according to the water leakage condition of the water leakage position, a grouting pipe is driven into the edge of the water leakage hole and connected with a grouting pipeline, and the first grouting and leakage blocking operation is carried out;

when the water leakage amount at the water leakage hole is reduced, a leakage blocking piece is arranged at the water leakage hole, and the water leakage hole is supported and blocked by the leakage blocking piece;

and after the leakage blocking piece is installed, secondary grouting is carried out on the position of the water leakage hole, whether the slurry at the position of the water leakage hole is filled and the water leakage condition of the water leakage hole is observed, if the slurry is filled in the water leakage hole and the water leakage hole is not leaking, grouting and leakage blocking operation is finished, and if the slurry is not filled in the water leakage hole or the water leakage hole still has the water leakage condition, the grouting and leakage blocking operation is continuously carried out on the water leakage hole until the slurry is filled in the water leakage hole or the water leakage hole stops leaking.

Technical Field

The disclosure relates to the technical field of pipeline repair, in particular to a grouting water stopping method.

Background

After the concrete water supply pipeline runs for a certain time, the water leakage phenomenon of different degrees occurs due to various reasons, and certain influence is brought to the water supply quality; when the water leakage is serious, the water supply safety can be seriously threatened, and the repair is necessary. At present, the commonly used concrete water supply pipeline repairing method generally comprises a traditional lining method, an interlining method, a composite material overturning lining method, a coating method and the like.

The traditional lining method, also called pipe inserting method, is the earliest method for repairing the trenchless underground pipeline and is suitable for repairing various underground pipelines. During construction, a new pipe with a small diameter is directly inserted or pulled into the old pipe, and annular grouting is performed between the new pipe and the old pipe for consolidation. The new pipe can be a continuous long pipe formed by welding polyethylene pipes in a butt joint mode in advance, or can be a section-by-section short plastic pipe or a glass steel pipe, and the new pipe is respectively conveyed into the old pipe after being connected in the working pits. The traditional lining method has the advantages of simplicity, feasibility and low construction cost; the main disadvantage is that the repaired pipeline has large loss of the flow section.

The interlining method is to temporarily reduce the diameter of the inner lining pipe and then insert the inner lining pipe into the pipeline to be repaired, and then restore the diameter of the inner lining pipe to form a tight fit with the old pipe. The method has the advantages that: grouting is not needed, and the construction speed is high; the loss of the flow cross section is very small; the device can adapt to a bent pipe with a larger curvature radius; long-distance repair can be realized, and the number of joints is small or even none; the construction can be carried out in the excavated working pit or manhole. The disadvantages are that: the branch pipe joint needs to be excavated; the structural damage of the old pipe can cause construction difficulty; different methods have different technical requirements on the operator.

The composite material turning lining method is that hose material is transported to site, and the hose material is turned over and transferred to pipeline under the pressure of water and air to make the hose material cling to the inner wall of the pipeline. The method has the advantages that: the construction speed is high; no joint, smooth surface and good fluidity; the pipe fitting can adapt to non-circular sections, bent pipe sections and places with small deformation; the existing manhole or a small amount of excavation can be used as an entrance; no annular space is arranged between the new pipe and the old pipe, and the new pipe has the functions of corrosion resistance and permeability resistance. The disadvantages are that: special construction equipment is needed, and the requirement on the quality of workers is high; the cost is higher when the engineering scale is small; during construction, the infiltration of groundwater must be controlled and the liner must withstand the pressure along with the old pipe.

The repairing method mainly aims at repairing the water supply pipeline with the diameter of less than 1 meter, and the large-diameter water supply pipeline has large diameter, so that the repairing material has large bearing pressure, the construction environment is complex, and almost no mature repairing method exists. Due to the limitation of environmental conditions, the method is not good in repairing effect, low in durability, slow in repairing speed and too high in repairing and maintaining cost, and the leaking port can be broken by large external water pressure after a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the disclosed embodiments provide a grouting water stopping method, which at least partially solves the problems in the prior art.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a grouting water stopping method, which includes the following steps:

positioning the water leakage position of the pipeline to be repaired needing to be subjected to leakage stoppage;

carrying out air bag plugging on the pipeline to be repaired;

carrying out water pumping and dredging treatment on the pipeline to be repaired, and detecting the pipeline to be repaired to obtain the pipeline condition of the pipeline to be repaired;

when the pipeline condition of the pipeline to be repaired meets the preset requirement, detecting the water leakage position;

according to the water leakage condition of the water leakage position, a grouting pipe is driven into the edge of the water leakage hole and connected with a grouting pipeline, and the first grouting and leakage blocking operation is carried out;

when the water leakage amount at the water leakage hole is reduced, a leakage blocking piece is arranged at the water leakage hole, and the water leakage hole is supported and blocked by the leakage blocking piece;

and after the leakage blocking piece is installed, secondary grouting is carried out on the position of the water leakage hole, whether the slurry at the position of the water leakage hole is filled and the water leakage condition of the water leakage hole is observed, if the slurry is filled in the water leakage hole and the water leakage hole is not leaking, grouting and leakage blocking operation is finished, and if the slurry is not filled in the water leakage hole or the water leakage hole still has the water leakage condition, the grouting and leakage blocking operation is continuously carried out on the water leakage hole until the slurry is filled in the water leakage hole or the water leakage hole stops leaking.

According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of performing water pumping and dredging treatment on the pipeline to be repaired further includes:

detecting the pipeline to be repaired to obtain the pipeline condition of the pipeline to be repaired;

and when the pipeline condition of the pipeline to be repaired meets the preset requirement, detecting the water leakage position.

According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of detecting the pipeline to be repaired to obtain the pipeline condition of the pipeline to be repaired includes:

when the pipeline condition of the pipeline to be repaired meets the preset requirement, detecting the water leakage position;

according to the water leakage condition of the water leakage position, a grouting pipe is driven into the edge of the water leakage hole and connected with a grouting pipeline, and the first grouting and leakage blocking operation is carried out;

when the water leakage amount at the water leakage hole is reduced, a leakage blocking piece is arranged at the water leakage hole, and the water leakage hole is supported and blocked by the leakage blocking piece;

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the water leakage part is supported and blocked by the blocking piece, so that the situation that the water leakage part is broken under the condition of large external water pressure is avoided, and the situation that the grouting material is flushed away by overlarge water pressure when leakage repairing is carried out is avoided.

Specifically, before the plugging operation is performed, the condition in the pipeline is investigated. The method comprises the steps of firstly positioning the water leakage position of the pipeline to be repaired needing to be subjected to leakage stoppage, and judging the water leakage position through observation for the large pipe diameter with serious water leakage condition. And positioning the water leakage position, and roughly determining a water leakage repair scheme according to the water leakage condition of the water leakage position.

The air bag is adopted for plugging the upstream and the downstream of the pipeline to be repaired, and the high-pressure water pump is adopted for pumping water and dredging the pipeline to be repaired after the air bag is plugged, so that the pipeline to be repaired is cleaned up to facilitate the leakage plugging operation of workers in the pipeline.

The pipeline after processing adopts CCTV equipment to detect, treats the interior condition of pipeline of restoreing the pipeline and surveys through CCTV pipeline check out test set, can treat whether desilting is clean in the pipeline of restoreing the pipeline through CCTV equipment detection, surveys the pipeline internal diameter of treating the restoration pipeline through CCTV equipment, is convenient for adopt the steel ring that is slightly littleer than the pipeline internal diameter of treating the restoration pipeline to carry out the shutoff when carrying out the shutoff. In addition, the water leakage condition of the water leakage position of the pipeline to be repaired, the size of the water leakage hole diameter, the pipeline condition of the water leakage position and the like can be obtained through CCTV equipment. The repair steel ring is selected according to the severity of the collapse condition. For example, when the collapse is serious, a plurality of sections of short steel rings are adopted to fix the periphery of the collapse once, and then a strong steel ring is selected to be fixed at the position of the collapse in a reinforcing mode. When the collapse is slight, only a small number of short steel rings are selected to be fixed on the periphery of the collapse at one time.

The general scheme of plugging operation is obtained according to the pipeline condition detected by CCTV equipment. For the water leakage condition of the large-diameter pipeline, the embodiment selects to firstly adopt grouting material to perform one-side leaking stoppage operation at the water leakage hole of the water leakage part, and firstly selects a proper position to drive into the grouting pipe before grouting and is connected with the grouting pipeline. After the plugging piece is installed, slurry is further injected into the water leakage position, the water leakage position is further plugged, water leakage is prevented, and the water leakage plugging effect is improved. And after the slurry is injected for the second time, observing whether the slurry at the water leakage hole is filled up, and stopping continuous grouting if the slurry is filled up in the water leakage hole. The grouting water stopping method disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure is mainly applied to water leakage repair of a large-pipe-diameter pipeline, and the pipe diameter of the pipeline is preferably 800-3000 mm.

The leakage blocking part in the embodiment of the present disclosure is a self-locking steel ring, the self-locking steel ring includes an expansion steel ring 10, a waterproof rubber ring 20 and a self-locking part 30, the expansion steel ring 10 is disposed in the waterproof rubber ring 20 to support the waterproof rubber ring 20, two rolling ends 13 of the expansion steel ring 10 are disposed to be capable of moving relatively, a slide rail 11 is disposed on an inner wall of the expansion steel ring 10 along a circumferential direction, and the self-locking part 30 is disposed on the slide rail 11.
