The green coloring agent for colored glass and the preparation process (CN 1640833A) disclose that a lead-boron formula is adopted, zinc, chromium, lithium and copper components are added in the formula, and the granular green coloring agent for colored glass is obtained through the process flows of cosolvent preparation, glaze melting powder preparation, pigment preparation, coloring agent preparation and the like; in the patent application, lead is taken as a cosolvent, is a toxic and harmful substance, cannot be applied to the preparation of food colored glass, and limits the application range of the colorant.

(3) injecting the colored glass melt into a mold preheated to 600-700 ℃ for injection molding, and then keeping the temperature of the molded glass at the constant temperature of 300-400 ℃ for 1-2 hours; finally, annealing to obtain colored glass;

(4) and cutting and polishing the colored glass plate to obtain a colored glass product.

The colorant is applied to preparing colored glass, and the base glass material is melted for 8-12 hours at the temperature of 1300-1600 ℃.

The colorant is used for preparing colored glass, and the base glass material consists of the following components: 40-50% of silicon dioxide, 20-30% of borax, 10-15% of aluminum trioxide, 5-10% of barium carbonate, 1-3% of calcium oxide and 1-3% of magnesium oxide.

Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

(3) The present invention is environment friendly, and has no harmful matter of Pb, Cd and other matter, and the product has no color point, bubble, impurity and other demerits.
