Referring to fig. 1-8, the invention is a PVC water pipe bending device for decoration, including a frame 1, a movable main board 2 is slidably mounted on the frame 1, two support bars 3 are mounted on the frame 1, a movable frame 4 is slidably mounted on the two support bars 3, support plates 5 are mounted on the two support bars 3, a movable box 7 is mounted on the movable main board 2, a first cylinder 8 is mounted on the movable box 7, a rack is mounted at the end of a piston rod of the first cylinder 8, the rack is engaged with a gear, the gear is sleeved at the end of a mandrel 13, the mandrel 13 is rotatably mounted on a bearing plate 15, a bending wheel 14 is sleeved at one end of the mandrel 13 away from the gear, a positioning frame 16 is mounted on the bearing plate 15, a lifting seat 18 is slidably mounted on the positioning frame 16, and a hot pressing plate 19 is mounted;

First cylinder 8 is installed in removal case 7 top, installs backing plate 10 on the rack, is provided with riser 11 in the removal case 7, and backing plate 10 sliding connection riser 11, riser 11 are installed with upper and lower both ends symmetry on the homonymy and are supported at the right angle, and two right angle are supported and are fixed in removal case 7 inner wall top, bottom respectively, and the rack runs through removal case 7 in proper order, remove mainboard 2 to frame 1. Install the lead screw connecting block on the bearing plate 15, the lead screw is located on the lead screw to the lead screw connecting block rotating sleeve, and the output shaft of second motor 151 is connected to the lead screw bottom, and the lead screw passes through the rod seat to be installed in 7 outer walls of removal case, and two gibs are installed to 7 outer walls of removal case, and two gibs of sliding connection are respectively connected to lead screw connecting block both sides. The second cylinder 17 is installed on the positioning frame 16, the end portion of a piston rod of the second cylinder 17 is connected with the top of the lifting seat 18, the two sliding rails are installed on the positioning frame 16, the two sliding blocks are installed on the lifting seat 18, the lifting seat 18 is connected with the two sliding rails on the positioning frame 16 in a sliding mode through the two sliding blocks, and the hot pressing plate 19 and the pipe bending wheel 14 are matched components. The first lower clamping block 21 and the first upper clamping block 22 are matched components, two guide blocks 28 are installed on the first cushion block 20, the two guide blocks 28 are respectively arranged on two sides of the first lower clamping block 21, and the punching head 27 is slidably installed on the guide blocks 28. Remove and install third motor 29 on the frame 4, the gear is installed to third motor 29 output shaft tip, and the rack is installed at 1 top of frame, and the rack is connected in the gear engagement, all installs the slide rail on two support bars 3, removes 4 bottom both sides of frame and all installs the slider, removes the slide rail on frame 4 passes through slider sliding connection support bar 3. The second lower clamping block 32 and the second upper clamping block 34 are matched components, a fourth motor 38 is installed in the inner cavity of the installation shell 37, an output shaft of the fourth motor 38 is connected with an input shaft of the commutator, two gears which are meshed and connected are arranged in the installation shell 37, one of the gears is sleeved at the end part of the output shaft of the commutator, the gears are coaxially connected with a polishing disc, and the polishing disc is arranged on the outer side of the installation shell 37. A bracket 39 is installed on the rack 1, a third lower clamping block 40 is installed on the bracket 39, a third upper clamping block 42 is arranged above the third lower clamping block 40, the third upper clamping block 42 and the third lower clamping block 40 are matched components, and the third upper clamping block 42 is installed at the end part of a piston rod of a sixth air cylinder 41.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the working process of the PVC water pipe bending apparatus for decoration according to the present embodiment is as follows:

the method comprises the following steps: two water pipes are inserted from two pipe holes 26 on a first bracket 24 simultaneously, the two water pipes sequentially pass through a first lower clamping block 21, a second lower clamping block 32 and a third lower clamping block 40 to a pipe bending wheel 14, a sixth air cylinder 41 is started simultaneously, the sixth air cylinder 41 pushes a third upper clamping block 42 downwards, the third upper clamping block 42 is matched with the third lower clamping block 40 to position the two water pipes, a first motor 6 is started, the first motor 6 drives a screw rod to rotate, the screw rod is matched with a screw rod connecting block to drive a movable main board 2 to slide on a frame 1, further the relative position of the pipe bending wheel 14 and the water pipes is adjusted, a second air cylinder 17 is started, the second air cylinder 17 pushes a hot pressing plate 19 downwards through a lifting seat 18, the hot pressing plate 19 is matched with the pipe bending wheel 14 to position the two water pipes, a second motor 151 is started, the second motor 151 is matched with the screw rod and the screw rod connecting block to drive a bearing plate 15 to ascend, further the, the two water pipes are positioned by the hot pressing plate 19 and the pipe bending wheel 14 to finish pipe bending;

step two: after the pipe is bent, the pipe pressing plate 181 is lifted, the first cylinder 8 drives the gear to rotate through the rack, so as to drive the pipe bending wheel 14 to rotate, the pipe bending wheel 14 conveys two water pipes, the third cylinder 23 is started, the third cylinder 23 pushes the first upper clamping block 22 downwards, the first upper clamping block 22 is matched with the first lower clamping block 21 to position the two water pipes, meanwhile, the two oil cylinders 25 are started, and the oil cylinders 25 cut the water pipes through the punching heads 27;

Step three: after the water pipe is cut, the first upper clamping block 22 ascends, the pipe bending wheel 14 continues to convey the water pipe, the third motor 29 is started simultaneously, the third motor 29 is matched with the gear, the rack drives the moving frame 4 to slide on the supporting bar 3, the relative position of the second upper clamping block 32 and the water pipe is further adjusted, then the fourth cylinder 33 is started, the fourth cylinder 33 pushes the second upper clamping block 34 downwards, the second upper clamping block 34 is matched with the second lower clamping block 32 to position the two water pipes, the piston rod of the fifth cylinder 36 contracts, the installation shell 37 drives the polishing discs to move towards the punching position of the water pipe, the fourth motor 38 is started, the fourth motor 38 is matched with the two gears connected in a meshed mode to drive the two polishing discs to rotate, and the two polishing discs polish the punching position of the water pipe.
