As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the mold structure of the automobile hat rack of the present invention includes an upper mold 1, a lower mold 6, and a middle mold 7. Well mould 7 is located between mould 1 and the lower mould 6, go up mould 1 and be connected around with well mould 7 through four limit pull rod I3 respectively all around, and well mould 7 is connected around with lower mould 6 through four positioning guide pillar 5 respectively all around, still be connected with limit pull rod II 18 in well mould 7 and the 5 inboard of the positioning guide pillar of lower mould 6, limit pull rod I3 can prevent to go up mould 1 and break away from well mould 7, limit pull rod II 18 can prevent that well mould 7 from breaking away from lower mould 6, accurate position relation between well mould 7 and the lower mould 6 can accurately be guaranteed to positioning guide pillar 5.

The bottom surface of the upper die 1 is fixedly connected with a male die 2 for forming an automobile hat rack framework, and the outline of the male die 2 is the same as that of the automobile hat rack framework. The upper end surface of the middle die 7 is downwards sunken to form a positioning inclined plane 4 capable of positioning the automobile hat rack framework plate, a through groove 8 penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the middle die 7 is formed in the inner side of the positioning inclined plane 4, the outline of the through groove 8 is the same as the outline of the male die 2, and the position of the through groove 8 corresponds to the position of the male die 2 on the bottom surface of the upper die 1. The bottom surface of the middle die 7 is connected with a cutting die 9 capable of cutting the outline of the outer periphery of the decorative fabric, the cutting die 9 is fixed on the bottom surface of the middle die 7 through a fixing device, the outline of the cutting die 9 is the same as the outline of the decorative fabric to be cut at last, and a circle of middle die peripheral sunken part 10 sunken upwards is arranged on the outer edge of the cutting die 9 at the bottom of the middle die 7. The scrap cut by the cutting die 9 falls into the lower die peripheral recess 13.

The invention relates to a production process of an automobile hat rack adopting the mold structure of the automobile hat rack, which comprises the following process steps: the method comprises the following steps of (a) putting a plate for forming the automobile hat rack framework and a decorative fabric into a die, wherein the plate is made of a paper honeycomb plate on the inner side and a material formed by mixing PP and glass fiber on the surface. The plate is positioned on the positioning inclined plane 4 of the middle mold 7, and the plate needs to be baked in a baking device to soften the surface before being placed into the middle mold 7. The decorative fabric is placed in the lower die 6 and covers the decorative fabric fixed surface 12, and the decorative fabric is a needle punched fabric. Then, the upper die 1, the middle die 7 and the lower die 6 are controlled to be matched, the upper die 1, the middle die 7 and the lower die 6 are simultaneously compounded with the decorative fabric to form a hat rack framework workpiece 14 with an integrated structure in the plate forming process, the edge trimming work of the decorative fabric is completed in the compounding process (namely when the upper die 1, the middle die 7 and the lower die 6 are matched), and the cutting die 9 at the bottom of the middle die 7 downwards cuts the periphery of the decorative fabric in the lower die 6 along with the middle die 7 to obtain the hat rack framework workpiece 14 shown in fig. 5; and (II) taking out the formed hat rack framework workpiece 14 from the die after the die is opened, putting the hat rack framework workpiece 14 on a glue spraying workbench, spraying glue on the decorative fabric rim charge 16 of which the periphery of the hat rack framework workpiece 14 is not connected to the framework folding edge 15, and adhering the decorative fabric adhered with the glue to the surface of the framework folding edge 15 of the periphery of the hat rack framework workpiece 14 to obtain a hat rack product 17, as shown in fig. 6.
