forming a reference plane by using the axis and the projection straight line;

and matching the bottom surface of the component with the top surface of the BASE board surface, and matching the side surface of the component with the positioning surface of the positioning pin unit to realize the positioning of the component.

At the moment, because the positioning hole is inclined to the BASE surface, difficulty is brought to the positioning of the parts on the BASE surface, particularly the upright column, once the parts are not accurately positioned, an irregular NC machining surface is designed, defective products are generated, and the machining cost and the machining efficiency are influenced.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that when an inclined positioning hole exists in a car body, the positioning of a part is inaccurate, the working efficiency is influenced, and high risk exists, and aims to provide a design method for the part when the axis of a positioning pin and a BASE surface incline.

A method for designing a component when an axis of a dowel pin is inclined to a BASE plane, comprising the steps of:

projecting the axis of the positioning hole of the automobile body part onto the BASE board surface to form a projection straight line;

forming a reference plane by using the axis and the projection straight line;

concentric with the axis, and parallel with the reference surface;

and matching the bottom surface of the component with the top surface of the BASE board surface, and matching the side surface of the component with the positioning surface of the positioning pin unit to realize the positioning of the component.
