Rock wool is widely applied to industries such as petroleum, electric power, metallurgy and building, especially along with popularization and application of an external wall heat insulation technology, organic materials are limited to use, and rock wool heat insulation boards meet the opportunity and present a prosperous development situation. According to different raw materials, the main process of rock wool production comprises the following steps: 1) the cupola process which adopts natural rocks such as basalt and diabase as main raw materials is severely restricted in development due to the characteristics of policy and process; 2) the 'electric furnace' process which adopts natural rocks or tailings and tailings as main raw materials wastes a large amount of sensible heat of the tailings and consumes too much energy. The rear parts of the hot melting slag produced by the smelting furnace in the metallurgical industry and the high-temperature melting furnace taking the tailings as the raw materials are connected with the rock wool production line to produce the rock wool, so that the additional values of byproducts of the smelting furnace and the tailings are improved again, the sensible heat is fully utilized, and the environment-friendly rock wool production line is more and more concerned.
The hot slag rock wool production line consists of production units such as a hot melting furnace, a temperature regulating tempering furnace, rock wool and the like, a large number of continuous and discrete process variables are involved in the production flow, and the production units have more variable factors and have external variable factors such as uncertain time, temperature fluctuation, equipment conditions and the like, so that the process is very complicated. The slag is extremely easy to solidify as a bridge-hot melting slag in the production process of a series hot melting furnace and a rock wool workshop, and the reduction of the temperature drop of the hot melting slag is particularly important.
The inventor believes that as a byproduct, rock wool production lines are far away from smelting furnaces, existing hot slag transportation modes all adopt trains or automobiles, the transportation distance is too long, and therefore the hot slag is largely solidified and weighing is unstable; however, how the high-temperature melting furnace with tailings as raw materials is connected with the rock wool production line has not been reported.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the research background, the invention aims to provide an optimized hot-melt slag rock wool production system.
Based on the technical purposes, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the hot-melting slag transportation system comprises a slag tank, a slag tank car, a transportation line, an automatic full-process cover adding and uncovering device for the slag tank and a slag tank roaster. Further, the slag pot is used for containing hot slag generated by the hot melting furnace, and the slag pot car carries the slag pot to be transported between the hot melting furnace and the rock wool production line through a transportation line.
The beneficial effects of one or more technical schemes are as follows:
1. the problem of the temperature drop of hot melt slag transportation has effectually been solved, after slagging tap from the position of slagging tap, directly transport to the quenching and tempering of adjusting the temperature and stride, has shortened slag ladle operating cycle, has improved the hot melt slag temperature of going into the quenching and tempering process of adjusting the temperature, effectively reduces the follow-up processing degree of difficulty, improves rock wool production efficiency.
2. The hot melting furnace and the rock wool workshop are arranged adjacently and are connected at a zero distance, the hot melting furnace and the rock wool production line are arranged at a zero distance, and the total floor area is greatly reduced.
3. The position and the number of the slag pot conveying lines are flexibly adjusted, the setting requirements of various target yields can be met, and the production system is more flexibly adjusted.
4. Compared with the traditional rock wool production system, the continuity of each production unit is enhanced, the running period of the slag pot is accelerated, the number of the slag pots in a workshop is reduced, and the engineering investment and the running cost are reduced.

Preferably, the hot-melt slag transportation system further comprises an automatic cover adding and uncovering device.
Preferably, a roaster is arranged on the conveying line and used for heating the slag pot.
In some embodiments of the above preferred embodiments, the roaster is disposed between the automatic cover-covering and uncovering device (I) and the thermofussion furnace.

Preferably, the temperature regulating and tempering furnace is arranged in a temperature regulating and tempering span, the temperature regulating and tempering span is arranged adjacent to the hot melting furnace area, and the slag pot on the conveying line is hoisted to the temperature regulating and tempering furnace through a travelling crane of the temperature regulating and tempering span.
Preferably, the rock wool production line is arranged in the rock wool span, the rock wool span is perpendicular to the temperature regulating and tempering span, and the rock wool production line is fed after temperature regulating and tempering.
Further preferably, the rock wool production system further comprises a maintenance area, and the maintenance area is used for maintaining the slag pot.
