The maintenance of the luffing mechanism of the portal crane is mainly completed by external equipment such as a crane, a steel wire rope, a supporting tool and the like. In the process of maintenance, a large amount of work such as hoisting, welding, transferring, repairing and the like is needed, the construction quantity is large, and the working procedures are complicated. In the maintenance process, the lifting lugs need to be ascended to weld, the steel wire ropes need to be hung in an ascending manner, the truck crane needs to be operated, and the like are dispatched and transported in a combined manner. The construction amount in the whole process is large, and more labor and maintenance time are needed; 3. the time for single maintenance is long, and when the parts of the luffing mechanism are maintained, due to the complex process and complex steps, a large amount of time is occupied for scheduling external equipment and arranging an auxiliary structure.
