1. An automotive rocker panel, comprising:

a first base body (10), wherein the first base body (10) is provided with a first pedal surface (11) for supporting the rear end of the sole of a foot;

a second base body (20), wherein the second base body (20) is provided with a second pedal surface (21) for supporting the front end of the sole of a foot;

the first base body (10) is connected with the second base body (20) through the length adjusting assembly (30), so that the distance between the first pedal surface (11) and the second pedal surface (21) can be adjusted through the length adjusting assembly (30) to adapt to soles of different sizes.

2. The automotive rocker panel of claim 1, wherein the length adjustment assembly (30) comprises:

a support structure by which the second base (20) is arranged on the first base (10);

the first driving part drives the first base body (10) and/or the second base body (20) to move so as to adjust the distance between the first pedal surface (11) and the second pedal surface (21), the first driving part extends along a first direction, and the first direction is the length direction of the sole of a foot.

The automotive rocker panel of claim 2, wherein the length adjustment assembly (30) further comprises a transmission mechanism on which the first base body (10) and/or the second base body (20) is movably arranged, the transmission mechanism comprising at least one of a worm gear mechanism or a rail structure.

4. An automotive rocker plate according to claim 3, characterised in that the transmission is located on the side of the second base body (20) facing away from the second tread surface (21).

An automotive rocker panel according to claim 2, characterised in that the support structure is a support bar provided on the first base body (10), along which support bar the second base body (20) can slide in order to bring the second base body (20) closer to or further away from the first base body (10).

The automotive rocker panel according to claim 2, characterised in that the support structure comprises at least two cross-hinged support beams, so that the support structure is scissor-like, the two ends of the same support beam being connected to the first base (10) and the second base (20), respectively, the first drive driving the support structure to move, so as to move the first base (10) and/or the second base (20).

an angle sensor provided on the first base (10) to detect a rotation angle of the first base (10);

the second driving part is arranged at one end of the distance adjusting assembly (50) and is in driving connection with the first base body (10) so as to drive the first base body (10) to rotate.

11. A rocker panel as in claim 9, further comprising a control mechanism, the control mechanism comprising:

an adjustment switch (70);

the control circuit is respectively connected with the first driving part of the length adjusting assembly (30), the second driving part of the pitching adjusting assembly (60) and the distance adjusting assembly (50), and the adjusting switch (70) adjusts the actions of the length adjusting assembly (30), the distance adjusting assembly (50) and the pitching adjusting assembly (60) through the control circuit.

12. An automotive rocker panel according to claim 11, characterised in that said distance adjustment assembly (50) comprises:

a hydraulic cylinder (51) having a hydraulic rod (52) extending from a cylinder block and connected to the first base body (10), a space in the hydraulic cylinder (51) being partitioned into a first chamber (53) and a second chamber (54) by a piston on the hydraulic rod (52), and the first chamber (53) being remote from the first base body (10) with respect to the second chamber (54);

an oil storage tank (55), wherein hydraulic oil is stored in the oil storage tank (55);

the oil injection oil way (56), the oil injection oil way (56) is communicated to the oil storage tank (55) and is provided with an oil pump (57), and the control circuit is connected with the oil pump (57);

Background

The automobile footrest is an indispensable operating part, in the design process, in order to ensure the comfort of most people, the spatial position of the footrest is designed by 95 percent of human bodies, although the use requirements of most drivers can be met, due to the individual difference, the fixed footrest position can not completely fit the driving requirements of each individual, and in the long-distance driving process, the foot fatigue of the drivers can still be affected.

As can be seen from the above, the prior art has the problems that the automobile footrest is not adjustable and has poor comfort.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide an automobile foot rest plate, and aims to solve the problems that an automobile foot rest plate is not adjustable and is poor in comfort in the prior art.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rocker panel for a vehicle, comprising: the first base body is provided with a first pedal surface for supporting the rear end of the sole of a foot; a second base body having a second tread surface for supporting a front end of a sole of a foot; the first base body is connected with the second base body through the length adjusting assembly, the distance between the first pedal face and the second pedal face is adjusted through the length adjusting assembly, and therefore the sole with different sizes is adapted.

Further, the length adjustment assembly includes: the second base body is arranged on the first base body through the supporting structure; the first driving part drives the first base body and/or the second base body to move so as to adjust the distance between the first pedal surface and the second pedal surface, the first driving part extends along a first direction, and the first direction is the length direction of the sole of a foot.

Further, the length adjustment assembly further comprises a transmission mechanism, the first base body and/or the second base body are movably arranged on the transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanism comprises at least one of a worm and gear mechanism or a guide rail structure.

By applying the technical scheme, the automobile footrest comprises a first base body, a second base body and a length adjusting assembly. The first base body is provided with a first pedal surface for supporting the rear end of the sole; the second base body is provided with a second pedal surface for supporting the front end of the sole; the first base body is connected with the second base body through the length adjusting assembly, so that the distance between the first pedal surface and the second pedal surface is adjusted through the length adjusting assembly to adapt to soles of different sizes.

In order to solve the problem that the automobile footrest is not adjustable and the comfort is poor in the prior art, the application provides an automobile footrest.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the automobile footrest in the present application includes a first base 10, a second base 20, and a length adjustment assembly 30. The first base body 10 has a first tread 11 for supporting the rear end of the sole of a foot; the second base body 20 has a second tread 21 for supporting the front end of the sole; first base 10 is connected with second base 20 through length adjustment assembly 30 to adjust the distance between first tread 11 and second tread 21 through length adjustment assembly 30, in order to adapt to the sole of a foot of different sizes.

When the automobile foot rest plate with the structure is used, the distance between the first base body 10 and the second base body 20 is adjusted flexibly through the length adjusting assembly 30, so that the automobile foot rest plate can be adjusted flexibly, the size of the automobile foot rest plate can be set reasonably, the automobile foot rest plate can meet the driving requirements of different people, and the comfort of the foot rest plate is improved.

Specifically, the length adjustment assembly 30 includes a support structure and a first drive portion. The second substrate 20 is disposed on the first substrate 10 through a support structure; the first driving part drives the first base body 10 and/or the second base body 20 to move so as to adjust the distance between the first pedal surface 11 and the second pedal surface 21, the first driving part extends along a first direction, and the first direction is the length direction of the sole of the foot. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the supporting structure includes at least two supporting beams hinged in a cross manner, so that the supporting structure is in a scissor type, two ends of the same supporting beam are respectively connected with the first base 10 and the second base 20, and the first driving part drives the supporting structure to move so as to drive the first base 10 and/or the second base 20 to move. By means of the arrangement, the first base body 10 and the second base body 20 can be connected through the supporting structure, so that the first base body 10 and the second base body 20 can be better kept on the same plane in the process of moving the footrest. The control circuit is connected to the first driving part of the length adjustment assembly 30, the second driving part of the pitch adjustment assembly 60, and the distance adjustment assembly 50, respectively, and the adjustment switch 70 adjusts the operations of the length adjustment assembly 30, the distance adjustment assembly 50, and the pitch adjustment assembly 60 through the control circuit.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the adjustment switch 70 can control the ECU through the SCM, and further, the ECU connects the first driving portion of the length adjustment assembly 30, the second driving portion of the pitch adjustment assembly 60, and the distance adjustment assembly 50, and the adjustment switch 70 controls the length adjustment assembly 30, the distance adjustment assembly 50, and the pitch adjustment assembly 60 through the control circuit.

A hydraulic rod 52 of the hydraulic cylinder 51 protrudes from the cylinder and is connected to the first base 10, a space in the hydraulic cylinder 51 is divided into a first chamber 53 and a second chamber 54 by a piston on the hydraulic rod 52, and the first chamber 53 is away from the first base 10 relative to the second chamber 54; hydraulic oil is stored in the oil tank 55; the oil injection oil way 56 is communicated to the oil storage tank 55, the oil injection oil way 56 is provided with an oil pump 57, and the control circuit is connected with the oil pump 57; the communication oil passage 58 includes a first oil passage 581, a second oil passage 582, a third oil passage 583, and a fourth oil passage 584, the oil filling passage 56 is communicable with the first chamber 53 through the first oil passage 581, the oil filling passage 56 is communicable with the second chamber 54 through the second oil passage 582, the first chamber 53 is communicated with the oil reservoir 55 through the third oil passage 583, the second chamber 54 is communicated with the oil reservoir 55 through the fourth oil passage 584, the first oil path 581 is provided with a first electromagnetic valve 5811, the second oil path 582 is provided with a second electromagnetic valve 5821, the third oil path 583 is provided with a third electromagnetic valve 5831, the fourth oil path 584 is provided with a fourth electromagnetic valve 5841, and the control circuit controls the working states of the first electromagnetic valve 5811, the second electromagnetic valve 5821, the third electromagnetic valve 5831 and the fourth electromagnetic valve 5841 according to the instruction of the adjusting switch 70, so that the hydraulic rod 52 extends or retracts to drive the first substrate 10 to act. During actual operation, the driver is able to adjust the distance adjustment assembly 50 via the control mechanism. The hydraulic rod 52 is specifically adjusted by controlling the hydraulic oil in the oil storage tank 55 and feeding the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder 51 through the communication oil passage 58 under the action of the oil pump 57, and the distance between the footrest is controlled by the hydraulic rod 52.

The operation has a memory function, a driver can start the memory switch after getting on the vehicle for the second time so as to achieve the preset posture of the previous time, and the driver can memorize the posture by arranging the seat linkage switch on the seat.

The automobile footrest is strong in applicability, can be applied to various fields such as airplanes, ships, automobiles and the like, can overcome the defects of the existing footrest with low cost, is simple and easy to realize in an operating mechanism and intelligent and self-adaptive to adjust, can improve the application of human-machine engineering and the driving comfort of a driver to a greater extent, and improves the grade and luxurious feeling of traffic equipment. From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:

1. the automobile footrest is divided into two sections, and the footrest has adjustability, so that the footrest is more flexible;

2. the automobile stop foot plate can realize the adjusting function in different directions, and realize the common adjustment of a hydraulic driving mechanism and an electric driving mechanism;
