The panel mounting structure for a scooter according to claim 5, wherein the sliding groove has first retaining portions at both end notches thereof for sliding relative to the main body, and second retaining portions for preventing the main body from coming off from the notches at both ends of the sliding groove are provided at opposite ends of the main body in combination with the first retaining portions.

The panel mounting structure of a scooter as claimed in claim 1, wherein a wall of the base facing the panel is further provided with a through hole, the elastic pushing member includes a supporting seat inserted into the through hole and a second elastic member having opposite ends respectively supported on the supporting seat and an inner wall of the base, the supporting seat has an anti-separation barb formed at a tail portion thereof, the supporting seat has a tail portion hooked on an inner side opening of the through hole by the anti-separation barb and has a head portion exposed from an outer side opening of the through hole, and when the panel is assembled on the base, the second elastic member pushes the supporting seat to press the head portion of the supporting seat against a back surface of the panel.

9. The panel mounting structure for a scooter according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the side wall of the base is further provided with a through hole for the operating portion to correspondingly pass through.

In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention first provides the following technical solutions: a panel mounting structure of a scooter is used for assembling a panel on a base and comprises a jack arranged at one end of the side wall of the base, a plug pin and a hooking part which are arranged at the two opposite ends of the back surface of the panel, an elastic latch which is assembled on the base and used for being correspondingly hooked and matched with the hooking part of the panel to lock the panel, and an elastic abutting part which is assembled on the base and elastically abuts against the inner side surface of the panel, wherein the plug pin comprises a connecting part vertically extending from the back surface of the panel and a hooking part vertically extending from the tail end of the connecting part, and the plug pin extends into the jack by the connecting part and abuts against the inner wall of the base at the inner side orifice of the jack towards one side surface of the panel by the hooking part; the elastic lock catch comprises an operation part exposed out of the base for pressing so that the elastic lock catch slides directionally to be separated from the hook part; the elastic pushing piece pushes the panel to rotate around the abutting part of the insertion pin and the hole opening on the inner side of the insertion hole to be opened when the elastic lock catch is separated from the hook buckling part.

Detailed Description

The present application will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples. It should be understood that the following illustrative embodiments and description are only intended to explain the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and features of the embodiments and examples in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an alternative embodiment of the present invention provides a panel mounting structure 1 of a scooter, the panel locking device comprises a jack 10 arranged at one end of the side wall of a base 5, a plug pin 12 and a hook part 14 which are arranged at two opposite ends of the back surface of the panel 3, an elastic lock catch 16 which is assembled on the base 5 and used for correspondingly hooking and matching with the hook part 14 of the panel 3 to lock the panel 3, and an elastic abutting part 17 which is assembled on the base 5 and elastically abuts against and presses the inner side surface of the panel 3, the plug pin 12 comprises a connecting part 121 extending vertically from the back of the panel 3 and a hook part 123 extending vertically from the end of the connecting part 121, the plug pins 12 extend into the jack 10 through the connecting parts 121 and abut against the inner wall of the base 5 at the inner side hole opening of the jack 10 by the hook parts 123 facing one side surface of the panel 3; the elastic lock 16 comprises an operating part 161 exposed from the base 5 for pressing to make the elastic lock 16 slide directionally to be separated from the hook part 14; the elastic pushing element 17 pushes the panel 3 to rotate around the abutting part of the plug pin 12 and the inner side hole opening of the jack 10 to be ejected when the elastic lock catch 16 is separated from the hook part 14.

In the embodiment of the invention, the plug pins 12 on the back of the panel 3 are in plug fit with the plug holes 10 on the side wall of the base 5, the elastic lock catches 16 are used for sliding on the base 5 directionally to hook the hook parts 14 of the panel 3 movably so as to lock the panel 3, the movable positioning installation of the panel 3 and the base 5 can be effectively realized, the elastic pushing piece 17 is arranged to elastically push against the inner side surface of the panel 3, the plug pins 12 comprise the connecting parts 121 and the hook parts 123, the plug pins 12 extend into the plug holes 10 through the connecting parts 121 and push against the inner wall of the base 5 at the inner side hole opening of the plug holes 10 towards one side surface of the panel 3 through the hook parts 123, when a user detaches the panel 3, the elastic lock catches 16 directionally slide and separate from the hook parts 14 through pressing the operating parts 161 of the elastic lock catches 16, then the elastic pushing piece 17 pushes the panel 3, so that the panel 3 rotates and pops around the butting parts of the plug pins 12 and the inner side hole openings of the plug holes 10, the panel 3 is opened relative to the base 5 and cannot fall off easily, so that the panel is convenient for a user to rapidly disassemble and assemble.

In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the elastic latch 16 is assembled on an inner side surface of the sidewall of the base 5, and a through hole 18 for the hook portion 14 to pass through is further formed on the sidewall of the base 5 at a position corresponding to the hook portion 14. In this embodiment, the elastic latch 16 is further assembled on the inner side surface of the sidewall of the base 5, and the through hole 18 is correspondingly formed for the hook portion 14 to pass through, so that the base 5 can effectively protect the elastic latch 16 inside, which is beneficial to simplifying the overall installation structure and optimizing the spatial layout.

In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the elastic latch 16 further includes a main body 163, a hook 165 disposed at one end of the main body 163 and used for correspondingly hooking the hook 14, and a first elastic member 167 abutting against the main body 163 to apply an elastic force to the main body 163 so as to keep the hook 165 hooked on the hook 14, the operating portion 161 is connected to the main body 163 to be integrated with the main body 163, and when being pressed by an external force, the hook 165 disposed at one end of the main body 163 is separated from the hook 14 by overcoming the elastic force applied by the first elastic member 167, and a side surface of the hook 165 facing the hook 14 is a smooth guiding inclined surface 165 a. In this embodiment, during specific operation, a user can apply force to the operating portion 161 of the elastic latch 16 to make the hook 165 withdraw from the hook portion 14 against the elastic force applied by the first elastic member 167, so that the hook 165 and the hook portion 14 can be separated from hooking and positioning, and when the panel 3 is installed, the panel 3 can be assembled on the base 1 by hooking and matching the hook 165 with the hook portion 14 of the panel 3 after overcoming the elastic force of the first elastic member 167, so that the assembly and disassembly are very convenient; in addition, the mutually opposite side surfaces of the hook 165 and the hook part 14 are both smooth guide inclined surfaces 165a, when the panel 3 needs to be assembled on the base 5, the hook part 14 on the panel 3 can press the guide inclined surfaces 165a on the hook 165 through the guide inclined surfaces 165a to enable the hook 163 to retract against the elastic force of the first elastic piece 167, after the hook part 14 enters the hook position, the hook 165 rebounds to be hooked with the hook part 14 for positioning, and the assembly efficiency is higher during assembly.

In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the panel mounting structure 1 further comprises an orienting member 19 for orienting and slidably assembling the resilient latch 16 to the sidewall of the base 5. In this embodiment, the elastic latch 16 can be effectively positioned and guided by the positioning member 19, which is convenient for operation.

In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the directional component 19 is a mounting seat fixedly assembled on the sidewall of the base 5, a sliding groove 191 is formed on a side of the mounting seat 19 facing the inner wall of the base 5, and the main body 163 of the elastic latch 16 is slidably assembled in the sliding groove 191. The orienting member 19 of the present embodiment employs a mounting seat, and the main body 163 of the elastic latch 16 is slidably assembled in the sliding groove 191 of the mounting seat 19, so that the elastic latch 16 can be positioned and guided, and the structure is simple and the assembly is convenient.

In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, a protrusion 163a is disposed on one side of the main body 163 facing the mounting seat 19, an accommodating groove 191a is further disposed in the sliding groove 191 along the sliding direction of the main body 163, the first elastic element 167 and the protrusion 163a are both correspondingly disposed in the accommodating groove 191a, and opposite ends of the first elastic element 167 abut against a groove wall of the accommodating groove 191a and the protrusion 163a, respectively. In this embodiment, the first elastic member 167 is correspondingly installed through the accommodating groove 191a, so as to position the first elastic member 167, and the first elastic member 167 is correspondingly pushed by the protrusion 163a on the main body 163, thereby ensuring that the first elastic member 167 elastically pushes the main body 163.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, first retaining portions 191b are respectively disposed at two end notches of the sliding groove 191, which slide relative to the main body 163, and second retaining portions 163b, which are assembled with the first retaining portions 191b to prevent the main body 163 from being removed from the two end notches of the sliding groove 191, are correspondingly disposed at two opposite ends of the main body 163. In this embodiment, the first retaining portion 191b and the second retaining portion 163b are also assembled and matched to effectively prevent the main body 163 from sliding out of the notches at the two ends of the sliding groove 191.

In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, a through hole 50 is further disposed on a side wall of the base 5 facing the panel 3, the elastic abutting member 17 includes an abutting seat 171 inserted into the through hole 50 and a second elastic member 173 having opposite ends abutting against the abutting seat 171 and an inner wall of the base 5, respectively, an anti-falling barb 171a is formed at a tail of the abutting seat 171, the tail of the abutting seat 171 is hooked on an inner side opening of the through hole 50 by the anti-falling barb 171a, and a head of the abutting seat 171 is exposed out of an outer side opening of the through hole 50, when the panel 3 is assembled on the base 5, the second elastic member 173 abuts against the abutting seat 171, so that the head of the abutting seat 171 abuts against a back surface of the panel 3. In this embodiment, when the panel 3 is assembled on the base 5, the back surface of the panel 3 pushes against the abutting seat 171, so that the second elastic member 173 is compressed, and the hook portion 14 and the hook 165 hook and fix the panel 3 and the base 5; however, when the user releases the elastic force by releasing the hook 16 from the hook 165 by applying a force, the panel 3 is rotated to be opened by applying a pushing force to the panel 3 through the abutting base 171 by the second elastic member 173, the hook 14 is withdrawn from the hooking position, and the abutting base 171 is prevented from being released from the through hole 50 by hooking the anti-falling barb 171a to the inner hole of the through hole 50, thereby realizing the quick detachment of the panel 3.

In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the sidewall of the base 5 is further provided with a through hole 52 for the operating portion 161 to correspondingly pass through. In the present embodiment, the operating portion 161 is provided through the through hole 52, so that the operating portion 161 is exposed from the base 5, which facilitates the user to apply force to the operating portion 161, thereby improving the convenience of operation.

On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a scooter, which includes a base 5, a panel 3, and a panel mounting structure 1 for assembling the panel 3 onto the base 5, wherein the panel mounting structure 1 is the panel mounting structure according to any one of the above items. This embodiment scooter adopts like foretell panel mounting structure 1, can realize the quick assembly disassembly to panel 3, facilitates the use.
