a fixed block (1), wherein the fixed block (1) is connected with the section bar (3) in a sliding manner and is provided with a connecting part (102) for connecting an external component;

and the locking mechanism (2) is connected with the fixed block (1) to fix the relative position of the fixed block (1) and the section bar.
