Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the full-automatic disposable milling device for diesel engine bodies of the present invention comprises a base 9 and a workbench 8, wherein the workbench 8 is installed in front of the base 9 through a guide rail assembly 10, a body clamp 11 is installed on the workbench 8, the workbench 8 is connected with a mobile power source 17 through a transmission assembly 12, milling power sources 3 (including a left side and a right side which are milling motors) are installed on both sides of the base 9, the milling power sources 3 are connected with milling rotating shafts 13 (including a left side and a right side which are close to each other), and a plurality of milling cutters are installed on the milling rotating shafts 13.

The milling cutters include a large disc cutter 5, a small disc cutter 6, and the small disc cutter 6 is located at an outer end portion of a milling rotation shaft 13 (one of the left side or the right side, and the milling rotation shaft on the left side is shown in fig. 1). The moving power source 17 comprises a fast moving motor 1 and a slow moving motor 2, and the fast moving motor 1 and the slow moving motor 2 are both connected with the transmission assembly 12. The movable power source 17 can also be a movable control servo motor (only one piece), and the automatic control can be realized when the workbench rotates at a high speed or a low speed, so that the workbench can be controlled to move at a high speed or a low speed. The mobile power source 17 and the milling power source 3 are respectively and electrically connected with the microcomputer controller 4 and are uniformly regulated and controlled by the microcomputer controller.

The rapid moving motor 1 controls the workbench 8 to rapidly move to the edge of the milling cutter, the slow moving motor 2 controls the workbench to slowly move, and meanwhile, the milling cutters perform one-time synchronous milling finish machining on a plurality of bearing seat assembling steps 15 of the diesel engine body 7 (the depth position of the bearing seat assembling steps is milled by the large disc milling cutter 5, and the peripheral position of the bearing seat assembling steps is milled by the small disc milling cutter 6). After the milling process is finished, the quick moving motor 1 controls the workbench 8 to quickly leave the milling cutter. The invention is particularly suitable for milling the bearing seat assembly step 15 of the diesel engine body.
