The use method of the device for bundling articles for logistics packaging comprises the following steps:

step one, mounting box sealing glue: taking the mounting mechanism out of the top of the machine body, detaching the mounting block in the mounting frame to replace the adhesive tape, penetrating the adhesive tape through the mounting block, penetrating the adhesive tape through the first fastening wheel and the first gear to wind the adhesive tape on the rotating wheel, and mounting the mounting mechanism;

step two, regulating logistics: after the logistics are placed in the carton, a person folds the paper cover at the top of the carton according to the trace, then puts the carton on the conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism can drive the carton to move, in the moving process, the width limiting mechanisms at two sides can rightly arrange the carton, the height limiting mechanisms at two sides of the top can flatten the paper cover at the top of the carton, and the height limiting mechanism and the width limiting mechanism simultaneously play a role in limiting the carton;

step three, automatically sealing the box: when the carton passes through the carton sealing mechanism, the rotating wheel can paste the adhesive tape from the front side of the carton, when the rotating wheel reaches the top of the carton, the elastic force of the first spring can enable the L-shaped frame to rotate, so that the pressing wheel and the rotating wheel are simultaneously rolled on the top of the carton, the telescopic rod of the spring is compressed, and when the rotating wheel runs through the tail of the carton, the telescopic rod of the spring can release the elastic force to push the rotating wheel to perform tail fitting;

The invention provides an object bundling device for logistics packaging and a use method thereof, which have the beneficial effects that:

1. through the cooperation of the transmission mechanism, the first telescopic rod in the rotating mechanism and the disc in the bonding mechanism, when the carton is bound by the binding mechanism, the carton is automatically lifted and subjected to angle conversion, so that the carton can be subjected to cross binding, the disc can increase the contact area of the bottom surface of the carton, the strength of the carton is strengthened, articles in the carton can be protected, and the problems that when the logistics box needs to be cross bound, the logistics box needs to be manually converted in angle and the rotating angle of the logistics box cannot be guaranteed are solved;

2. the rotating wheels in the box sealing mechanism drive the adhesive tape to seal the carton on the conveying mechanism, so that automatic box sealing is realized when the conveying belt drives the carton to operate, and the problems that in the prior art, when a worker manually seals the carton by using a handheld box sealing machine, the action range is large, and time and labor are wasted are solved;

3. when the carton reaches the tail part, a first spring in the carton sealing mechanism is supported by the pressing wheel, so that the telescopic rod of the spring can be pushed, the pressing wheel frame can seal the back part of the carton, and the one-time carton sealing from the front side to the back part of the carton is realized;

4. the rope in the box sealing mechanism can be bent when reaching the tail of the carton, the rope can enable the threaded rod to rotate and simultaneously push the threaded slider, and the trapezoidal slider on the threaded slider can push the cutting mechanism, so that the cutting knife in the cutting mechanism can cut off the adhesive tape after the carton is sealed;

5. the cutting mechanism can be contracted in the pressing wheel carrier after the box sealing is finished through the fifth spring in the arranged cutting mechanism, the third spring can push the threaded slide block back, the threaded slide block can drive the threaded rod to rotate, and the rope can be retracted so as to be used next time, and the phenomenon that the cutting mechanism mistakenly cuts the adhesive tape when the rotating wheel automatically seals the box is also avoided;

6. the second fastening wheel can be pushed by a second spring in the box sealing mechanism, so that the second fastening wheel and the first fastening wheel clamp the adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape can be sucked by a sucker on the rotating wheel, so that when the cutting mechanism cuts the adhesive tape, the second fastening wheel and the first fastening wheel clamp the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape cannot rebound, and the next-time use failure is avoided;

9. the limiting stop block at the bottom of the shell can be pushed through the five springs in the cutting mechanism, so that the shell is reset, the shell can be driven to contract in the shell when being reset, the problem of saving the occupied space can be realized, and when the shell is pushed to extend outwards, the cutting knife can extend outwards synchronously, and the beneficial effect of doubling the telescopic stroke is realized.

as shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 8, the present embodiment provides an article bundling apparatus for logistics packaging, which includes a machine body 1, a bundling mechanism 3 for bundling articles is disposed in an inner cavity of the machine body 1, a bonding mechanism 11 for changing angles of the articles is disposed in a middle portion of a bottom end of the bundling mechanism 3, a rotating mechanism 4 for rotating and lifting the bonding mechanism 11 is disposed at a bottom of the bonding mechanism 11, transport mechanisms 2 for transporting the articles are disposed at bottom of the inner cavity of the machine body 1 and at front and rear ends of the bundling mechanism 3, respectively, a paper box 10 is disposed on the transport mechanisms 2, width limiting mechanisms 7 for regulating the paper box 10 are disposed at two sides of the inner cavity of the machine body 1 and at front end of the bundling mechanism 3, height limiting mechanisms 6 for flattening the paper box 10 are disposed at top ends of the inner cavity of the machine body 1 and at two width limiting mechanisms 7, a transmission mechanism 9 for driving the rotating mechanism 4 to rotate is disposed at one side of the top end of the machine body 1, an installation mechanism 5 for adjusting the height is arranged in the middle of the top end of the machine body 1, a carton sealing mechanism 8 for sealing the carton 10 is arranged at the bottom end of the installation mechanism 5, and a cutting mechanism 12 for cutting is arranged in the carton sealing mechanism 8;

As shown in fig. 1, 4, 6, 9 and 11, as a preferred embodiment, based on the above-mentioned manner, further, the bonding mechanism 11 includes a circular disc 1101 disposed in the middle of the bottom end of the bundling mechanism 3, a square slot is disposed at the top of the circular disc 1101, an arc-shaped heating sheet 1102 is embedded in the bottom end of the square slot, when the packaging tape 14 is tightened, the circular disc 1101 will rise synchronously, so that the arc-shaped heating sheet 1102 in the middle presses the two overlapping packaging tapes 14 and heats them simultaneously, so that they are bonded together, communication slots are disposed on the four sides of the square slot, three sliding slots 1107 are disposed at the bottom of the communication slots, sliding plates 1103 are slidably disposed inside the three sliding slots 1107, positioning plates 1103 are disposed on both sides of the sliding plates 1103, four springs 1104 are fixedly disposed at the top of the positioning plates, the top ends of the four springs 1107 are fixedly connected with the inside of the three sliding slots, blades 1105 are fixedly disposed at the top ends of the sliding plates 1103, a bearing plate is fixedly arranged on one side of the inner wall of the machine body 1, which is close to the mounting plate 16, a fourth telescopic rod 1106 is fixedly arranged at the top end of the bearing plate, when the packaging tape 14 is well adhered, the fourth telescopic rod 1106 can push the corresponding blade 1105, and the blade 1105 can cut off the packaging tape 14 which is conveyed by the two guide wheels 20.

As shown in fig. 1, 4, 9 and 10, as a preferred embodiment, based on the above manner, further, the rotating mechanism 4 includes a first telescopic rod 401 fixedly disposed at the bottom of the disc 1101, a rotating disc 402 is fixedly disposed at the bottom end of the first telescopic rod 401, the rotating disc 402 is rotatably connected with the bottom end inside the machine body 1, a first driving wheel 403 is fixedly disposed on the first telescopic rod 401, the first telescopic rod 401 can drive the disc 1101 to ascend and descend, the transmission mechanism 9 includes a first motor 901 fixedly disposed at one side of the top end of the machine body 1, a transmission rod 902 is fixedly disposed at the rotating shaft of the first motor 901, the transmission rod 902 passes through the top end of the machine body 1 and extends to the bottom of the machine body 1, a third driving wheel 903 is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the transmission rod 902, a third driving belt 404 is sleeved on the third driving wheel 903 and the first driving wheel 403, the first motor 901 can drive the first telescopic rod 401 to rotate, the first expansion link 401 can drive the disc 1101 to rotate, and the bundling angle of the carton 10 can be changed after the carton is lifted.

As shown in the figures 1 and 2, respectively, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, as a preferred embodiment, on the basis of the above manner, further, the width limiting mechanism 7 includes a first rotation limiting component disposed on two sides inside the machine body 1, the first rotation limiting component includes three third rotating shafts 701, the three third rotating shafts 701 are respectively connected with the inside of the machine body 1 in a rotating manner, the three third rotating shafts 701 are sleeved with four number of conveyor belts 702, the four number of conveyor belts 702 can correct the angle and the left and right positions of the carton 10, the height limiting mechanism 6 includes two number of rotation limiting components disposed on two sides of the top end inside the machine body 1, the two number of rotation limiting components include three two number of rotating shafts 601, the three two number of rotating shafts 601 are respectively connected with the inside of the machine body 1 in a rotating manner, the three second rotating shafts 601 are sleeved with one number of conveyor belts 602, and the first number of conveyor belts 602 can compress the paper cover on the top of the carton 10 and also play a role of fixing the carton 10.

As shown in fig. 1 and 8, as a preferred embodiment, in addition to the above-mentioned mode, further, a mounting hole is formed in the top of the machine body 1, the mounting mechanism 5 includes a mounting frame 501 mounted inside the mounting hole, a mounting block 502 is mounted at the bottom of the inner wall of the mounting frame 501, a transmission hole is formed in the middle of the top end of the mounting block 502, a supporting plate 503 is fixedly arranged at the edge side of the rear end of the top of the mounting block 502, a mounting shaft 504 is arranged at the top end of the supporting plate 503 on the side close to the transmission hole, an adhesive tape 19 is mounted on the mounting shaft 504, the bottom of the mounting block 502 is fixedly connected with the top of the telescopic spring rod 828, the mounting frame 501 is used for being mounted in the mounting hole and internally used for mounting the limit mounting block 502, the bottom end of the mounting block 502 is used for fixing the box sealing mechanism 8, and the top end is used for mounting the adhesive tape 19 required by the box sealing mechanism 8 during operation.
