s1, extruding on a double-screw extruder with the length-diameter ratio L/D (equal to 48), wherein the double-screw extruder is provided with 12 sections and 3 feed inlets, the first feed inlet is positioned at the position of the extruder 1D, the second feed inlet is positioned at the position of SD of the fifth section of the extruder, and the third feed inlet is positioned at the position of the extruder 7D;

s2, adding HDPE into a feed inlet at the first section 1D of the 120r/min double-screw extruder;

s3, mixing N- (iso-butoxymethyl) methacrylamide, N-vinyl caprolactam, 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-bis (tert-butylperoxy) hexane and diisopropylethanol ammonium according to a ratio, and adding the mixture into a feed inlet at a position 5D of a fifth section of the extruder under the pressure of 1.2-1.5 Mpa;

Technical Field

Background

HDPE (high density polyethylene) is a polymer with better comprehensive performance, and a packaging material taking HDPE as a main raw material is replacing the traditional metal or glass packaging material and is widely applied to food packaging, medicine packaging and the like. However, HDPE materials have poor barrier properties, which limits their range of applications. Nylon 6 (polyamide 6) is a special material with high strength and high barrier property, and the barrier property of HDPE material can be improved by doping nylon 6 into the HDPE material. However, since the HDPE material is a non-polar polymer and the nylon 6 is a polar polymer, the material obtained by pure blending has poor mechanical properties and limited improvement of barrier properties.

The preparation process of the compatilizer for the HDPE and nylon 6 blend comprises the following steps:

s4, mixing the antioxidant 1010 and EBS, and feeding at a rate of 0.52kg/h to a feed port at the seventh section 7D of the extruder

S5, grafting reaction is carried out, the extrusion processing temperature is gradually increased from 140-150 ℃ of the first section to 220 ℃ of the 8 th section, and the extrusion temperature of the tail section of the extruder is gradually decreased to about 160-170 ℃.
