The controller 70 acquires the smoke amount in the carriage through the smoke sensor 444, when the smoke amount exceeds a threshold value, a fire disaster is possibly caused, the controller 70 is connected with the rear emergency door 10 to control the rear emergency door 10 to be opened, and after the controller 70 detects that the rear emergency door 10 is opened, the controller 70 is connected with the fluorescent energy storage lamp 32 to control the energy storage battery to supply power to the fluorescent lamp, and emergency illumination is provided through the fluorescent lamp. The rear emergency door 10 can also be opened manually, when the controller 70 detects that the rear emergency door 10 is opened, the controller 70 sends an alarm to the upper computer through the communication device, and the communication device adopts a 5G network module.

The intelligent control system of the snow wax vehicle trailer carriage body is arranged on the snow wax vehicle carriage body, the system is based on an HMI + PLC system, and the controller 70 adopts a Siemens singlechip or a Mitsubishi singlechip. The intelligent control system for the snow wax vehicle trailer box body comprises an indoor control module and an outdoor control module, wherein the indoor control module is used for controlling various devices inside the snow wax vehicle box body to work, and the outdoor control module is used for controlling various devices outside the snow wax vehicle box body. Further, the indoor control module needs to set a temperature and humidity sensor and a heating device for each zone according to different requirements of each zone on temperature and humidity. For example, a work area requires a lower temperature and humidity than a recreational area. Compared with a snow wax storage area, the snow board storage area requires lower humidity, and the snow wax storage area requires lower temperature, so that the snow wax storage area is suitable for storing snow wax. Compared with the bathroom, the bathroom has higher humidity. The sport warming-up area is arranged on a turning-down sport floor, and generally belongs to the outside of a carriage.

The indoor control module can automatically start and stop the fresh air subsystem according to the monitored indoor air parameters, and the indoor air is fresh. The fresh air subsystem comprises a fresh air device 241, and a fresh air flow field is formed in the system forcibly in a mode that a high-air-pressure large-flow fan supplies air from one side to the indoor space by means of mechanical strength and discharges air from the other side to the outdoor space by a specially designed exhaust fan. The air entering the room is filtered, disinfected, sterilized, oxygenated and preheated while the air is supplied, thereby playing a role in adjusting the air quality in the snow wax carriage.

Outdoor control module includes that the distribution controlling means, the distribution controlling means that control are carried out to the internal distribution of whole snow wax carriage includes: a power distribution unit 51, a mains supply unit, a generator unit and an energy storage unit 54. The power distribution unit 51 includes: when the voltage and the current of the input power supply are detected to be abnormal, the automatic power supply switching device is automatically switched to the standby power supply to supply power to the carriage. By connecting with the energy storage unit 54, the distribution of the electrical energy is performed according to the distribution level in case of an electrical emergency. The energy storage unit 54 includes a UPS uninterruptible power supply device and an inverter for emergency power supply to the in-cabin electric devices. The commercial power unit comprises a phase sequence protector and a phase-lack protector, and is used for connecting a national power grid, detecting the voltage, the current, the phase sequence and the frequency of a 380V three-phase power supply or a 220V single-phase power supply input by the power grid, and stopping power supply in time when a power failure occurs. The generator unit comprises a power supply voltage stabilizer and a circuit breaker, and is used for automatically starting to supply power to the electric device in the carriage when the mains supply is interrupted, and closing in a delayed manner after the mains supply is recovered.

The outdoor control module further comprises a telescopic mechanism control unit and an automatic leveling control unit which are used for controlling the stretching of the drawing carriage, a photovoltaic energy storage control unit which is used for controlling the solar crystalline silicon photovoltaic panel 12, the power generation film and the like, and a carriage intelligent control unit which can realize four carriage drawing modes of automation, manual operation, mobile phone and remote control.

On the other hand, the intelligent control system for the snow wax vehicle trailer compartment body further comprises a snow wax compartment body in-compartment control subsystem which comprises the snow wax compartment body, wherein a rear emergency door 10 is arranged at the tail part of a main compartment body 18 of the snow wax compartment body, so that personnel in the compartment can conveniently escape under emergency; an air-conditioning indoor unit of an independent subarea is arranged at the top of the main carriage body 18 of the snow wax carriage body, and an electric auxiliary heating air conditioner is adopted as the air conditioner. The aim of quickly and powerfully heating is achieved through the adjusting and assisting functions of the electric auxiliary heat on the heat productivity of the air conditioner. When the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is large, the electric auxiliary heating function can be automatically started, and the solar water heater is very suitable for being used in severe cold areas. A storage wall 21 is also provided at the top of the main compartment 18.

Furthermore, in the drawing carriage on one side of the snow wax carriage body, the spaces in the drawing carriage are sequentially arranged as working areas according to the length direction of the main carriage body 18, and as the working areas are working places for waxing by a waxing worker, some pollution is inevitably generated in the waxing process, and a PM10 sensor 441, a PM2.5 sensor 442 and a TVOC sensor 446 are required to be arranged in the working areas to detect the air in the working areas. The controller 70 detects the amount of the PM10 coarse particulate matter that can be inhaled in the vehicle cabin through the PM10 sensor 441. The controller 70 detects PM2.5 respirable fine particulate matter in the cabin via the PM2.5 sensor 442. The controller 70 detects volatile organic compounds in the cabin through the TVOC sensor 446. When the controller 70 detects that any value of the PM10, the PM2.5 and the volatile organic compounds exceeds a set threshold value, the controller 70 is connected with the fresh air device 241 to control the operation of the fresh air device 241.

In the drawing carriage on the other side of the snow wax carriage body, the space in the drawing carriage is sequentially provided with a snow wax storage area 3 and a leisure entertainment area 5 according to the length direction of the main carriage body 18, wherein the working area is opposite to the snow wax storage area 3, and the leisure entertainment area 5 and the working area are arranged in a diagonal manner, so that a waxing worker can conveniently work, and the influence of the waxing worker on resting personnel during working is reduced. Specifically, household appliances and furniture facilities such as a micro kitchen, a breathing oxygen bar, an 8K television, VR entertainment, a refrigerator and a simple bed are arranged in the leisure and entertainment area 5, and the rest of 6 to 8 people can be met at the same time. And 5G signals within several kilometers of the whole snow wax carriage body are fully covered, the problem of surfing the Internet of people inside and outside the vehicle is solved, high-speed interconnection of a mobile phone, a notebook computer and a tablet personal computer is realized, and live broadcast can be carried out by adding a television relay platform. Further, the space between the amusement and leisure area 5 and the snowboard storage area 2 may be preferably provided as a temporary rest area 17, facilitating the players to temporarily rest at the interval of the game.
