According to the invention, the fixed underframe 2 is arranged, the motor 3 and the speed reducer 4 are respectively arranged in the clamping boxes 23 at the tops of the two groups of bearing frames 22, the limiting plates 24 are utilized to fix the bottoms of the motor 3 and the speed reducer 4, the four limiting plates 24 at the inner side of each clamping box 23 are respectively contacted with the bottoms of the motor 3 and the speed reducer 4, the spring rod 26 is pulled to contract to press the limiting plates 24, so that the limiting plates 24 are contacted and clamped with the bottoms of the motor 3 and the speed reducer 4, meanwhile, the telescopic rod 25 swings and contracts, one end of the spring rod 26 is screwed to be contacted with the fixed plate 27 by adopting a fixing nut, thus the motor 3 and the speed reducer 4 can be conveniently and fixedly installed, the disassembly of the motor 3 and the speed reducer 4 is convenient, and a certain damping effect can be achieved through the retractility; by arranging the limiting rollers 14 and the dispersing rollers 15 to be matched with the cutters 16 and the T-shaped frame 13, the motor drives the two groups of limiting rollers 14 to rotate towards opposite directions, rubber materials enter between the two groups of limiting rollers 14, then the driving rod 12 is driven to advance through the air cylinder 11, the cutters 16 are further driven to cut off the rubber materials by using one end of the T-shaped frame 13 as force application, the cut rubber enters the tops of the two groups of dispersing rollers 15, the two groups of dispersing rollers 15 are driven by the two groups of limiting rollers 14 to rotate towards opposite directions under the action of the belt, so that the rubber materials are scattered, and feeding difficulty caused by cohesive blocking of the rubber materials in the feeding cylinder 7 is effectively avoided; through setting up collecting box 10, the rubber materials after the granulation gets into collecting box 10, accepts by accepting box 20 earlier, enters into endotheca case 17 afterwards in, later falls into pull steamer tray 19, and pulling drawstring 18 pulls out whole endotheca case 17, and it can to pour out the rubber grain to take out pull steamer tray 19 again, has made things convenient for the unified collection to rubber granule, improves the efficiency of whole granulation process.
