Background

The composite material needs to be shaped and structured by a shaping mould during shaping, and the composite material needs to be taken off from the mould after shaping and solidification. For a common open composite material product, the draft angle is more than or equal to 0 degree, so that the composite material product can be easily taken off from a mold by a certain demolding device. However, some composite products have a draft angle less than 0 °, and have a serious back-draft phenomenon, and the product can be released only by designing a mold into a combined mold. On the other hand, the composite material product needs to be vacuumized and compacted in the molding process, so that the requirement of integral air tightness needs to be considered in the design of the mold. This places more stringent requirements on the design of the segmented mold. The separation of the split mold bodies in the combined mold is the key for ensuring the smooth use of the combined mold. Traditionally, the disassembly of the die body is realized by manually knocking the die body and the like, the efficiency is low, and the die is damaged.

In summary, for a product with an inverted pull phenomenon, a forming mold thereof needs to be designed as a combined mold, and the detachment of the mold splitting body has great technical difficulty.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a die body linear separation structure and a die body linear separation method for a combined die for composite material molding, which are used for realizing the stable linear separation of the die bodies in the combined die and simultaneously ensuring the air tightness requirement in the molding process, and have important practical significance for realizing the molding of products difficult to demold.

The invention has the advantages that:
