The bottle rotating assembly comprises a transverse bracket, a rotary driving motor, a driving bevel gear, a driven bevel gear, a rotary grabbing hand and a protective cover; the rotary driving motor is arranged on the transverse bracket; the driving bevel gear is fixed on an output shaft of the rotary driving motor; the driven bevel gear is fixed on the top of the rotary grabbing hand and is meshed with the driving bevel gear; the protective cover is fixed outside the rotary grabbing hand; the photoelectric positioning assembly is arranged at the bottom of the protective cover.
