Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of composite material processing, in particular to a demoulding device and a demoulding method for a composite material.

Background

The composite material is a man-made material designed and manufactured by people according to requirements, keeps the performance advantages of each component material, is more suitable for practical use, and is required to be rapidly produced by using a mold when the composite material is used for preparing a molded product.

However, the existing mold for preparing the composite material still has defects in the using process, when the upper mold and the lower mold are separated, the demolding mechanism cannot be synchronously driven to assist demolding of the composite material, a product adhered to the upper mold cannot be rapidly separated conveniently, an additional auxiliary tool is required for demolding, and the demolding process is inconvenient.

Therefore, we propose a demolding device and a demolding method for composite materials so as to solve the above-mentioned problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a demoulding device and a demoulding method for a composite material, which are used for solving the problems that a demoulding mechanism cannot be synchronously driven to assist demoulding of the composite material when an upper mould and a lower mould are separated in the current market, a product adhered to the upper mould cannot be quickly separated conveniently, an additional auxiliary tool is required to be used for demoulding, and the demoulding process is inconvenient.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a demolding device for composite materials, comprising:

the lower die is arranged at the bottom side of the mounting frame, and the upper die is arranged at the upper side of the lower die;

the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the upper side of the mounting frame with a C-shaped side view surface, and the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the upper die;

the lower mounting plate is positioned in the lower part of the lower die, and lower ejector rods are symmetrically mounted on the upper side of the lower mounting plate;

the support frames are symmetrically arranged on the lower side of the lower mounting plate, and the lower sides of the support frames are elastically connected with the lower die through extension springs;

Preferably, the connecting rod with the cam is coaxial coupling, and the connecting rod with the support frame is the block connection, and this design can realize the synchronous rotation of connecting rod and cam, utilizes the rotation of cam to remove last ejector pin, and utilizes the connecting rod can stimulate the support frame to shift up.

the rotating rod 11 penetrates through the upper die 3 and is rotatably connected with the upper die 3, an upper mounting plate 9 is arranged inside the upper die 3, upper ejector rods 10 are symmetrically mounted on the lower side of the upper mounting plate 9, and the lower side of the upper mounting plate 9 is elastically connected with the upper die 3 through a compression spring 5.

The highest point of the lower ejector rod 6 is flush with the bottom side surface of the groove in the lower die 2, and the lower ejector rod 6 is in sliding connection with the lower die 2. The main view surface of the support frame 8 is in an L-shaped structure, and the support frame 8 penetrates through the side wall of the lower die 2 and is connected with the lower die 2 in a vertically sliding mode.
