7. A process for the preparation of microcapsules containing sialic acid and DHA, according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps:

s1, adding sialic acid and calcium lactate into water, heating to 35-45 ℃, and stirring to dissolve to obtain a mixture I;

s2, adding the composite wall material and the fendorin essential oil into the mixture I obtained in the step S1, heating to 45-50 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture II;

Background

Sialic acid (Sialic acid) Sialic acid is a derivative of a 9-carbon monosaccharide. It not only has the function of inducing invasive pathogenic bacteria, but also is currently recognized as a transmitter of ganglioside and is a component of the brain. Sialic acid can prevent pathogen invasion. Sialic acid is also a receptor for influenza virus, a binding site for influenza virus to bind in mucus cells.

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid, DHA) and docosahexaenoic acid, commonly known as NAOHUANGJIN, are unsaturated fatty acids which are very important for human body, and DHA is a main component for the growth and maintenance of nervous system cells, is an important constituent of brain and retina, has a content of 20% in cerebral cortex of human body and a proportion of about 50% in retina of eyes, and is of great importance for the intelligence development of infants. As an essential fatty acid, the compound has more remarkable effects of enhancing memory and thinking ability, improving intelligence and the like. The research on the epidemiology of the population discovers that the people with high DHA content in the body have stronger psychological bearing capacity and high intelligence development index.

DHA has important influence on the development of fetal brain and also has important effect on the maturation of retinal photoreceptor cells. In conclusion, the defects of high cost, wide application range, easy stimulation to human bodies, poor stability and the like generally exist in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the application is to provide a microcapsule containing sialic acid and DHA and a preparation method thereof aiming at the defects generally existing in the prior art. The invention also provides a preparation method of the microcapsule containing sialic acid and DHA, which comprises the following steps:

s1, adding sialic acid and calcium lactate into water, heating to 35-45 ℃, and stirring to dissolve to obtain a mixture I;

s2, adding the composite wall material and the fendorin essential oil into the mixture I obtained in the step S1, heating to 45-50 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture II;

s3, adding an emulsifier and DHA into the mixture II obtained in the step S2, cooling to 25-30 ℃, magnetically stirring and emulsifying uniformly, and then placing under the pressure of 30-40 MPa, and homogenizing for 20-30 min for the second time to obtain a uniformly mixed emulsion;

s4, spray drying the evenly mixed emulsion obtained in the step S3 to obtain the emulsion.

Preferably, the stirring and dissolving conditions in step S1 are stirring at a speed of 300-500 rpm for 40-50 min.

Preferably, the stirring in step S2 is performed at a speed of 600-800 rpm for 30-40 min.

Preferably, the specific operation of spray drying in step S4 is: and (3) atomizing the emulsion in a drying chamber for 25-30 min to quickly vaporize the water.
