The cylindrical boss is provided with a countersunk bolt hole, so that a workpiece to be processed is conveniently and fixedly connected with the vacuum platform.

The sealing structure is a sealing ring, the sealing ring is positioned at the contact part of the cylindrical boss and the vacuum platform, the sealing effect is achieved, and the air leakage phenomenon is avoided when the hole is machined.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: the ultra-long beam is stably processed, workpieces cannot vibrate in the processing process, and the working efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-4, a method for processing an ultra-long beam with positioning holes comprises the following steps:

1) carrying out profiling preparation on a vacuum chuck 2, using an adhesive tape to circle a profiling outline 3 which is completely consistent with the appearance of a workpiece 1 to be processed on the vacuum chuck 2, and installing a limiting structure 4 with a sealing structure 7 in the vacuum chuck 2, wherein the sealing structure 7 is positioned at the contact part of the limiting structure 4 and the vacuum chuck 2, and a plurality of limiting holes 5 are arranged on the outer side of the profiling outline 3; due to the sealing structure 7, even if the positioning hole is milled to be large in the machining process, the air leakage phenomenon cannot occur, other areas except the positioning hole and the vacuum chuck 2 are always in a vacuum adsorption state, and the vacuum chuck 2 is used for guaranteeing the thickness and the flatness of the web surface at the bottom of the workpiece 1 to be machined.

2) Milling the appearance of the workpiece: when the workpiece appearance is milled, reserving a plurality of lug plates 6 at the edge of the workpiece, wherein the positions of the lug plates 6 correspond to the positions of the limiting holes 5 in the step 1);

3) the vacuum chuck 2 is opened, the workpiece is attached to the contour of the vacuum chuck 2, the lug 6 is fixedly connected with the limiting hole 5, and the workpiece and the rest positions of the vacuum chuck 2 except the positioning hole to be cut are in a vacuum adsorption state;

4) step 3), after the positioning is finished, milling the positioning hole according to the processing requirement;

5) milling lugs 6 after the step 4);

6) and closing the vacuum chuck 2 and taking down the processed workpiece.

The vacuum chuck 2 forms a temporary closed space after contacting with an object, air in the closed space is pumped away or thinned through a pneumatic pipeline or a certain device, the air pressure in the closed space is lower than the external atmospheric pressure, and an internal and external pressure difference is generated. The external atmospheric pressure will press the object and the vacuum chuck 2 firmly together. The vacuum chuck 2 is generally used for carrying and fixing objects, and accessories such as a vacuum generator, a vacuum switch, a vacuum gauge and the like are assembled with the vacuum chuck 2 to realize automatic vacuum suction.

The cylindrical boss is provided with a countersunk bolt hole, so that the workpiece 1 to be processed is conveniently and fixedly connected with the vacuum platform.

The sealing structure 7 is a sealing ring, the sealing ring is positioned at the contact part of the cylindrical boss and the vacuum platform, plays a role in sealing, and avoids the phenomenon of air leakage during hole machining.
