In the above structure, further: the left end of the movable cutter shaft is supported on a left bearing seat 3.6 through a bearing, the right end of the movable cutter shaft is supported on a right bearing seat 3.4 through a bearing, the left bearing seat is fixedly connected with a left cutting support or the left side wall of the operation box through a screw, the right bearing seat is fixedly connected with a right cutting support or the right side wall of the operation box through a screw, a screw hole arranged on the left cutting support or the left side wall is a long circular hole extending in the vertical direction, a screw hole arranged on the right cutting support or the right side wall is a long circular hole extending in the vertical direction, and the movable cutter assembly is arranged at the lower position of the front side of the top cutter assembly in a mode that a cutting gap is adjustable relative to the fixed cutter assembly. The relative clearance of the movable cutter and the fixed cutter can be adjusted to ensure the adaptability adjustment of different varieties and different operation states.

The conveying and discharging mechanism, as shown in fig. 9-11, has the following specific structure:

the conveying device comprises a conveying support 4.4, the conveying support is arranged along the left-right direction and fixedly connected with a bottom plate and a rear side plate of an operation box of the sundries removing device, the left end part or the right end part of the conveying support extends out of an opening formed in the corresponding side wall of the operation box to form a conveying discharge end, a driving shaft assembly 4.6 is installed at one end of the conveying support, a driven shaft assembly 4.1 is installed at the other end of the conveying support, and a conveyor belt 4.2 is connected to the driving shaft assembly and the driven shaft assembly; a hydraulic motor, not shown in the drawings, is connected to one end of the drive shaft.

In the above structure, further: the pushing surface of the driving belt is provided with a pushing ridge 4.3, the upper end of the pushing ridge is in a tooth shape, and the pushing ridge plays a role in pushing materials, so that smooth output of the materials is facilitated. The pushing edge can be integrally formed with the conveying belt body, and is fixedly connected after being formed in a split mode.

In the above structure, further: the conveying bracket is formed by connecting a left conveying bracket 4.1 and a right conveying bracket 4.2; the left conveying support is a long support, and the right conveying support is a short support; the left conveying support consists of a left front side plate, a left rear side plate and a plurality of I-shaped connecting frames arranged between the left front side plate and the left rear side plate; the right conveying bracket consists of a right front side plate and a right rear side plate; a front connecting plate 4.5 is arranged outside the right end part of the left front side plate and the left end part of the right front side plate, the right end parts of the front connecting plate and the left front side plate and the left end parts of the front connecting plate and the right front side plate are connected through bolts, and bolt holes arranged on the front connecting plate are long round holes extending along the left-right direction; a rear connecting plate 4.7 is arranged outside the right end part of the left rear side plate and the left end part of the right rear side plate, the right end parts of the rear connecting plate and the left rear side plate and the left end parts of the front connecting plate and the right rear side plate are connected through bolts, and bolt holes arranged on the rear connecting plate are long round holes extending along the left-right direction; the left end part of the left front side plate and the left end part of the left rear side plate are provided with two left bearing seats which are coaxially arranged, and two ends of the driven shaft assembly are supported on the two left bearing seats through bearings; two right side bearing seats which are coaxially arranged are installed at the right end part of the right front side plate and the right end part of the right rear side plate, and two ends of the driving shaft assembly are supported on the two right side bearing seats through bearings. The conveying support adopts the combined support structure, and the length of the conveying support can be adjusted by adjusting the connecting positions of the left conveying support and the right conveying support and the front and rear connecting plates, so that the tension degree of the conveying belt can be conveniently adjusted under the condition that the tensioning mechanism is not increased.

The working principle of the sundries removing device is as follows:

the device is positioned above the rear side of the ear conveyor and above the front end of a threshing cylinder in the threshing system. When mixed materials such as ears, broken stalks, peeled corn leaves and the like picked by the header enter a threshing system through an ear conveyor, a stalk pulling mechanism of the device firstly grabs the broken stalks, the peeled corn leaves and other sundries, and the ears are separated from the broken stalks/corn leaves while thrown into the threshing system; the broken stalks, corn leaves and other impurities are sent to a cutting mechanism by a stalk pulling mechanism to finish the cutting/chopping, and are sent to a conveying and discharging mechanism under the throwing action of a rotary cutter; the conveying and discharging mechanism discharges the cut broken stalks/corn leaves out of the machine body.

In the description of the invention, it should be noted that the terms "left delivery stent" and "right delivery stent" are based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings and are only for convenience of describing the invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the invention.

Although the embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings are disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: various substitutions, changes and modifications are possible without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention and the appended claims, and therefore the scope of the invention is not limited to the disclosure of the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
