The rotating rod 38 can drive the clamping block 36 to rotate when rotating, and the carving part 32 can also rotate correspondingly when the clamping block 36 rotates, so that the clamping piece 35 can conveniently rotate to an upper knife station or a carving station. By providing the clamping block 36 on the engraving part 32 to clamp the connecting block 37 on the mounting part 31, the connection between the engraving part 32 and the mounting block is more stable, and the rotation of the engraving part 32 is more stable.

As for the specific arrangement of the first drive mechanism 7, as shown in fig. 3, the connection block 37 is provided with a mounting chamber (not shown in the figure) in which the first drive mechanism 7 is disposed. Therefore, the first driving mechanism 7 is not easy to be damaged by collision, and the service life of the first driving mechanism 7 is long. The first driving mechanism 7 comprises a worm wheel 71, a worm 72 and a second motor 73, wherein an output shaft of the second motor 73 is connected with the worm 72, so that the worm 72 correspondingly rotates when the second motor 73 rotates, the worm wheel 71 is meshed with the worm 72, so that the worm wheel 71 correspondingly rotates when the worm 72 rotates, and the worm wheel 71 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating rod 38. Regarding the specific installation manner of the graver, as shown in fig. 2, the tool magazine 4 includes an installation plate 41, a first motor 42, a knife placing tray 43 and a rotating shaft 44, the installation plate 41 is movably disposed in the accommodating cavity 9, the first motor 42 is vertically disposed on the installation plate 41, the first motor 42 and the installation plate 41 can be connected by bolts, an output shaft of the first motor 42 is connected with the rotating shaft 44, the number of the knife placing trays 43 is plural, the plural knife placing trays 43 are disposed on the rotating shaft 44 at intervals, the knife placing tray 43 can correspondingly rotate when the first motor 42 operates, the upper surface of the knife placing tray 43 is circumferentially provided with plural knife placing clamps 45 for clamping the graver, and when the graver is placed on the knife placing clamps 45, the knife placing clamps 45 can clamp the graver. The holder 35 is a four-jaw cylinder having four clamping jaws for holding a graver. Four clamping jaws of four-jaw cylinder can be close to or keep away from, and the centre gripping carving tool that can be convenient when four clamping jaws of four-jaw cylinder are close to each other, and the installation that holder 35 and carving tool can be convenient is in the same place, and this a last sword that is used for the finishing impression device of cell-phone tempering membrane is comparatively convenient.

Finally, as shown in fig. 1, the second driving mechanism 5 is used for driving the mounting plate 41 to lift; the second driving mechanism 5 comprises a first cylinder, the first cylinder is a linear cylinder, the first cylinder is vertically arranged in the accommodating cavity 9, and a piston rod of the first cylinder is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 41. When the piston rod of second cylinder is flexible, first cylinder also can corresponding motion to mounting panel 41 with first cylinder connection also can corresponding motion, thereby the second cylinder can drive mounting panel 41 and be close to or keep away from the upper slitter station. When different fine carving knives are needed to perform fine carving operation on different types of mobile phone toughened films, the power mechanism 8 moves the movable mounting part 31 to enable the clamping piece 35 to be positioned at a carving station, the first driving mechanism 7 then drives the engraving part 32 to rotate so that the clamping member 35 is located at the upper tool position, then the second driving mechanism 5 drives the mounting plate 41 to lift so that the knife placing disc 43 provided with the designated fine carving knife is positioned on the same horizontal plane with the upper knife station, then the first motor 42 drives the cutter disc 43 to rotate so as to rotate the designated finishing carving knife to the same horizontal line with the upper knife station, then the third driving mechanism 6 drives the mounting plate 41 to move so that the designated finishing carving knife is positioned at the upper knife station, at this time, the holding member 35 holds the designated finishing carving knife, that is, the clamping member 35 is installed with the designated engraving knife, and then the power mechanism 8 drives the installation portion 31 to lift up, so that the clamping member 35 drives the designated engraving knife to be removed from the knife holding clamp 45.

The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when different fine carving knives are needed to perform fine carving operation on different types of mobile phone toughened films, the movable mounting part 31 of the third cylinder moves to enable the clamping piece 35 to be located at a carving station, then the second motor 73 rotates to enable the worm 72 to rotate when operating, so that the worm wheel 71 meshed with the worm 72 rotates along with the worm, the rotating rod 38 also rotates along with the worm, the clamping piece 35 can conveniently rotate to an upper knife station, then the first cylinder drives the mounting plate 41 to lift so that the knife placing plate 43 provided with the appointed fine carving knife is located at the same horizontal plane as the upper knife station, then the first motor 42 drives the knife placing plate 43 to rotate so that the appointed fine carving knife rotates to be at the same horizontal line as the upper knife station, then the second cylinder drives the mounting plate 41 to move so that the appointed fine carving knife is located at the upper knife station, and at the moment, clamping jaws of the four-jaw air cylinders at the end part of the clamping piece 35 are folded to clamp the appointed fine, namely, the clamping member 35 and the designated engraving knife are installed together, then the third cylinder drives the installation part 31 to lift up so that the clamping member 35 drives the designated engraving knife to be pulled out from the knife holding clamp 45, second motor 73 is then operated to rotate engraving member 32 to rotate holder 35 to the engraving station, then the third motor drives the mounting part 31 to drive the clamping piece 35 and the graver to descend, and meanwhile, the first rotary cylinder 34 drives the clamping piece 35 and the graver to rotate so as to process the mobile phone toughened film to be processed, which is placed on the fine carving table 2, because the number of the cutter placing discs 43 is multiple, and a plurality of gravers can be placed on each cutter placing disc 43, different gravers can meet the processing requirements of different types of mobile phone toughened films, therefore, the fine engraving device for the mobile phone tempering film has the advantage of meeting the production requirement of fine engraving processing of various mobile phone tempering films.
