Background

At present, a situation is often encountered when designing a stamping process of a progressive die, namely, the step pitch of a material belt has to be enlarged to meet the requirement of placing a wedge, so that the material utilization rate is reduced, and the length and the cost of the die are increased. There is therefore a need to develop a compact and reliable cam construction to alleviate this situation to a large extent.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a compact punching wedge device, which solves the problem of material waste caused by large material belt step distance due to unreasonable structure in the punching process of a progressive die in the prior art.

The compact punching wedge device comprises a punching female die and a punch which are arranged in a matched mode, wherein a pressure plate is sleeved on the front portion, facing the punching female die, of the punch, and the rear portion of the punch is arranged on the front portion of a sliding block; the sliding block is sleeved in the guide fixing seat, the middle part of the sliding block is upwards provided with a groove, a punch pad plate is arranged in the groove, and the punch pad plate is connected with the rear end face of the punch in a jacking way; a gap is reserved between the first outer inclined plane cushion block at the rear part of the sliding block and the second cushion block at the front part of the leaning block; the resetting nitrogen and the pressing nitrogen are arranged in the sliding block, the front end of the pressing nitrogen is connected with the pressing plate in a jacking mode, the rear end of the pressing nitrogen is connected with the punch backing plate in a jacking mode, the front end of the resetting nitrogen is provided with a nitrogen stop block, and the rear end of the resetting nitrogen extends into the sliding block.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, the punching wedge adopted in the conventional technology has a structure that the punching wedge comprises a punching female die 1 and a punch 3 which are matched, a pressure plate 2 is sleeved on the front portion of the punch 3 facing the punching female die 1, the rear portion of the punch 3 is installed in a punch fixing seat 4, a punch backing plate 5 is clamped between the punch fixing seat 4 and a sliding block 6, the sliding block 6 is sleeved in a guide fixing seat 11 to realize front-back sliding, and a gap is reserved between an outer inclined plane cushion block I on the rear portion of the sliding block 6 and a cushion block II on the front portion of an abutment block 8 for inserting a; resetting nitrogen 9 and pressing nitrogen 10 are installed in the punch fixing seat 4, the punch backing plate 5 and the slide block 6 together, the front end of the pressing nitrogen 10 is connected with the pressing plate 2 in a jacking mode, and a nitrogen stop block 12 is arranged at the front end of the resetting nitrogen 9. As shown in fig. 2, the structure of the punching wedge adopted by the present invention based on the above conventional technology includes a punching female die 1 and a punch 3, which are configured in a matching manner, wherein a pressure plate 2 is sleeved on the punch 3 facing the front portion of the punching female die 1, and the rear portion of the punch 3 is installed on the front portion of a slider 6; the sliding block 6 is sleeved in the guide fixing seat 11 to realize front and back sliding, a groove is formed in the middle of the sliding block 6 upwards, a punch backing plate 5 is arranged in the groove, and the punch backing plate 5 is in abutting connection with the rear end face of the punch 3; a driving block 7 is inserted between the first outer inclined plane cushion block at the rear part of the sliding block 6 and the second cushion block at the front part of the leaning block 8; the resetting nitrogen 9 and the pressing nitrogen 10 are installed in the sliding block 6, the front end of the pressing nitrogen 10 is connected with the pressing plate 2 in a butting mode, the rear end of the pressing nitrogen 10 is connected with the punch backing plate 5 in a butting mode, the front end of the resetting nitrogen 9 is provided with a nitrogen check block 12, and the rear end of the resetting nitrogen 9 extends into the sliding block 6.

The reset nitrogen 9 and the compressed nitrogen 10 correspond to two gas springs or two air bags.

The reset nitrogen 9 and the pressing nitrogen 10 are both provided as a pair.

The number of the punches 3 and the arrangement of the punching female die 1 are matched according to the model of a pre-punched product.

As shown in fig. 3, compared with the structure in the prior art, the compact punching wedge structure of the present invention omits the punch fixing seat 4, and skillfully assembles the punch 3, the punch backing plate 5 and the slider 6 together, so that the compact punching wedge structure shortens the transverse length by 40mm compared with the conventional wedge structure, and achieves obvious hardware size advantages.

As shown in fig. 4, the working process of the present invention is,

firstly, the return nitrogen 9 acts on the nitrogen stop block 12, and the pressing nitrogen 10 acts on the pressing plate 2 to compress a pre-punched product;

then, the slide block 6 slides forwards on the guide fixing seat 11 towards the punching female die 1 under the action of the down punch driving of the driving block 7, and the punch 3 is matched with the punching female die 1 to complete punching;

and finally, lifting the driving block 7 away from the sliding block 6, releasing pressure by using the return nitrogen 9 to enable the sliding block 6 to move backwards under the guidance of the guide fixing seat 11, retreating the punch 3 away from the punching female die 1 to complete reset, and releasing the pressure plate 2 by using the pressure nitrogen 10 to take out a finished product punched with a hole.
