesh through the upper die;

c. placing a pressure rod on the surface of the copper mesh, applying tension to the copper mesh, and stretching the copper mesh;

b. and flattening the copper mesh.

In the step a, the stamping amount of the upper die is 0.55-0.70 mm, the section space between the upper die and the lower die is 0-10 mu m, and the transverse displacement amount of the upper die is 1.25-1.65 mm.

Wherein, in the step c, the applied tension is 2-4N.

The protection microporous copper mesh provided by the invention effectively improves the strength of the copper mesh prepared by electrolytic copper foil under the condition of meeting the conductivity condition, thereby providing a method for preparing a wide copper mesh, the method has the advantages that the distance between the tangent planes of the upper die and the lower die (the length of the tangent plane reaches 1100mm) is controlled to be infinitely close to zero without collision, meanwhile, the stamping amount of the upper die is always kept consistent in the span of 1100mm, so that the prepared copper mesh has stable and consistent mesh size in the whole breadth, regular shape and difficult fracture, the problems that the prior art cannot produce the copper mesh with the breadth of 1000mm, and the lightning protection material can only adopt a plurality of narrow copper meshes for splicing, thus leading to poor lightning protection effect are solved, the continuously prepared integrally-formed ultrathin wide-width microporous copper mesh can be integrally coated in a typical lightning environment subarea of an airplane, and meets the requirement of advanced airplane lightning protection.

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

The invention provides an ultrathin and wide lightning protection net, the conductivity, toughness and strength of the net can be integrally coated in a typical lightning environment zone of an airplane, and the lightning protection requirement of an advanced airplane is met.

The microporous copper net for lightning protection is prepared from electrolytic copper foil, and has a thickness of 0.051 mm-0.076 mm, a long pitch a of 2.50 mm-3.30 mm and a short pitch b of 1.15 mm-1.45 mm. The width of the microporous copper net for lightning protection is more than 910mm, and the length of the microporous copper net is more than 100 m. The shape of the mesh of the microporous copper net is rhombic or hexagonal.

Wherein the long pitch a represents the length of the mesh of the microporous copper mesh and the short pitch b is the width of the mesh of the microporous copper mesh. Taking a diamond mesh as an example, as shown in fig. 1, the length of a long diamond diagonal line from a node center to a node center is marked as a long pitch a; the length of a short diamond diagonal from the node center to the node center is marked as a short pitch b; the distance between the upper surface and the lower surface of the metal mesh is marked as thickness c; the width of the metal plate for manufacturing a silk stalk is marked as the stalk width d; the distance from one end boundary to the other end boundary perpendicular to the metal mesh processing direction is marked as the width e; the distance parallel to the machine direction of the wire mesh from one end boundary to the end point is denoted as length f.

The preparation method of the microporous copper mesh for lightning protection comprises the following steps: a. adjusting the stamping amount of an upper die of a metal mesh machine to 0.55-0.70 mm, the section space of the upper die and the lower die is 0-10 mu m, and the transverse displacement amount of the upper die is 1.25-1.65 mm; b. passing a copper foil through a feeding roller, passing the copper foil between an upper die and a lower die, and punching and shearing the copper foil into a copper mesh through the upper die; c. placing a cylindrical compression bar on the surface of the copper mesh, and applying tension to the copper mesh, wherein the tension is 2-4N; d. and conveying the copper mesh to a precision leveling machine for flattening, wherein the press roll interval of the leveling machine is 0.051-0.076 mm.
