selecting an inclined propelling plate frame, selecting a ceramic tile propelling plate frame according to the length requirement of an inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove, the inclination requirement of a groove bottom line of the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove and the length, width and thickness of a ceramic tile in the design, enabling the inclination of a bottom plate in the ceramic tile propelling plate frame to accord with the inclination of the groove bottom line, enabling the distance between a limiting rod and a front frame bar to be equal to the length of the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove, enabling the height of the front frame bar to be equal to half of the thickness of the ceramic tile, and enabling the ceramic tile to be stably placed in the inclined propelling plate frame;

placing the bonding surface of the ceramic tile upwards into an inclined pushing plate frame, flatly paving the inclined pushing plate frame with the ceramic tile placed on the working table plate, enabling a front frame strip to be forwards aligned to a positioning batten below a front ladder frame, transversely inserting the front frame strip between two positioning battens, and enabling a limiting rod to be positioned above a long lower line batten and below the upper surface of a short upper line batten;

thirdly, the power supply is switched on, the two motors are simultaneously started, and the blade starts to rotate;

Technical Field

Background

The ceramic tile is an acid and alkali resistant porcelain or stone building or decoration material formed by grinding, mixing, pressing, glazing and sintering refractory metal oxides and semimetal oxides. When installed, exterior tiles are typically applied to a wall surface using an adhesive or cement slurry. The falling off of the exterior wall tiles is a common phenomenon in decoration, particularly for old houses decorated for many years. Therefore, the adhesive surface of the common ceramic tile is often provided with a plurality of protruding criss-cross anti-falling ribs, but the ceramic tile is completely fixed on the wall surface by means of adhesion, the adhesive force is small, the adhesive strength is insufficient, and the ceramic tile is easy to loosen or fall off after being used for a long time.

Therefore, research and development groups develop a four-corner block double-direction outward inclined sharp-bottom anti-drop groove wall tile, namely an anti-drop groove is arranged on the bonding surface of a tile body, the anti-drop groove is arranged to be an inclined sharp-bottom anti-drop groove, the anti-drop groove is directly formed by only two groove side walls, wherein the first groove side wall inclines towards the edge in the tile body, the second groove side wall extends in the tile body and inclines towards the same edge, the inclination of the second groove side wall is greater than that of the first groove side wall, and the two groove walls are intersected to form the inclined sharp-bottom anti-drop groove; the groove bottom line formed by the intersection of the two side walls is of an inclined structure with a high middle part and two low ends; the groove wall inclined in the same direction can conform to the outflow direction of cement mortar to fill the cement mortar in the anti-falling groove, and the anti-falling groove can be filled with the cement mortar more easily by the pointed bottom structure; the inclined groove bottom line can be pressed by the patch along the discharge direction of cement paste, and air retained in the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove is discharged outwards along the inclined upward groove bottom line, so that hollowing is avoided, and falling is avoided.

However, the existing ceramic tiles on the market do not have the structure, most of the existing ceramic tiles only have the latticed anti-falling ribs arranged on the adhesive surface, the structure needs to be grooved on site, the existing grooving device can only be used for forming flat bottom grooves or vertical sharp bottom grooves, and the structure needs to be formed, so that too much time and energy are consumed.

In order to increase the firmness of the hanging bracket, inclined hanging rods are additionally arranged on two sides of the hanging bracket; one end of the first inclined suspender is fixed in the middle of the front frame of the top rectangular frame, and the other end of the first inclined suspender is fixed on the front side of the upper part of the herringbone frame sleeve; one end of the second inclined suspender is fixed in the middle of the rear frame of the top surface rectangular frame, and the other end of the second inclined suspender is fixed on the rear side of the upper part of the herringbone frame sleeve.

The motor is a long-rotating-shaft motor and is provided with two motors; the first motor is fixedly arranged in the center of the left ladder frame, the outer end of a rotating shaft of the first motor is fixedly arranged in a bearing inner ring on the left frame sleeve, and the rotating shaft of the first motor is vertical to the plane of the left ladder frame and the plane of the left frame sleeve; the second motor is fixedly arranged in the center of the right ladder frame, the outer end of a rotating shaft of the second motor is fixedly arranged in a bearing inner ring on the right frame sleeve, and the rotating shaft of the second motor is vertical to the plane where the right ladder frame is located and is also vertical to the plane where the right frame sleeve is located.

Two sides of the blade set on the working bedplate are respectively provided with a positioning slat, the positioning slats are bipolar positioning slats and are composed of short upper line slats and long lower line slats, wherein the short upper line slats are directly generated on the long lower line slats, the tail ends of the short upper line slats are flush with the tail ends of the long lower line slats, and the head ends of the short upper line slats fall in the middle of the long lower line slats; after the positioning laths are arranged on the working bedplate, the head end of the long off-line lath is positioned in the vertical projection position of the front ladder frame on the working bedplate, the tail end of the long off-line lath is positioned in the vertical projection position of the rear ladder frame on the working bedplate, and the head end of the short on-line lath is positioned on the vertical projection line of the axial lead of the rotating shaft on the working bedplate; the two positioning strips are respectively close to the left ladder frame and the right ladder frame, and a median line between the two positioning strips passes through the vertical projection central point of the hanger on the working table plate and is vertical to a vertical projection line of the axial lead of the rotating shaft on the working table plate; the distance between the two positioning laths is equal to the width of the ceramic tile pushing plate frame.

The ceramic tile propelling plate frame is an inclined propelling plate frame and used for placing a ceramic tile and propelling the ceramic tile to be placed below the blade group for accurate grooving, and comprises a bottom plate, side frame frames and a limiting rod, wherein the bottom plate is a rectangular inclined plate with a high front part and a low rear part, the side frame frames are rectangular frame strip frames and fixedly mounted on the edges of the bottom plate, the ceramic tile to be grooved can be stably placed in the side frame frames on the bottom plate, all frame strips in the side frame frames are named as front frame strips, left frame strips, rear frame strips and right frame strips respectively, and the height of the front frame strips is 30% -70% of the thickness of the ceramic tile, and is preferably 50%; the heights of the left frame strip, the rear frame strip and the right frame strip are not limited, and are preferably equal to the thickness of the ceramic tile; the two limiting rods are respectively and fixedly arranged at the symmetrical positions of the outer sides of the left frame strip and the right frame strip, and the distance between the limiting rods and the front frame strip is equal to the designed length of the anti-drop groove, preferably equal to one third of the length of the ceramic tile; the installation height of the limiting rod on the left frame strip and the right frame strip is greater than the height of the long lower line batten and less than the height of the short upper line batten.

The ceramic tile grooving method comprises the following steps:

firstly, selecting an inclined propelling plate frame, selecting a ceramic tile propelling plate frame according to the length requirement of an inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove, the inclination requirement of a groove bottom line of the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove and the length, width and thickness of a ceramic tile in the design, enabling the inclination of a bottom plate in the ceramic tile propelling plate frame to meet the inclination requirement of the groove bottom line, enabling the distance between a limiting rod and a front frame strip to be equal to the length of the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove, enabling the height of the front frame strip to be equal to half of the thickness of the ceramic tile, and enabling the ceramic tile to be stably placed in the inclined propelling plate frame.

And secondly, putting the bonding surface of the ceramic tile upwards into an inclined pushing plate frame, flatly paving the inclined pushing plate frame with the ceramic tile placed on the working table plate, enabling the front frame strip to be forwards aligned to the positioning strip plates below the front ladder frame, transversely inserting the front frame strip between the two positioning strip plates, and enabling the limiting rod to be positioned above the long lower line strip plate and below the upper surface of the short upper line strip plate.

Thirdly, the power supply is switched on, the two motors are simultaneously started, and the blade starts to rotate.

And fourthly, gradually pushing the inclined pushing plate frame to the blade, pushing while cutting the groove until the limiting rod abuts against the short upper line plate, then drawing out the inclined pushing plate frame, and taking out the ceramic tile, so that one side of the bonding surface of the ceramic tile is provided with the anti-falling groove.

And fifthly, reversely putting the ceramic tile into the inclined pushing plate frame, enabling the adhesive surface to be upward, pushing the ceramic tile to be grooved under the blade according to the steps, and thus, manufacturing the ceramic tile with the four corner blocks and the two outward inclined sharp bottoms for preventing the wall surface from being grooved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the anti-slip groove can be directly excavated on the bonding surface of the ceramic tile which circulates on the existing market, and the ceramic tile with the four-corner blocks and the bidirectional inclined pointed bottom is manufactured into the anti-slip wall surface.

The rack is made into a rectangular pyramid rack, and the motor and the rotating shaft thereof can be erected in an inclined manner; a herringbone frame sleeve hanging frame is suspended between the two inclined motors, so that a long rotating shaft can be supported, and the stability of the motors is kept on the premise of keeping the inclination.

The blade tips of the blades are arranged to be single-side inclined blade tips, the blades in each group of blades are sequentially arranged on the inclined long rotating shaft according to the diameter, so that the tangent points of the lower sides of the blade tips are located on the same straight line, the straight line is parallel to the working table plate, the anti-falling grooves with the same inclination can be dug, and the anti-falling grooves automatically form the inclined sharp bottom grooves.

The excavated anti-slip groove can be kept straight and flat by arranging the positioning lath.

Sixthly, a bipolar positioning batten and a limiting rod are arranged, so that the length of the groove can be automatically mastered, and the excavation quality and the excavation speed are improved.

As shown in fig. 1-6, a ceramic tile slotting device is manufactured, and includes a base 1, a frame 2, a motor 3, a blade 4 and a ceramic tile pushing plate frame 5, wherein the upper surface of the base 1 is a working table 6, the frame 2 is fixedly mounted on the working table 6, the frame 2 is a rectangular pyramid rack 7, four side surfaces of the rectangular pyramid rack 7 are all inclined isosceles trapezoid frames which are respectively called as a left ladder frame 71, a front ladder frame 72, a right ladder frame 73 and a rear ladder frame, the bottom surface of the rectangular pyramid rack 7 is the working table 6, and the top surface is a rectangular frame or a square frame; a hanging bracket 8 is hung in the center of the top surface rectangular frame 74, a herringbone frame sleeve 81 which is branched towards the left and the right is arranged at the lower end of the hanging bracket 8 and is respectively called as a left frame sleeve 82 and a right frame sleeve 83, the plane where the left frame sleeve 82 is located is parallel to the plane where the left ladder frame 71 is located, the plane where the right frame sleeve 83 is located is parallel to the plane where the right ladder frame 73 is located, and bearings 84 are fixedly sleeved on the left frame sleeve 82 and the right frame sleeve 83.

The motor 3 is a long-rotating-shaft motor and is provided with two motors; wherein, the first motor 301 is fixedly arranged at the center of the left ladder frame 71, the outer end of the rotating shaft 303 is fixedly arranged in the inner ring of the bearing 84 on the left frame sleeve 82, the rotating shaft 303 is vertical to the plane of the left ladder frame 71 and the plane of the left frame sleeve 82; the second motor 302 is fixedly arranged at the center of the right ladder frame 73, the outer end of the rotating shaft 303 is fixedly arranged in the inner ring of the bearing 84 on the right frame sleeve 83, and the rotating shaft 303 is vertical to the plane of the right ladder frame 73 and the plane of the right frame sleeve 83.

The blade 4 is a single-side inclined disc sawtooth blade, and the blade edge 41 is a single-side inclined blade edge, namely, one side surface of the blade edge 41 is vertical to the axial lead of the disc, and the other side surface of the blade edge 41 is not vertical to the axial lead of the disc to form a certain angle; two groups of blades 4 are arranged and are respectively and fixedly arranged on the rotating shafts 303 of the two motors 3; each group is provided with a plurality of blades 4, the diameter of each group of blades 4 is gradually increased, after each blade 4 in each group is installed on the same inclined rotating shaft 303, the diameter of each blade 4 is sequentially increased from the outer end of the rotating shaft 303 to the direction of the motor 3 body, and the lower end tangent point of the arc-shaped blade 41 at the lower side of each blade 4 is on the same connecting line which is parallel to the working table plate 6, namely, the connecting line of the blade 41 closest to the working table plate 6 on each blade 4 is the same straight line which is parallel to the working table plate 6.

Two sides of the blade set on the working bedplate 6 are respectively provided with a positioning slat 9, the positioning slats 9 are bipolar positioning slats and are composed of short upper line slats 91 and long lower line slats 92, wherein the short upper line slats 91 are directly generated on the long lower line slats 92, the tail ends of the short upper line slats 91 are flush with the tail ends of the long lower line slats 92, and the head ends of the short upper line slats 91 fall in the middle of the long lower line slats 92; after the positioning lath 9 is installed on the working table board 6, the head end of the long lower line lath 92 is positioned in the vertical projection position of the front ladder frame 72 on the working table board 6, the tail end of the long lower line lath 92 is positioned in the vertical projection position of the rear ladder frame on the working table board 6, and the head end of the short upper line lath 91 is positioned on the vertical projection line of the axial lead of the rotating shaft 303 on the working table board 6; the two positioning strips 9 are respectively close to the left ladder frame 71 and the right ladder frame 73, and a median line between the two positioning strips 9 passes through the vertical projection central point of the hanger 8 on the working table plate 6 and is vertical to a vertical projection line of the axis of the rotating shaft 303 on the working table plate; the distance between the two positioning strips 8 is equal to the width of the tile pushing plate frame 5.

The ceramic tile pushing plate frame 5 is an inclined pushing plate frame and used for placing ceramic tiles and pushing the ceramic tiles to be placed below the blade group for accurate grooving, and comprises a bottom plate 51, a side frame 52 and a limiting rod 53, wherein the bottom plate 51 is a rectangular inclined plate with a high front part and a low rear part, the side frame 52 is a rectangular frame strip frame which is fixedly installed on the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 51, the ceramic tiles to be grooved can be stably placed in the side frame 52 on the bottom plate 51, each frame strip in the side frame 52 is named as a front frame strip 54, a left frame strip 55, a rear frame strip 56 and a right frame strip 57, the limiting rod 53 is provided with two limiting rods which are fixedly installed on the symmetrical positions of the outer sides of the left frame strip 55 and the right frame strip 57, and the distance between the limiting rod 53 and the front frame strip 54 is equal to the design length of the anti-falling groove; the installation height of the limiting rod 53 on the left frame strip 55 and the right frame strip 57 is greater than the height of the long lower line strip 92 and less than the height of the short upper line strip 91 after being installed on the work table 6.

Example 2.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, on the basis of embodiment 1, in order to increase the firmness of the hanger 8, oblique suspension rods 85 are additionally arranged on both sides of the hanger 8; wherein one end of the first oblique hanger bar 86 is fixedly attached to the middle part of the front frame 75 of the top rectangular frame 74, and the other end is fixedly attached to the upper front side of the herringbone frame sleeve 81; one end of the second diagonal hanger bar 87 is fixedly attached to the middle portion of the rear frame 76 of the top-side rectangular frame 74, and the other end is fixedly attached to the upper rear side of the chevron housing 81.

When one side surface of the blade 41 is formed to be perpendicular to the axis of the disk and the other side surface of the blade 41 is formed to have a certain angle with the axis of the disk, the crossing angle of the one side surface and the other side surface of the blade 41 may be formed to be in the range of 10 to 45 degrees, as shown in fig. 3, and the crossing angle of the one side surface and the other side surface of the blade 41 is formed to be 25 degrees in this embodiment.

When the side frames 52 are manufactured, the height of the front frame strips 54 is made to be within the range of 30% -70% of the thickness of the ceramic tile, and the height of the front frame strips 54 is made to be 50% of the thickness of the ceramic tile in the embodiment; meanwhile, the heights of the left frame strip 55, the rear frame strip 56 and the right frame strip 57 are not limited, and the heights of the left frame strip 55, the rear frame strip 56 and the right frame strip 57 are made to be equal to the thickness of the ceramic tile in the embodiment.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the distance between the limiting rod 53 at the two sides of the side frame 52 and the front frame strip 54 is made to be equal to the designed length of the anti-drop groove on the tile, and in this embodiment, the distance between the limiting rod 53 and the front frame strip 54 is made to be equal to one third of the length of the tile.

The inclined pushing plate frame 5 is provided with various styles according to the length requirement of the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove 102, the inclination requirement of the groove bottom line 103 and the difference of the length, the width or the thickness of the ceramic tile.

Example 3.

The ceramic tile slotting device is adopted to carry out slotting. The tile grooving device is developed aiming at the condition that the bonding surface of most existing tiles is not provided with a separation preventing groove, as shown in fig. 7, research and development groups develop a four-corner-block two-way outward inclined pointed-bottom separation preventing wall tile 106, namely, the separation preventing groove 102 is arranged on the bonding surface 101 of a tile body, and is arranged as the inclined pointed-bottom separation preventing groove 102, the separation preventing groove 102 is directly formed by only two groove side walls, wherein a first groove side wall 107 is inclined towards the edge inside the tile body, a second groove side wall 108 extends inside the tile body and is inclined towards the same edge, the inclination of the second groove side wall 108 is greater than that of the first groove side wall 107, and the two groove side walls are intersected to form the inclined pointed-bottom separation preventing groove 106; the groove bottom line 103 formed by the intersection of the two groove side walls is of an inclined structure with a high middle part and two low ends; the side walls of the grooves inclined in the same direction can conform to the outflow direction of cement mortar so that the cement mortar can be filled in the anti-falling grooves 102 in a smooth manner, and the anti-falling grooves 102 can be filled with the cement mortar more easily due to the pointed bottom structure; the inclined groove bottom line 103 can be used for discharging the air remained in the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove 102 outwards along the inclined upward groove bottom line 103 along the discharging direction of the cement paste when the patch is pressed, so that hollowing is avoided, and falling is avoided.

The concrete structure is shown in the figure, two equally divided points are marked on each edge line of the existing tile adhesive surface 101, each edge line is evenly divided into three equally divided points, and each symmetrical equally divided point is connected, so that the adhesive surface 101 is evenly divided into nine blocks, wherein each block is named as a first block 31, a second block 32, a third block 33, a fourth block 34, a fifth block 35, a sixth block 36, a seventh block 37, an eighth block 38 and a nine block 39 from left to right in sequence from top to bottom; arranging inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling grooves 102 on the first block 31 and the third block 33 and enabling groove bottom lines 103 of the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling grooves to face the first edge 104; the seventh block 37 and the ninth block 39 are provided with oblique sharp-bottom anti-slip grooves 102, the groove bottom lines 103 of the oblique sharp-bottom anti-slip grooves face the third edge 105, the depth of the groove bottom line 103 of the sharp-bottom anti-slip groove 102 in each block is shallow inside and deep outside, and the rest blocks are not processed; the wall tiles 106 with the four corner blocks, the two sides of which are inclined outwards and the pointed bottoms of which are anti-falling grooves are made.

On the basis of the existing ceramic tile without the anti-falling groove, the anti-falling groove is excavated on the adhesive surface of the existing ceramic tile to form the wall surface ceramic tile 106 with the four-corner blocks and the bidirectional and outward inclined sharp bottom anti-falling groove, and the grooving method comprises the following steps:

firstly, selecting a proper inclined pushing plate frame 5, selecting a tile pushing plate frame 5 according to the length requirement of the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove 102, the inclination requirement of the groove bottom line 103 of the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove 102 and the length, width and thickness of a tile in the design, enabling the inclination of a bottom plate 51 in the tile pushing plate frame 5 to meet the inclination requirement of the groove bottom line 103, enabling the distance between a limiting rod 53 and a front frame strip 54 to be equal to the length of the inclined sharp-bottom anti-falling groove 102, enabling the height of the front frame strip 54 to be equal to half of the thickness of the tile, and enabling the tile to be stably placed in the inclined pushing plate frame 5.

Secondly, the bonding surface 101 of the ceramic tile is upwards put into the inclined pushing plate frame 5, the inclined pushing plate frame 5 with the ceramic tile put thereon is flatly laid on the working table plate 6, the front frame strip 54 is forwards aligned to the positioning strip plate 9 below the front ladder frame 72, the front frame strip 54 is transversely inserted between the two positioning strip plates 9, and the limiting rod 53 is positioned above the long lower line strip plate 92 and below the upper surface of the short upper line strip plate 91.

Thirdly, the power is switched on, the two motors 3 are simultaneously started, and the blade 4 starts to rotate.

And fourthly, gradually pushing the inclined pushing plate frame 5 to the blade 4 to push the tile to contact the groove behind the blade 4 and push the tile until the limiting rod 53 abuts against the short upper line plate 91, then drawing out the inclined pushing plate frame 5 and taking out the tile, so that the anti-falling groove 102 is formed on one side of the tile adhesive surface 101.

Turning the ceramic tile to put into the inclined pushing plate frame 5, pushing the inclined pushing plate frame 5 to open the groove below the blade set according to the above steps with the adhesive surface 101 facing upwards, thus obtaining the wall ceramic tile 106 with the four-corner blocks and the two-way outward inclined sharp bottom anti-falling groove.

As shown in fig. 8, the research and development group has further developed an anti-falling wall tile with a combination of an inner inclined sharp bottom and an isosceles sharp bottom, that is, on the basis of the above-mentioned four-corner block two-way outward inclined sharp bottom anti-falling wall tile 106, an isosceles sharp bottom anti-falling groove 109 parallel to the second edge is respectively arranged on the second block 32 and the eighth block 38, and an isosceles sharp bottom anti-falling groove 109 parallel to the first edge 105 is respectively arranged on the fourth block 34 and the sixth block 36; the isosceles sharp-bottom anti-drop groove 109 is formed by joining two groove sidewalls, which have the same inclination but opposite inclination directions.

The isosceles sharp-bottom anticreep groove 109 can be grooved by a common grooving machine in the existing market, but the inclined tile propulsion plate frame 5 in the scheme needs to be adopted, and the further grooving method is as follows:

placing the bonding surface 101 of the ceramic tile upwards into an inclined pushing plate frame 5, flatly laying the inclined pushing plate frame 5 with the ceramic tile placed on a working table plate, clamping the inclined pushing plate frame 5 between two positioning laths, and then pushing the inclined pushing plate frame 5 to the lower part of a double-sided side cutting blade of a common grooving machine for grooving until the formed isosceles sharp-bottom anti-falling groove 109 reaches the designed length; and then taking out the ceramic tile, adjusting the direction to excavate the isosceles sharp-bottom anti-falling groove 109 of the other block, and finally obtaining the anti-falling wall surface ceramic tile combining the inner inclined sharp bottom and the isosceles sharp-bottom anti-falling groove.
