1. A clutch, comprising:

the gear transmission mechanism comprises a first shaft element (1) and a second shaft element (2) which are coaxially arranged, wherein the first shaft element (1) is connected with the second shaft element (2) through a connecting assembly, and a first gear (4) and a second gear (5) are respectively arranged on the first shaft element (1) and the second shaft element (1);

and a partially toothed portion (6) provided on the first gear (4) and the second gear (5), the partially toothed portion (6) accommodating a drive gear (7), the first gear having a first position at which the drive gear idles in the partially toothed portion (6) and a second position at which the drive gear meshes with the drive gear (7).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical transmission structures, in particular to a clutch and a printer.

Background

The transmission between the roller and the shaft often requires a clutch. In some application scenarios, such as printers, there are more shafts and rollers inside. However, the printer internal space has a certain limitation, and the motor cannot be separately arranged for each shaft or roller. Therefore, some clutches need to be arranged inside the printer to relieve the problem of space tension.

As shown in fig. 1, the clutch of the conventional printer includes a first shaft member 1 and a second shaft member 2, and a first protrusion 11 and a second protrusion 21 are respectively protruded on the outer peripheries of the first shaft member 1 and the second shaft member 2.

Referring to fig. 2, the first shaft 1 and the second shaft 2 are both inserted into the cylinder 3. The inner surface of the cylinder 3 is respectively jointed with the outer surfaces of the first shaft member 1 and the second shaft member 2. Wherein, barrel 3 overcoat is equipped with square spring 31, and the both ends of square spring 31 are connected respectively on first axle spare 1 and second axle spare 2.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the first protrusion 11 is touched, the first shaft 1 is passively rotated, so as to drive the square spring 31 to tighten, and the square spring 31 tightly embraces the outer wall of the cylinder 3, resulting in the cylinder 3 further clamping the outer walls of the first shaft 1 and the second shaft 2, so that the first shaft 1 and the second shaft 2 are integrated into a whole, and thus the rotation is synchronously performed.

When the second protrusion 21 is touched, the second shaft 2 passively rotates to drive the square spring 31 to be loosened, the square spring 31 does not tightly hold the outer wall of the cylinder 3 any more, the friction force between the first shaft 1 and the second shaft 2 and the inner wall of the cylinder 3 is reduced, the first shaft 1 and the second shaft 2 are not integrated any more, only the second shaft 2 rotates, and the first shaft 1 is in a free state.

However, since the operation of such a clutch is greatly affected by the dimensional accuracy and the surface roughness accuracy of the first shaft member 1, the second shaft member 2, and the cylinder 3, the production cost is relatively high.

Disclosure of Invention

The connecting assembly includes:

the limiting part and the combining part are arranged on the first shaft part and/or the second shaft part respectively, the limiting part and the combining part move relatively in a first movement direction of the first shaft part, and the first movement direction is a direction in which the first gear drives the first shaft part to rotate when moving from the first position to the second position.

Further comprising:

and the elastic piece is in an elastic deformation state and has a movement trend of pushing the first shaft piece to move along the first movement direction.

Further comprising:

the trigger part is arranged on the first shaft piece;

The first shaft piece further rotates and is combined with the second shaft piece into a whole through the connecting assembly, so that the second shaft piece is driven to rotate, and then the load connected to the second shaft piece is driven to rotate.

The trigger part arranged convexly sweeps an annular path when rotating along with the first shaft part. And resetting the switch again after the switch is removed from the annular path. Meanwhile, the limiting part in the scheme is a limiting groove, so that the limiting part is limited in the first movement direction of the rotating shaft, and when the second shaft part rotates relative to the first shaft part, the first shaft part can be regarded as rotating opposite to the first movement direction relative to the second shaft part. The two ends of the limiting groove are provided with groove walls, when the under-tooth part of the second gear just faces the driving gear, the other groove wall of the limiting groove just abuts against the combining part, and therefore the second gear also stops rotating to achieve resetting.
