4. A semi-automatic case packer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cigarette supporting mechanism further comprises a first cigarette detecting unit arranged to detect a cigarette between the conveyor belt and the support member;

the cigarette carton supporting mechanism further comprises a second cigarette detection unit, the second cigarette detection unit is located at the tail end of the conveying belt, and the second cigarette detection unit is arranged to be used for detecting whether the surfaces, away from the conveying belt, of the plurality of cigarette cartons are flush or not.

5. A semi-automatic case packer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting member driving unit and the supporting member are installed on the limit bracket.

6. A semi-automatic case packer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cigarette carton pushing device further comprises a mounting bracket on which the cigarette carton pushing unit is mounted, the case support bracket being rotatably connected to the mounting bracket.

7. A semi-automatic case packer as claimed in claim 6 wherein the cigarette carton pushing means further includes a protective hood, the protective hood being housed outside the mounting bracket.

8. A semi-automatic case packer as recited in claim 1, wherein the case support means further comprises a case lid hold down mounted on the case support bracket and configured to mate with a lid of a case such that the opening of the case is opposite the push bracket.

9. A semi-automatic case packer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a cigarette carton overturning device, wherein the cigarette carton overturning device comprises an overturning channel and an overturning member, both ends of the overturning channel are respectively connected with the conveying belt and the case packing table, the overturning member is mounted on the overturning channel, and the overturning member is configured to overturn the cigarette carton standing on the upside of the overturning channel into a horizontal state.

10. A boxing method of a semi-automatic box filler based on any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:

step (1): closing one side opening of the smoke box;

step (2): conveying a preset number of cigarettes above the lifting support by the conveying belt;

and (3): the lifting bracket lifts the single-layer cigarette to correspond to the support piece;

and (4): the support piece retracts towards the direction far away from the cigarette and then extends towards the direction close to the cigarette, so that the cigarette on the lifting support is transferred and supported on the support piece;

and (5): lifting the support and descending;

and (6): circularly executing the steps (2) to (5) until the number of the cigarette carton supported on the supporting piece reaches a preset number of layers;

and (7): the pushing support synchronously pushes the multiple layers of cigarettes on the supporting piece into the cigarette box on the cigarette box supporting support;

and (8): the opening at the other side of the smoke box is closed after the smoke box is turned over.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cigarette boxing, in particular to a semi-automatic boxing machine and a boxing method.

Background

Cigarettes are generally classified into hard packs and soft packs, and different types of cigarettes form different cigarette sticks in different sizes. Therefore, when a hard or soft cigarette is subjected to a boxing operation, different models of cigarette carton packing and sealing machines are required.

However, the transformation difficulty of the carton cigarette packing and sealing machine is large, and manual packing is usually arranged for cigarettes with small yield. The operation mode of manual boxing needs to repeat the action of loading the cigarettes into the carton, and the problems of high labor intensity and low boxing efficiency exist.

Therefore, how to provide an auxiliary tool for boxing the cigarette carton, which can effectively reduce the labor intensity and improve the boxing efficiency, becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel technical scheme of a semi-automatic box filling machine, which can effectively reduce the labor intensity and improve the box filling efficiency.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, a semi-automatic case packer is provided.

The semi-automatic box filler comprises a cigarette carton stacking device, a cigarette carton pushing device and a cigarette box supporting device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the cigarette carton stacking device comprises a cigarette carton conveying mechanism, a cigarette carton lifting mechanism and a cigarette carton supporting mechanism;

the cigarette carton conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt which is arranged for conveying cigarette cartons;

the cigarette carton lifting mechanism comprises a lifting driving unit and a lifting support, and the lifting driving unit is used for driving the lifting support to reciprocate along a direction forming an included angle with the conveying direction of the conveying belt;

the cigarette supporting mechanism comprises supporting assemblies symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying belt in the width direction, each supporting assembly comprises a limiting bracket, a supporting piece driving unit and a supporting piece, and the supporting piece driving unit is used for driving the supporting piece to move back and forth along the direction close to or far away from the opposite limiting bracket so as to support or release cigarettes on the lifting bracket;

the cigarette carton pushing device comprises a cigarette carton pushing mechanism, the cigarette carton pushing mechanism comprises a cigarette carton pushing unit and a pushing support, and the cigarette carton pushing unit is used for driving the pushing support to move so as to push the cigarette cartons stacked on the supporting piece into the cigarette box;

the smoke box supporting device comprises a smoke box supporting support and a smoke box supporting support driving unit, the smoke box supporting support is arranged to be used for supporting and positioning a smoke box, and the smoke box supporting support driving unit is arranged to be used for driving the smoke box supporting support to rotate, so that an inlet of the smoke box on the smoke box supporting support is opposite to or staggered with the pushing support.

Optionally, the cigarette carton conveying mechanism further comprises lateral baffles, and the lateral baffles are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying belt, which are located on the upstream of the cigarette carton lifting mechanism.

Optionally, the cigarette carton conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of conveying belts, and a gap is formed between the conveying belts;

the cigarette carton lifting mechanism comprises a plurality of lifting supports, and the lifting supports are located in gaps between the conveying belts.

Optionally, the cigarette supporting mechanism further comprises a first cigarette detection unit configured to detect a cigarette between the conveyor belt and the support member;

the cigarette carton supporting mechanism further comprises a second cigarette detection unit, the second cigarette detection unit is located at the tail end of the conveying belt, and the second cigarette detection unit is arranged to be used for detecting whether the surfaces, away from the conveying belt, of the plurality of cigarette cartons are flush or not.

Optionally, the supporting member driving unit and the supporting member are both mounted on the limiting bracket.

Optionally, the cigarette carton pushing device further comprises a mounting bracket, the cigarette carton pushing unit is mounted on the mounting bracket, and the cigarette box supporting bracket is rotatably connected with the mounting bracket.

Optionally, the cigarette carton pushing device further comprises a protective cover, and the protective cover covers the mounting bracket.

Optionally, the smoke box supporting device further comprises a smoke box cover pressing plate, the smoke box cover pressing plate is installed on the smoke box supporting bracket, and the smoke box cover pressing plate is arranged to be matched with a cover of the smoke box, so that the opening of the smoke box is opposite to the pushing bracket.

Optionally, the semi-automatic case packer further comprises a cigarette turning device, the cigarette turning device comprises a turning channel and a turning piece, two ends of the turning channel are respectively connected with the conveying belt and the case packing table, the turning piece is installed on the turning channel, and the turning piece is arranged to be used for turning the cigarette standing on the upper side of the turning channel into a horizontal state.

According to a second aspect of the invention, a boxing method of the semi-automatic boxing machine based on the invention is provided.

The boxing method comprises the following steps:

step (1): closing one side opening of the smoke box;

step (2): conveying a preset number of cigarettes above the lifting support by the conveying belt;

and (3): the lifting bracket lifts the single-layer cigarette to correspond to the support piece;

and (4): the support piece retracts towards the direction far away from the cigarette and then extends towards the direction close to the cigarette, so that the cigarette on the lifting support is transferred and supported on the support piece;

and (5): lifting the support and descending;

and (6): circularly executing the steps (2) to (5) until the number of the cigarette carton supported on the supporting piece reaches a preset number of layers;

and (7): the pushing support synchronously pushes the multiple layers of cigarettes on the supporting piece into the cigarette box on the cigarette box supporting support;

and (8): the opening at the other side of the smoke box is closed after the smoke box is turned over.

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.

The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.

Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.

In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the semi-automatic case packer of the present disclosure includes a cigarette carton stacking device, a cigarette carton pushing device, and a cigarette carton supporting device.

The cigarette carton stacking device comprises a cigarette carton conveying mechanism, a cigarette carton lifting mechanism and a cigarette carton supporting mechanism.

The cigarette carton conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt 1, and the conveying belt 1 can be used for conveying cigarette cartons. The cigarette carton can be transported to a cigarette carton lifting mechanism by a conveyor belt 1.

The cigarette carton lifting mechanism comprises a lifting driving unit 2 and a lifting support 3. The lifting drive unit 2 can be used for driving the lifting support 3 to reciprocate along a direction forming an included angle with the conveying direction of the conveying belt 1. In an embodiment, the moving direction of the lifting frame 3 may be, for example, an acute angle with the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 1, or perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 1. The cigarette carton conveyed by the cigarette carton conveying mechanism can be lifted to leave the conveying belt 1 by driving the lifting support 3 to move through the lifting driving unit 2. The lifting drive unit 2 may be, for example, a cylinder.

The conveyor belt 1 can be mounted on a main frame, and openings are provided in the main frame for the lifting frames 3 to move. Alternatively, the conveyor belt 1 may be a strip conveyor belt, and the lifting brackets 3 may move in the gaps between the strip conveyor belts.

The cigarette carton supporting mechanism comprises supporting components which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying belt 1 in the width direction. The support assembly comprises a spacing bracket 4, a support member driving unit 5 and a support member 6. The support driving unit 5 can be used for driving the support 6 to move back and forth along the direction close to or far away from the opposite limit bracket 4 so as to support or release the cigarette carton on the lifting bracket 3. The support driving unit 5 may be, for example, a cylinder, and the support 6 may have a block-shaped or plate-shaped structure.

The cigarette carton supporting mechanism generally includes two sets of supporting members, which are respectively disposed on both sides of the width direction of the conveying belt 1. The supporting member driving unit 5 of one set of supporting members can drive the supporting member 6 to move towards the limiting brackets 4 of the other set of supporting members, so as to protrude between the limiting brackets 4 of the two sets of supporting members. The supporting piece 6 protruding between the limiting brackets 4 of the two groups of supporting components can support the cigarette carton above the conveying belt 1.

The cigarette carton pushing device comprises a cigarette carton pushing mechanism. The cigarette carton pushing mechanism comprises a cigarette carton pushing unit 10 and a pushing support 11. The cigarette carton pushing unit 10 can be used to drive the pushing bracket 11 to move so as to push the cigarette cartons stacked on the support 6 into the cigarette box. The cigarette carton pushing unit 10 may be, for example, a pneumatic cylinder.

The smoke box supporting device comprises a smoke box supporting bracket 12 and a smoke box supporting bracket driving unit 13. The smoke box support bracket 12 may be used to support and position the smoke box. In particular, the edges of the smoke box support 12 may be provided with circumferential protrusions for engaging the edges of the smoke box. The bin support stand drive unit 13 may be used to drive the bin support stand 12 in a rotational movement such that the inlet of a bin on the bin support stand 12 is opposite or offset from the push stand 11. The smoke box support bracket driving unit 13 may be, for example, an air cylinder. The cigarette box supporting bracket 12 is driven to rotate by the cigarette box supporting bracket driving unit 13, and the cigarette box supporting bracket 12 can drive the cigarette box to rotate synchronously, so that the position of the inlet of the cigarette box is adjusted, and the aim of pushing a cigarette into the cigarette box more reliably and accurately is fulfilled.

In specific implementation, the smoke box supporting bracket 12 may further be provided with a smoke box detection sensor for detecting the smoke box. When the smoke detection sensor does not detect the presence of a smoke on the smoke support 12, the pushing of the cigarette carton and the conveying of the cigarette carton can be stopped.

The semi-automatic case packer disclosed can be divided into a stacking stage and a case packing stage when in use, and specifically comprises the following steps:

in the stacking stage, a plurality of cigarettes (for example, 5 cigarettes) are first conveyed by the conveyor belt 1 of the cigarette conveying mechanism to the position above the lifting support 3, and then the lifting drive unit 2 drives the lifting support 3 to ascend, so that the cigarettes on the lifting support 3 are separated from the conveyor belt 1. When the lifting bracket 3 lifts the cigarette carton to the working area of the support member 6, the support member driving unit 5 drives the support member 6 to move towards the lifting bracket 3 and to hold the cigarette cartons on the support member 6. Then, the lifting driving unit 2 drives the lifting bracket 3 to descend, and drives the lifting bracket 3 to ascend again after a plurality of cigarettes are conveyed to the position above the lifting bracket 3, and when the cigarettes on the lifting bracket 3 approach the cigarettes supported on the supporting piece 6, the supporting piece driving unit 5 drives the supporting piece 6 to retract, so that the cigarettes supported on the supporting piece 6 descend onto the cigarettes on the lifting bracket 3 to form at least two stacked layers of cigarettes. Then, the lifting driving unit 2 continues to drive the lifting bracket 3 to ascend, and the support driving unit 5 drives the support 6 to move towards the lifting bracket 3 and hold at least two layers of cigarettes on the support 6. Repeating the above operations for several times can obtain the cigarette with the required number of stacked layers (for example, 5 layers, each layer has 5 cigarettes).

A boxing stage:

the cigarette carton pushing unit 10 drives the pushing support 11 to push the cigarette cartons. After the cigarette box is filled, the cigarette box support bracket driving unit 13 drives the cigarette box support bracket 12 to rotate, and the cigarette box rotates along with the cigarette box support bracket 12. And sealing the cigarette box to finish the cigarette carton packing.

The semi-automatic case packer disclosed by the invention can flexibly adapt to the case packing of the cigarettes of different types, and can effectively reduce the equipment cost and the labor cost, the labor intensity is low, and the case packing efficiency is high.

In one embodiment of the semi-automatic case packer of the present disclosure, the cigarette carton conveying mechanism further comprises a lateral barrier 7. The lateral baffles 7 are symmetrically arranged on the conveyor belt 1 on both sides upstream of the cigarette lifting mechanism. Lateral baffle 7 can play the spacing purpose of strip cigarette on the conveyer belt 1, avoids strip cigarette on the conveyer belt 1 to break away from conveyer belt 1 before getting into strip cigarette lifting mechanism.

In one embodiment of the semi-automatic case packer of the present disclosure, the cigarette carton conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of conveyor belts 1, and a gap is provided between each conveyor belt 1. The arrangement of the plurality of conveyor belts 1 is favorable for conveying the cigarettes more smoothly and reliably. In order to lift the cigarette more reliably, the cigarette lifting mechanism includes a plurality of lifting brackets 3, and the lifting brackets 3 are located in the gap between the conveyor belts 1.

In one embodiment of the semi-automatic case packer of the present disclosure, the cigarette supporting mechanism further includes a first cigarette detecting unit 8. The first cigarette detection unit 8 may be used to detect a cigarette between the conveyor belt 1 and the support 6. The first smoke detection unit 8 may for example be a photoelectric sensor or a position sensor. The first cigarette detection unit 8 can detect whether the number of cigarettes entering the space between the limiting supports 4 meets the requirement or not, and only lifts the cigarettes if the number meets the requirement. For example, if each layer is provided with 5 cigarettes, when the first cigarette detection unit 8 detects that 5 cigarettes are located above the lifting bracket 3 (between the conveyor belt 1 and the support 6), the lifting drive unit 2 drives the lifting bracket 3 to move.

In particular, the number of first cigarette detection units 8 may correspond to the number of cigarettes.

Furthermore, the cigarette supporting mechanism further includes a second cigarette detection unit 9. The second cigarette detection unit 9 is located at the end of the conveyor belt 1, and the second cigarette detection unit 9 can be used for detecting whether the surfaces of a plurality of cigarettes away from the conveyor belt 1 are flush. The end of the conveyor belt 1 refers to the end of the conveyor belt 1 in the conveying direction. The second smoke detection unit 7 may be, for example, a photoelectric sensor or a distance sensor. The second cigarette detection unit 9 can detect whether each layer of cigarettes is flush, and the cigarettes are lifted to the working area of the support piece 6 only when the cigarettes are flush, so that the stacking orderliness of the cigarettes is guaranteed. For example, when the cigarette carton has a problem of unevenness, the cigarette carton can be stopped from being lifted and leveled manually or mechanically.

In addition, in order to ensure the stability of the cigarette conveying, a third cigarette detection unit 14 can be arranged on the cigarette conveying mechanism. The third cigarette detection unit 14 can be used for detecting whether the cigarette carton on the conveyor belt 1 passes through continuously or not so as to avoid the problem of cigarette leakage in case of boxing. The third smoke detection unit 14 may be, for example, a photosensor.

The cigarette support mechanism may further comprise a biasing mechanism (not shown). The jacking mechanism comprises a jacking part driving unit and a jacking part, and the jacking part driving unit can be used for driving the jacking part to push the surface of the cigarette carton away from the conveying belt 1. The support assembly further comprises a spacing bracket drive unit (not shown in the figures) which can be used for driving the spacing bracket 4 to move towards the direction of the cigarette carton. The pressing member driving unit or the spacing bracket driving unit may be, for example, a cylinder. The jacking mechanism and the limiting support driving unit can ensure that the cigarette carton is flushed by a mode of driving the jacking piece and the limiting support 4 to compress the cigarette carton when the uneven surface of the cigarette carton occurs, so that the cigarette carton packing efficiency is improved.

In one embodiment of the semi-automatic box filler of the present disclosure, in order to save the installation space, the support driving unit 5 and the support 6 are both installed on the limit bracket 4.

In one embodiment of the semi-automatic case packer of the present disclosure, in order to more rationally arrange the components, the cigarette carton pushing device further comprises a mounting bracket 15. The cigarette carton pushing unit 10 is mounted on a mounting bracket 15, and the cigarette box supporting bracket 12 is rotatably connected with the mounting bracket 15. The mounting bracket 15 may be mounted generally above the conveyor belt 1. The rotational connection between the smoke box support bracket 12 and the mounting bracket 15 may be achieved by means of a rotating shaft connection.

Further, the cigarette carton pushing device further comprises a protective cover (not shown in the figure). The protective cover is covered outside the mounting bracket 15. The cigarette carton can be effectively protected to the setting of protection casing, avoids the cigarette carton to receive the pollution.

In one embodiment of the semi-automatic case packer of the present disclosure, the carton supporting means further comprises a carton lid press plate (not shown in the figures). The smoke box cover pressure plate is mounted on the smoke box support bracket 12 and may be used to cooperate with the cover of the smoke box such that the opening of the smoke box is opposite the push bracket 11. The cover pressing plate of the cigarette box can press the cover of the cigarette box, so that the opening of the cigarette box is completely exposed, and the problem that the cigarette carton is pushed into the cigarette box to fail due to the fact that the cover of the cigarette box covers the opening of the cigarette box under the action of inertia or gravity is avoided.

In one embodiment of the semi-automatic box filler of the present disclosure, the semi-automatic box filler further includes a cigarette carton turning device (not shown in the figures). The cigarette carton overturning device comprises an overturning channel and an overturning piece. Two ends of the turning channel are respectively connected with the conveying belt and the boxing platform. The upset piece is installed on the upset passageway, and the upset piece can be used for turning over into the horizontal state with the strip cigarette that the upset passageway upside was stood.

The carton cigarette turning device can be used for associating the carton packing table with the semi-automatic carton packing machine, so that the process of automatically transferring the carton cigarettes on the carton packing table to the carton cigarette conveying mechanism is realized.

The disclosure also provides a boxing method of the semi-automatic boxing machine based on the disclosure, which comprises the following steps:

step (1): one side opening of the smoke box is sealed.

Step (2): the conveyor belt conveys a predetermined number (e.g. 5) of cigarettes above the lifting carriage.

And (3): the lifting bracket lifts the single-layer cigarette to be corresponding to the support piece.

And (4): the support member retracts towards the direction far away from the cigarette and then extends towards the direction close to the cigarette, so that the cigarette on the lifting support is transferred and supported on the support member.

And (5): lifting the bracket to descend.

And (6): and (5) circularly executing the steps (2) to (5) until the cigarette carton supported on the support reaches a preset number of layers (for example, 5 layers).

And (7): the pushing support synchronously pushes the multilayer cigarettes on the support piece into the cigarette box on the cigarette box support.

And (8): the opening at the other side of the smoke box is closed after the smoke box is turned over. The process of closing the other side opening of the smoke box may be carried out manually.

The boxing method disclosed by the invention can be flexibly suitable for boxing the cigarettes in different types, and can effectively reduce the equipment cost and the labor cost, and is low in labor intensity and high in boxing efficiency.
