Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

A cutting implement 10 is shown in fig. 1 for trimming grass, weeds, and other vegetation. In the present embodiment, the cutting tool is a grass trimmer, but it should be understood that the cutting tool may also be a lawn mower, a brush cutter, an edge trimmer, etc. in other embodiments.

The cutting tool 10 comprises an operating assembly 10a for operation by a user and a cutting assembly, in the case of a grass trimmer, a grass trimmer head 100. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cutting tool 10 includes a motor 11, the motor 11 is used for driving the grass cutting head 100 to rotate, and the grass cutting head 100 is provided with a grass cutting rope 15. When the motor 11 drives the grass mowing head 100 to rotate, the grass mowing head 100 drives the grass mowing rope 15 to rotate at a high speed, so that the grass mowing rope 15 rotating at a high speed can cut vegetation. The grass mowing head 100 includes: a head shell 12a and a bobbin 14, wherein the head shell comprises an upper cover 12 and a lower cover 13, the bobbin 14 is driven by the motor 11 to rotate, and the bobbin 14 is at least partially arranged in a containing space surrounded by the head shell. The upper cover 12 and the lower cover 13 are clamped together to form an accommodating space, the bobbin 14 is installed in the accommodating space, and the motor drives the bobbin 14 to rotate. The bobbin 14 is provided with a wire inlet hole and a wire outlet hole through which the grass cutting rope 15 penetrates, and the lower cover 13 comprises a left wire inlet hole and a right wire outlet hole. The head shell 12a is also formed with a left threading hole 12b for the mowing cord 15 to come out from the left side of the mowing head 100, and the head shell 12a is also formed with a right threading hole 12c for the mowing cord 15 to come out from the right side of the mowing head 100.

As shown in fig. 3, the grass cord 15 includes a first cord body 151, a second cord body 152, and a connecting portion 153. The first rope 151 has a first free end 151a and a first non-free end 151 b. The second cord body 152 has a second free end 152a and a second non-free end 152 b. The connecting portion 153 connects the first non-free end 151b of the first rope 151 and the second non-free end 152b of the second rope 152, so that the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 are joined to form a complete rope 15. The lengths of the first and second ropes 151 and 152 are substantially equal. The first string 151 has a first characteristic, and the second string 152 has a second characteristic corresponding to the first characteristic, wherein the first characteristic is different from the second characteristic. The second characteristic and the first characteristic correspond to indicate that the second characteristic and the first characteristic respectively represent the same attribute of the second rope body 152 and the first rope body 151. For example, in this implementation, the first feature is a first color, and the second feature corresponding to the first feature should also refer to a color, and in this implementation, the second feature is a corresponding second color. Thus, the first string 151 has a first color and the second string 152 has a second color, which is different from the first color.

In other embodiments, the first characteristic is a first pattern and the second characteristic is a second pattern, the second pattern being different from the first pattern, i.e., the first cord has a first pattern and the second cord has a second pattern different from the first pattern. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first characteristic is a first material, the second characteristic is a second material, and the second material is different from the first material, that is, the first rope has the first material, and the second rope has the second material different from the first material. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first characteristic is a first shape and the second characteristic is a second shape that is different from the first shape, i.e., the first cord has a first shape and the second cord has a second shape that is different from the first shape. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first characteristic is a first radial dimension and the second characteristic is a second radial dimension that is different from the first radial dimension, i.e., the first cord body has a first radial dimension and the second cord body has a second radial dimension that is different from the first radial dimension. The radial dimension here mainly refers to the shape of the radial cross section of the first and second rope bodies being different, whereas the radial dimension refers to the radial length of the radial cross section. In general, the shape and the radial dimensions of the radial section of the first or second rope are everywhere equal, but of course they may not be. The first rope body and the second rope body can be considered to be different as long as the radial cross-sectional shapes at one position are different or the radial sizes are unequal.

Of course, it is understood that in the present embodiment, the first characteristic refers to a first color, the second characteristic refers to a second color, and the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 have different colors, and it is possible to make the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 different, but at the same time, the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 may have different shapes, materials, patterns or radial sizes. That is, when one of the characteristics of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 is different, it is not limited whether the other characteristics of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 are the same.

As shown in fig. 3, the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 are represented by different lines, which means that the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 have different colors. That is, the outer layers of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 have different visual colors. In addition, in other embodiments, for several characteristics of color, pattern, material, shape and radial size, one of the characteristics of the first rope and the second rope can be used as a distinguishing characteristic, and a plurality of the characteristics of the first rope and the second rope can also be used as the distinguishing characteristics at the same time.

The difference between the lengths of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass-mowing head 100, and the length of the first rope 151 is considered to be substantially the same as the length of the second rope 152. Generally, the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 are equal in length, so that when a user threads the string, the user can ensure that the grass mowing rope 15 is substantially in the middle position relative to the grass mowing head 100, that is, the center point of the grass mowing rope 15 is substantially aligned with the central axis of the grass mowing head 100, as long as the rope at the two ends of the grass mowing head 100 is different. In actual operation, the grass-mowing ropes 15 on the two sides of the grass-mowing head 100 are allowed to have certain length errors, and the grass-mowing effect is not greatly influenced. Preferably, the difference between the lengths of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head 100, that is, the difference between the lengths of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head 100.

The first rope body 151 and the second rope body 152 are separately formed lengths of rope for mowing, and the first rope body 151 and the second rope body 152 are connected together through a connecting part 153. Preferably, the connecting portion 153 connects the first string 151 and the second string 152 such that the first string 151 and the second string 152 are aligned in contact in a radial direction. In this embodiment, the connection portion 153 is specifically various adhesives.

The method of making the cord 15 of the first embodiment will now be described.

(1) The first and second string bodies 151 and 152 having different characteristics are cut to a predetermined length. In this embodiment, the characteristic refers to colors of the first and second ropes 151 and 152, that is, the first and second ropes 151 and 152 have different colors. In other embodiments, a preset length of the first and second ropes with different patterns can be cut. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first rope body and the second rope body with different materials and preset lengths can be cut. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first and second ropes with different shapes may be cut to preset lengths. Alternatively, in other embodiments, a preset length of the first and second cords having different radial dimensions may be cut.

(2) Aligning and contacting one end of the first string 151 with one end of the second string 152, adding an adhesive to the junction and maintaining the first string 151 and the second string 152 in close contact for a period of time until the adhesive is cured and the first string 151 and the second string 152 do not separate in a natural state. Wherein the adhesive provided between the first string 151 and the second string 152 constitutes a connecting portion 153.

In the present embodiment, the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 have different colors, and it is understood that the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 may be made of different materials. In other embodiments, the first rope body and the second rope body can be made of the same material, and then a material body with a color different from that of the second rope body is arranged on the first rope body. In other implementations, the first and second cords may have different shapes, which may be formed by being manufactured in different shapes; the first rope body and the second rope body can be made to have the same shape, and then the first rope body and the second rope body can have different shapes through a special processing method.

In this embodiment, the lengths of the first and second ropes 151 and 152 are substantially the same. The difference between the lengths of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head. A difference in the lengths of the first and second ropes 151 and 152 of less than 0.15 m is considered that the lengths of the first and second ropes 151 and 152 are substantially the same. In this embodiment, the length of the first rope 151 is greater than or equal to 1 meter, and the length of the second rope 152 is greater than or equal to 1 meter. Thus, the length of the cord 15 is long enough to meet the needs of the lawnmower for a period of time. In the embodiment, when the grass-mowing cord 15 passes through the grass-mowing head 100, the first cord body 151 is substantially located on the left side of the grass-mowing head 100, the second cord body 152 is substantially located on the right side of the grass-mowing head 100, and the portion located inside the grass-mowing head 100 is a portion of the first cord body 151, or a portion of the second cord body 152, or a portion of the first cord body 151 and a portion of the second cord body 152. In the present embodiment, the size of the connecting portion 153 is smaller than the diameter of the grass-mowing head 100, and more specifically, the length of the connecting portion 153 is equal to or less than 0.05 meter. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.02 meters or less. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.01 meters or less.

As is known, the length of the grass-cutting rope sold on the market is generally more than 2 meters. The length of the grass cutting rope 15 in this embodiment is also 2 m or more. Thus, the length of the first rope 151 is generally greater than or equal to 1 meter, and the length of the second rope 152 is also greater than or equal to 1 meter, and at this time, if the difference between the lengths of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 is less than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head, the difference between the lengths of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 is very small compared with the length of the grass cutting rope 15, and therefore, the difference can be ignored. Therefore, when the difference between the lengths of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass-mowing head 100, it can be considered that the length of the first rope 151 and the length of the second rope 152 are substantially the same. It is known that the diameter of the grass-mowing head 100 is usually between 0.08 and 0.15 meters, and therefore, when the difference between the lengths of the first rope 151 and the second rope 152 is less than or equal to 0.15 meters, it can be considered that the length of the first rope 151 is substantially the same as the length of the second rope 152.

In this embodiment, the first cord 151 has a first characteristic from the first free end 151a to the first non-free end 151b, and the second cord 152 has a second characteristic from the second free end 152a to the second non-free end 152b, that is, the first cord 151 has a first color from the first free end 151a to the first non-free end 151b, and the second cord 152 has a second color from the second free end 152a to the second non-free end 152 b. In this way, when the grass mowing cord 15 passes through the grass mowing head 100, the first cord body 151 and the second cord body 152 located at both sides of the grass mowing head 100 have different colors, respectively, so that the user can observe the grass mowing head conveniently.

Fig. 4 shows a second embodiment of a grass cord 25 suitable for use in the lawnmower of fig. 1. The grass mowing cord 25 includes: a first rope 251, a second rope 252 and a connecting part 253. The first rope 251 has a first free end 251a and a first non-free end 251 b. The second cord body 252 has a second free end 252a and a second non-free end 252 b. The connecting portion 253 connects the first non-free end 251b of the first rope 251 and the second non-free end 252b of the second rope 252, so that the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 are jointed to form a complete grass cord 25. The first rope 251 and the second rope 252 have substantially the same length. The first rope 251 and the second rope 252 have different characteristics, and in the present embodiment, the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 have different colors. In other embodiments, the first and second cords may have different patterns. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first rope and the second rope may have different materials. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first and second cords may have different shapes. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first and second rope bodies may have different radial dimensions, where radial dimensions primarily refer to the shape of the radial cross-section of the first and second rope bodies, and radial dimensions refer to the radial length of the radial cross-section. In general, the shape and the radial dimensions of the radial section of the first or second rope are everywhere equal, but of course they may not be. The first rope body and the second rope body can be considered to be different as long as the radial cross-sectional shapes at one position are different or the radial sizes are unequal.

The connecting portion 253 acts on the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 at the same time, and the connecting portion 253 fixes the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 along the length direction thereof, so that the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 cannot move relative to the connecting portion 253 along the length direction under the action of the acting force smaller than a preset value. Specifically, the connecting portion 253 is an adhesive tape, a heat-shrinkable sleeve, or a wrapping tape, as long as the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 can be fixedly connected.

The method of making the grass-mowing cord 25 in the second embodiment will be described.

(1) The first rope 251 and the second rope 252 with different characteristics are cut to preset lengths. In this embodiment, the characteristic refers to the colors of the first rope 251 and the second rope 252, that is, the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 have different colors.

(2) One end of the first rope 251 and one end of the second rope 252 are attached, and a heat shrinkable tube or an adhesive tape or a winding tape is wound at the joint of the first rope 251 and the second rope 252. The heat shrinkable tube or the adhesive tape or the wrapping tape is a connecting portion 253 for connecting the first rope 251 and the second rope 252.

(3) The heat shrinkable tube is heated by using a heating device such as a heat gun or a heating furnace, and is deformed to be attached to the grass-mowing cord 25.

In this embodiment, the lengths of the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 are substantially the same. The difference between the lengths of the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head. A difference in the lengths of the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 of less than 0.15 m is considered that the lengths of the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 are substantially the same. In this embodiment, the length of the first rope 251 is greater than or equal to 1 meter, and the length of the second rope 252 is greater than or equal to 1 meter. Thus, the length of the grass mowing cord 25 is long enough to meet the requirement of the grass mower working for a period of time. In this embodiment, when the grass-mowing cord 25 passes through the grass-mowing head 100, the first cord body 251 is located substantially on the left side of the grass-mowing head 100, the second cord body 252 is located substantially on the right side of the grass-mowing head 100, and the portion located inside the grass-mowing head 100 is a portion of the first cord body 251, or a portion of the second cord body 252, or a portion of the first cord body 251 and a portion of the second cord body 252. In the present embodiment, the size of the connecting portion 253 is smaller than the diameter of the grass-mowing head 100, and more specifically, the length of the connecting portion 253 is equal to or less than 0.05 meter. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.02 meters or less. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.01 meters or less.

As is known, the length of the grass-cutting rope sold on the market is generally more than 2 meters. The length of the grass-mowing rope 25 in the embodiment is also greater than or equal to 2 meters. In this way, the length of the first rope 251 is generally equal to or greater than 1 meter, and the length of the second rope 252 is also equal to or greater than 1 meter, and in this case, if the difference between the lengths of the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head, the difference between the lengths of the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 is very small compared with the length of the grass cutting rope 25, and therefore, the difference can be ignored. Therefore, when the difference between the lengths of the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head 100, it can be considered that the length of the first rope 251 and the length of the second rope 252 are substantially the same. However, the diameter of the grass cutting head 100 is usually between 0.08 and 0.15 meters, so that when the length difference between the first rope 251 and the second rope 252 is less than or equal to 0.15 meter, the length of the first rope 251 and the length of the second rope 252 can be considered to be basically the same.

In this embodiment, the first rope 251 has a first characteristic from the first free end 251a to the first non-free end 251b, and the second rope 252 has a second characteristic from the second free end 252a to the second non-free end 252b, that is, the first rope 251 has a first color from the first free end 251a to the first non-free end 251b, and the second rope 252 has a second color from the second free end 252a to the second non-free end 252 b. In this way, when the grass mowing cord 25 passes through the grass mowing head 100, the first cord body 251 and the second cord body 252 positioned at both sides of the grass mowing head 100 have different colors, respectively, so that the observation by the user is facilitated.

Fig. 5 shows a third embodiment of a grass cord 35 suitable for use in the lawnmower of fig. 1. The grass mowing cord 35 includes: a first rope 351, a second rope 352 and a connecting portion 353. The first cord body 351 has a first free end 351a and a first non-free end 351 b. The second cord 352 has a second free end 352a and a second non-free end 352 b. The connecting portion 353 connects the first non-free end 351b of the first rope 351 and the second non-free end 352b of the second rope 352, so that the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 are joined to form a complete piece of the mowing rope 35. The lengths of the first and second ropes 351 and 352 are substantially equal. The first and second ropes 351 and 352 have different characteristics, and in the present embodiment, the first and second ropes 351 and 352 have different colors.

The first rope 351 and the second rope 352 can be bonded by physical bonding, such as ultrasonic welding, or chemical bonding, such as hot melting. The connection portion 353 includes a portion of the first rope 351 or the second rope 352, that is, the connection portion 353 may be a portion of the first rope 351, or the connection portion 353 may be a portion of the second rope 352, or the connection portion 353 includes a portion of the first rope 351 and a portion of the second rope 352. The connection portion 353 may have the same characteristics as the first rope 351 or the second rope 352, for example, in the embodiment, the connection portion 353 may have the same color as the first rope 351 or the second rope 352. It should be noted that, due to different processing technologies, the connection portion 353 formed by thermally melting one end of the first rope 351 or the second rope 352 may have different characteristics from the first rope 351 or the second rope 352, for example, when the connection portion 353 formed by thermally melting one end of the first rope 351 or the second rope 352 may be blackened and thickened by heat, so that the connection portion 353 and the first rope 351 or the second rope 352 have different colors and shapes, the connection portion 353 is still considered to include a portion of the first rope 351 or the second rope 352. In other embodiments, the connecting portion 353 has a different shape or radial dimension from the first or second string 351 or 352, so that the user can find the midpoint of the grass-mowing string 35 more quickly, or the shape or size of the connecting portion 353 is particularly advantageous for users with color discrimination and vision impairment.

In this embodiment, the lengths of the first and second ropes 351 and 352 are substantially the same. The difference between the lengths of the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head. A difference in the lengths of the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 of less than 0.15 m is considered that the lengths of the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 are substantially the same. In this embodiment, the length of the first rope 351 is 1 meter or more, and the length of the second rope 352 is 1 meter or more. Thus, the length of the grass mowing cord 35 is long enough to meet the requirement of the grass mower for working for a period of time. In the present embodiment, when the grass-mowing cord 35 passes through the grass-mowing head 100, the first cord body 351 is located substantially on the left side of the grass-mowing head 100, the second cord body 352 is located substantially on the right side of the grass-mowing head 100, and the portion located inside the grass-mowing head 100 is a portion of the first cord body 351, or a portion of the second cord body 352, or a portion of the first cord body 351 and a portion of the second cord body 352. In the present embodiment, the size of the connecting portion 353 is smaller than the diameter of the grass-mowing head 100, and more specifically, the length of the connecting portion 353 is equal to or less than 0.05 meter. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.02 meters or less. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.01 meters or less.

As is known, the length of the grass-cutting rope sold on the market is generally more than 2 meters. The length of the grass-mowing rope 35 in the embodiment is also greater than or equal to 2 meters. In this way, the length of the first rope 351 is generally equal to or greater than 1 meter, and the length of the second rope 352 is also equal to or greater than 1 meter, and in this case, if the difference between the lengths of the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 is equal to or less than the diameter of the grass cutting head, the difference between the lengths of the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 is very small compared with the length of the grass cutting rope 35, and therefore, the difference can be ignored. Therefore, when the difference between the lengths of the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head 100, it can be considered that the length of the first rope 351 and the length of the second rope 352 are substantially the same. However, the diameter of the grass cutting head 100 is usually between 0.08 and 0.15 meters, so that when the length difference between the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 is less than or equal to 0.15 meter, the length of the first rope 351 and the length of the second rope 352 can be considered to be basically the same.

In this embodiment, the first rope 351 has a first characteristic from the first free end 351a to the first non-free end 351b, and the second rope 352 has a second characteristic from the second free end 352a to the second non-free end 352b, that is, the first rope 351 has a first color from the first free end 351a to the first non-free end 351b, and the second rope 352 has a second color from the second free end 352a to the second non-free end 352 b. In this way, when the grass mowing cord 35 passes through the grass mowing head 100, the first cord body 351 and the second cord body 352 at both sides of the grass mowing head 100 have different colors, respectively, thereby facilitating observation by a user.

The method of making the cord 35 in the third embodiment will now be described.

(1) A preset length of the first and second strings 351 and 352 having different characteristics are cut. In this embodiment, the characteristic refers to the colors of the first and second ropes 351 and 352, that is, the first and second ropes 351 and 352 have different colors.

(2) Aligning and contacting one end of the first rope 351 with one end of the second rope 352, and heating to melt and fuse the two ends;

(3) cooling so that the fusion is solidified and the first and second cords 351, 352 are not separated in a natural state.

In the present embodiment, the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 have different colors, and it is understood that the first rope 351 and the second rope 352 may be made of different materials.

Fig. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of a grass cord 45 suitable for use in the lawnmower of fig. 1. The grass mowing cord 45 comprises: a first cord body 451 and a second cord body 452. The first rope 451 has a first characteristic and the second rope 452 has at least a first portion and a second portion in the radial direction, the first portion has a second characteristic and the second portion has a third characteristic, wherein the first characteristic and the third characteristic may be the same and the second characteristic is different from the first characteristic, so that the first rope 451 and the second rope 452 may have different characteristics. Specifically, for example, in the present embodiment, the first rope 451 has a first color, the first portion of the second rope 452 also has the first color, and the second portion of the second rope 452 has a second color different from the first color. The first cord body 451 and the second cord body 452 are substantially equal in length. In this embodiment, the first rope 451 is a single type of rope for mowing grass, and the second rope 452 is a whole body of two types of ropes for mowing grass, which are woven and intertwined with each other. Of course, as an alternative embodiment, the two grass mowing ropes 45 forming the second rope body 452 can be connected by bonding, and the connection is not limited herein.

Here, the first rope body 451 and the second rope body 452 are connected to the second portion of the second rope body 452 at a portion connected to the first rope body 451, so that the portion connected to the first rope body 451 is considered as a connection portion 453 for connecting the first rope body 451 and the second rope body 452, and in this case, the connection portion 453 includes a part of the second portion.

Indeed, it will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the second cord body 452 comprises a first portion and a second portion, the combination of which has caused the second cord body 452 to have a different shape than the first cord body 451.

The method of making the grass cord 45 of the fourth embodiment will now be described.

(1) Two ropes with different characteristics are physically connected together to form an integral rope. Wherein the physical method may be a weaving manner, and the different features may be different colors.

(2) The integral rope body is marked into two sections at the midpoint or the preset point of the integral rope body, and the rope body with one characteristic of one section is peeled off.

Another method for manufacturing the mowing cord 45 of the fourth embodiment is described below.

(1) The rope body with the first characteristic is taken out. The rope body has a first characteristic that the rope body has a first color.

(2) The integral rope body is marked into two sections at the midpoint or the preset point of the integral rope body, and an additional rope body with a second characteristic is wound on the rope body of one section, wherein the second characteristic is different from the first characteristic. The additional cord body having the second characteristic means that the additional cord body has a second color.

In this embodiment, the lengths of the first and second rope bodies 451, 452 are substantially the same. The difference between the lengths of the first rope body 451 and the second rope body 452 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head. A difference in the lengths of the first rope 451 and the second rope 452 of less than 0.15 m is considered that the lengths of the first rope 451 and the second rope 452 are substantially the same. In this embodiment, the length of the first rope 451 is 1 meter or more, and the length of the second rope 452 is 1 meter or more. Thus, the length of the mowing cord 45 is long enough to meet the requirement of the grass trimmer for working for a period of time. In this embodiment, when the grass mowing cord 45 passes through the grass mowing head 100, the first cord body 451 is substantially located on the left side of the grass mowing head 100, the second cord body 452 is substantially located on the right side of the grass mowing head 100, and the portion located inside the grass mowing head 100 is a portion of the first cord body 451, a portion of the second cord body 452, or a portion of the first cord body 451 and a portion of the second cord body 452. In the present embodiment, the size of the connecting portion 453 is smaller than the diameter of the grass-mowing head 100, and more specifically, the length of the connecting portion 453 is equal to or less than 0.05 m. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.02 meters or less. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.01 meters or less.

As is known, the length of the grass-cutting rope sold on the market is generally more than 2 meters. The length of the grass-mowing rope 45 in the embodiment is also greater than or equal to 2 meters. Thus, the length of the first rope body 451 is generally equal to or greater than 1 meter, and the length of the second rope body 452 is also equal to or greater than 1 meter, and in this case, if the difference between the lengths of the first rope body 451 and the second rope body 452 is equal to or less than the diameter of the grass cutting head, the difference between the lengths of the first rope body 451 and the second rope body 452 is very small compared with the length of the grass cutting rope 45, and thus can be ignored. Therefore, when the difference between the lengths of the first rope 451 and the second rope 452 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head 100, it can be considered that the length of the first rope 451 and the length of the second rope 452 are substantially the same. It is known that the diameter of the grass cutting head 100 is usually between 0.08 and 0.15 meters, and therefore, when the difference between the lengths of the first rope 451 and the second rope 452 is less than or equal to 0.15 meters, it can be considered that the length of the first rope 451 is substantially the same as the length of the second rope 452.

In this embodiment, the first rope body 451 has a first characteristic from one end to the connection with the second rope body 452, and the second rope body 452 has a second characteristic from one end to the connection with the first rope body 451, that is, the first rope body 451 has a first color and the second rope body 452 has a second color. In this way, when the grass mowing cord 45 passes through the grass mowing head 100, the first cord body 451 and the second cord body 452 on both sides of the grass mowing head 100 have different colors, respectively, so that the user can observe the grass mowing head conveniently.

Fig. 7 shows a fifth embodiment of a grass cord 55 for use in the lawnmower of fig. 1. The present embodiment differs from the fourth embodiment in that: the first part of the second rope 552 is wrapped outside the second part. That is, the materials constituting the second rope 552 are arranged in layers in the radial direction, and specifically, in the present embodiment, the first rope 551 is formed of one material in the radial direction, the second rope 552 is formed of two layers of materials in the radial direction, the two materials have different colors or materials or patterns, and the midpoint of the grass mowing rope 55 is found by distinguishing the two materials.

Here, the first portion of the second rope 552 connects the first rope 551 and the second rope 552 at a portion where the first rope 551 is combined, so that the portion where the first portion is combined with the first rope 551 is considered as a connection portion 553 for connecting the first rope 551 and the second rope 552, and in this case, the connection portion 553 includes a part of the first portion.

In this embodiment, the second cord body 552 comprises a first portion and a second portion, which when combined, have made the radial dimension of the second cord body 552 different from the first cord body 551.

One of the methods of manufacturing the grass cord 55 in the fifth embodiment will be described.

(1) A cord body having a first characteristic is removed. Wherein, the rope body having the first characteristic can mean that the rope body has the first color.

(2) And wrapping a material layer with a second characteristic on the surface of the rope body to form an integral rope body, wherein the second characteristic is different from the first characteristic. The material layer having the second characteristic may refer to the material layer having the second color.

(3) The integral rope body is marked into two sections at the middle point or the preset point of the integral rope body, and the material layer of one section is peeled.

The second method of manufacturing the grass cord 55 in the fifth embodiment will be described.

(1) The rope body with the first characteristic is taken out. The rope body has a first characteristic that the rope body has a first color.

(2) The integral rope body is marked into two sections at the midpoint or the preset point of the integral rope body, and the additional rope body with a second characteristic is wrapped on the rope body of one section, wherein the second characteristic is different from the first characteristic. The additional cord body having the second characteristic means that the additional cord body has a second color.

In the present embodiment, the lengths of the first and second rope bodies 551 and 552 are substantially the same. The difference between the lengths of the first rope 551 and the second rope 552 is less than or equal to the diameter of the grass cutting head. A difference in the lengths of the first rope 551 and the second rope 552 of less than 0.15 meters is considered that the lengths of the first rope 551 and the second rope 552 are substantially the same. In this embodiment, the length of the first rope 551 is equal to or greater than 1 meter, and the length of the second rope 552 is equal to or greater than 1 meter. Thus, the length of the grass mowing cord 55 is long enough to meet the requirement of the grass mower for working for a period of time. In the embodiment, when the grass mowing cord 55 passes through the grass mowing head 100, the first cord 551 is substantially located on the left side of the grass mowing head 100, the second cord 552 is substantially located on the right side of the grass mowing head 100, and the portion located inside the grass mowing head 100 is a portion of the first cord 551, or a portion of the second cord 552, or a portion of the first cord 551 and a portion of the second cord 552. In the present embodiment, the size of the connection portion 553 is smaller than the diameter of the grass-mowing head 100, and more specifically, the length of the connection portion 553 is equal to or less than 0.05 meter. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.02 meters or less. In other embodiments, the length of the connection is 0.01 meters or less.

As is known, the length of the grass-cutting rope sold on the market is generally more than 2 meters. The length of the grass cutting string 55 in this embodiment is also 2 m or more. In this way, the length of the first rope 551 is generally equal to or greater than 1 meter, and the length of the second rope 552 is also equal to or greater than 1 meter, and in this case, if the difference between the lengths of the first rope 551 and the second rope 552 is equal to or less than the diameter of the grass cutting head, the difference between the lengths of the first rope 551 and the second rope 552 is very small compared with the length of the grass cutting rope 55, and therefore, is negligible. Therefore, when the difference between the lengths of the first rope 551 and the second rope 552 is equal to or less than the diameter of the grass cutting head 100, it can be considered that the length of the first rope 551 and the length of the second rope 552 are substantially the same. However, the diameter of the grass cutting head 100 is usually between 0.08 and 0.15 meters, so that when the difference between the lengths of the first and second ropes 551 and 552 is equal to or less than 0.15 meters, it can be considered that the length of the first rope 551 and the length of the second rope 552 are substantially the same.

In this embodiment, the first rope 551 has a first characteristic from the end to the connection with the second rope 552, and the second rope 552 has a second characteristic from the end to the connection with the first rope 551, that is, the first rope 551 has a first color and the second rope 552 has a second color. In this way, when the grass mowing cord 55 passes through the grass mowing head 100, the first cord body 551 and the second cord body 552 located on both sides of the grass mowing head 100 have different colors, respectively, so that the observation by the user is facilitated.

The foregoing illustrates and describes the principles, general features, and advantages of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments do not limit the present invention in any way, and all technical solutions obtained by using equivalent alternatives or equivalent variations fall within the scope of the present invention.
