Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of oil pumps, in particular to a method, a device and a system for controlling an oil pump.

Background

The oil pump is an indispensable part in the engine, and has the function of providing power for the oil in the engine, so that the oil is forced to reach various lubrication parts of the engine from the oil pan, and the normal operation of the engine is ensured.

The engine oil pump of the engine consists of an oil pump body and a mechanical safety valve, and when the engine works, the engine oil pump works under the driving of the power gear. When the engine speed is higher, the outlet pressure of the oil pump is increased, and when the outlet pressure of the oil pump exceeds the pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve is opened to remove part of the oil, so that the outlet pressure of the oil pump is maintained at a constant value. In the prior art, the outlet pressure of the oil pump is in direct proportion to the rotating speed of the oil pump, and actually, the outlet pressure actually required by the oil pump is not in direct proportion to the rotating speed of the engine, namely, when the rotating speed of the engine is higher, the outlet pressure required by the oil pump may not need to be very high.

Therefore, in the prior art, the problem that the engine oil pump outputs higher pressure when the engine oil pump does not need higher output pressure, so that consumed power is larger and engine power is wasted exists.
