specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the oil storage box 1801 is filled with lubricating grease, under the action of gravity, the lubricating oil inside the oil storage box 1801 continuously descends along the oil guide tube 1802 and enters the fixing ring 1803, the lubricating oil is separated out from the small holes at the front end and the rear end inside the fixing ring 1803 to coat the injection plunger 17, and the foam layer 1804 can make the separated lubricating oil coat back and forth in the process of continuous insertion and drawing of the injection plunger 17, so that aggregation and outflow are prevented, and the function of lubricating the injection part is realized.

Example 6: the top end of the first fixing seat 10 is provided with a smoke and dust odor collecting mechanism 19, the smoke and dust odor collecting mechanism 19 is composed of a shell 1901, a fan 1902, an activated carbon filter layer 1903, a filter screen 1904, an air guide pipe 1905 and an air suction head 1906, the shell 1901 is fixedly connected to the top end of the first fixing seat 10, one side inside the shell 1901 is provided with the fan 1902, the specific model of the fan 1902 can be BFX-100, the bottom end inside the shell 1901 is fixedly connected with the activated carbon filter layer 1903, the other side inside the shell 1901 is provided with the filter screen 1904, the air suction head 1906 is fixedly connected to the top end of one side of the first fixing seat 10, and the air guide pipe 1905 is fixedly connected between the top end of the air suction head 1906 and one side of the shell 1901;

the air guide pipe 1905 is communicated with the interior of the suction head 1906;

specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, when the machine is started and continuously die-cast, various gases are evaporated at high temperature, the fan 1902 is started to pump the inside of the housing 1901 into a semi-vacuum state, under the influence of negative pressure, the suction head 1906 generates suction force to suck external gas and convey the external gas to the inside of the housing 1901 through the air guide pipe 1905, the filter screen 1904 isolates large particulate matters such as dust, the remaining air is filtered by the activated carbon filter layer 1903 and then discharged by the fan 1902, and the activated carbon filter layer 1903 can absorb toxic substances and odor in the gas, thereby realizing the function of collecting and purifying the irritant gas.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, when the position needs to be adjusted, the fixed hand wheel 4 is unscrewed, the first hydraulic cylinder 2 is started, the supporting feet 5 are slowly taken into the fixed sleeve 3, the whole height of the device is reduced, the sliding rollers 8 are in contact with the ground, the pressure from the top end can be effectively dispersed by the densely distributed sliding rollers 8, the device is pushed to move, the fixed sleeve 3, the bottom plate 6 and the fixed block 7 are matched with each other, the stability of the whole structure is ensured, when the position is adjusted to a proper position, the first hydraulic cylinder 2 is started, the supporting feet 5 are ejected out of the fixed sleeve 3, the whole device is lifted, the sliding rollers 8 are separated from the ground, and then the fixed hand wheel 4 is screwed, so that the function of flexibly adjusting the position is realized.

Secondly, when the machine is started to be die-cast continuously, the release agent sprays redundant water drops, the dropped water liquid falls into the material receiving box 31 and falls into the liquid collecting funnel 904 from the joint between the material receiving plate 32 and the material receiving box 31, the liquid collecting funnel 904 with the wide upper part and the narrow lower part can enable the water liquid to be collected and flow to the bottom, the water liquid is conveyed to the fixing groove 901 through the pipe 903, the liquid storing drawer 902 in the fixing groove 901 accumulates the water liquid, an operator can timely clear away the accumulated water liquid according to actual conditions, and the function of collecting the water liquid such as the dropped release agent is achieved.

Then, the energy storage tank 12 is installed in the fixing frame 1104, when the energy storage tank 12 needs to be disassembled, only the fixing bolt 1105 needs to be unscrewed, and the insert block 1103 is drawn out of the clamping groove 1102, the base plate 1101 and the clamping groove 1102 provide support for the stability of the whole structure, the fixing bolt 1105 ensures the stability of the installation of the energy storage tank 12, the insert block 1103 is very easy in the aspects of installation and disassembly as a fixing medium, and the function of quickly disassembling the energy storage tank 12 parts is realized.

Afterwards, lubricating grease is filled in the oil storage box 1801, under the action of gravity, lubricating oil in the oil storage box 1801 continuously descends along the oil guide pipe 1802 and enters the fixing ring 1803, the lubricating oil is separated out from small holes at the front end and the rear end in the fixing ring 1803 to paint the injection plunger 17, and the foam layer 1804 can enable the separated lubricating oil to be coated back and forth in the continuous inserting and drawing process of the injection plunger 17, so that the aggregation and outflow are prevented, and the function of lubricating the injection part is realized.

Finally, when the machine starts constantly die-casting, all kinds of gaseous evaporation under the high temperature condition, fan 1902 starts, with the inside half vacuum state of taking out of casing 1901, under the influence of negative pressure, head 1906 that induced drafts produces suction, with inside external gas suction and carry casing 1901 through guide duct 1905, filter screen 1904 keeps apart large particulate matter such as dust, remaining air is discharged by fan 1902 after the active carbon filter 1903 filters, active carbon filter 1903 can absorb the toxic substance and the peculiar smell in the gas, the function of purifying is collected to the pungent gas has been realized.
