The rubber belt conveyor comprises a rubber belt conveying arm capable of pitching and horizontally swinging, a bucket wheel at the front end of the rubber belt conveying arm, a rack and a running mechanism, wherein the rubber belt can run in two directions, the material is taken by the bucket wheel and is sent out by the conveying arm during material taking, and goods conveyed by a main conveyor are thrown to a yard by the conveying arm during material piling.

For example, the Chinese invention patent application (publication No. CN110217607A) discloses a bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer in 2019, which comprises a portal frame, a pulley, a steel wire rope, a balance weight arm, a balance weight driving cylinder, a base, a caster, a round base, a pitching mechanism, a ladder stand, a cockpit, a swing mechanism, a bucket wheel, a motor frame, a sliding piece, a sliding chute, a storage type leveling rod, a conveying belt, a support, a leveling plate and a leveling motor; the bucket wheel comprises a bucket wheel, a bucket wheel frame, spokes, a rotating handle and a rotating ring; the wheel hopper comprises a big wheel hopper, a small wheel hopper, wheel teeth and a binding hoop; the bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer can be suitable for grabbing materials in different fields; but can not compromise the grabbing ability of the bucket wheel and the ability of preventing materials from leaking outwards, and the maintenance of the bucket wheel is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a material taking assembly of a bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer, aiming at the problems in the prior art.

The material taking assembly of the bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer can ensure that materials grabbed by each bucket cannot be scattered along the way in the process of rotating to the top through the arrangement of the buckets, the arc-shaped material supporting plates and the barrier strips, and improves the carrying capacity of each bucket to the maximum extent, thereby improving the material taking efficiency of the whole material taking assembly; meanwhile, the contact distance and time between the wheel bucket and the arc-shaped material supporting plate can be reduced, the abrasion time and the abrasion of the wheel bucket are reduced, the service life of the wheel bucket is prolonged, the abraded barrier strip is convenient to independently replace, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

moreover, the arc-shaped material supporting plates with the length of 2-3 wheel buckets can support materials and are not too long, redundant arrangement is avoided, and on one hand, the wheel buckets can keep the largest opening when leaving the arc-shaped material supporting plate area, so that more materials can be taken; on the other hand, the time and the distance of the wheel bucket moving on the arc-shaped material supporting plate are reduced, so that the friction distance between the barrier strip and the arc-shaped material supporting plate is shortened, and the abrasion is reduced.

The arrangement of the barrier strips can reduce the space and gap between the wheel bucket and the arc-shaped material supporting plate, so that material leakage is avoided; when the barrier strips are arranged, the barrier strips are close to the outer circumference of the arc-shaped material supporting plate as much as possible but are not in direct contact, so that the abrasion and the motion resistance are reduced while the materials are prevented from leaking; the intermittent wear of the material can not be avoided in the circulating process, once the barrier strips are worn, the barrier strips at the positions can be independently replaced, the whole wheel bucket does not need to be replaced or maintained, and the maintenance difficulty and cost are reduced.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the material taking assembly of the bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer can improve the carrying capacity of each wheel bucket to the maximum extent, so that the material taking efficiency of the whole material taking assembly is improved; meanwhile, the abrasion can be reduced, and the service life of the wheel hopper can be prolonged; 2. the arc-shaped material supporting plate can support materials without being too long, redundant arrangement is avoided, the time and distance for the wheel bucket to move on the arc-shaped material supporting plate are reduced, the friction distance between the barrier strip and the arc-shaped material supporting plate is shortened, and abrasion is reduced; 3. due to the arrangement of the barrier strips, the space and the gap between the wheel bucket and the arc-shaped material supporting plate can be reduced, and material leakage is avoided; the device can be independently replaced, so that the maintenance difficulty and cost are reduced; 4. the main material guide groove and the auxiliary material guide groove can prevent materials from spilling from a gap on the outer side of the wheel hopper when falling, and the materials in each wheel hopper can fall onto the conveying belt.
