Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of machining equipment, in particular to a pipe joint clamp.

Background

The existing accessory pipe joint of the aero-engine has a complex structural form and various size changes, and is difficult to find a proper clamp for clamping and positioning, so that the machining difficulty is high.

As shown in fig. 1, the special pipe joint includes a first joint, a second joint, a third joint to be processed, and a pipe body connecting the first joint, the second joint, and the third joint, and the first joint is deflected at an angle α degrees with respect to a central axis of the pipe body. Because the first joint, the second joint, the third joint and the pipe body of each special-shaped pipe joint are different in size and structure, and the first joint has different deflection angles relative to the pipe body, different clamps are needed for clamping and positioning, and an independent clamp is designed for clamping and positioning each special-shaped pipe joint during machining in the prior art, so that the clamp is low in universality, the machining period for machining the special-shaped pipe joint is long, and the machining cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a pipe joint clamp, which aims to solve the technical problems that the existing pipe joint clamp is difficult to clamp and position a special-shaped pipe joint, so that the special-shaped pipe joint has high processing cost and long processing period.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a pipe joint clamp is used for clamping and positioning a special-shaped pipe joint, the special-shaped pipe joint comprises a first joint, a second joint, a third joint and a pipe body for connecting the first joint, the second joint and the third joint, the deflection angle of the first joint relative to the central axis of the pipe body is alpha degrees, the pipe joint clamp comprises a mounting seat, the special-shaped pipe joint positioning device comprises a fixed angle direction mechanism, a positioning mechanism and a pressing mechanism, wherein the fixed angle direction mechanism is used for adapting to the deflection angle of a first joint relative to a pipe body and positioning the first joint, the positioning mechanism is used for supporting the special-shaped pipe joint and positioning a second joint, the pressing mechanism is used for pressing the positioned special-shaped pipe joint onto the positioning mechanism, the fixed angle direction mechanism comprises a detachably connected base, an angle-shaped supporting rod and a sliding block, the base is fixedly arranged on a mounting seat, the sliding block is slidably arranged on the base along the height direction of the base, and the first end of the angle-shaped supporting; the second end of the angular support rod is suspended towards the outer side of the base, so that the angular support rod is adaptive to the deflection angle of the first joint, and the first joint is positioned through the second end of the angular support rod.

Furthermore, the positioning mechanism comprises a supporting bottom plate fixedly arranged on the mounting seat and a positioning pin detachably arranged on the supporting bottom plate, the supporting bottom plate and the base are oppositely arranged, and the positioning pin protrudes out of the surface of the supporting bottom plate to be matched with the second joint to position the second joint.

Furthermore, the positioning mechanism further comprises a first side plate and a second side plate which are oppositely arranged on two sides of the supporting bottom plate, and the pressing mechanism is detachably arranged on the first side plate and the second side plate so as to press the special-shaped pipe joint which is positioned on the supporting bottom plate through the angular supporting rod and the positioning pin.

Furthermore, the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing plate, a pressing pin and a fastener, wherein the pressing pin and the fastener are detachably arranged on the pressing plate, the first side of the pressing plate is hinged to the first side plate, the second side of the pressing plate is fixedly connected with the second side plate through the fastener, and the pressing pin protrudes out of the surface of the pressing plate and is arranged to abut against and press the pipe body positioned in the positioning mechanism.

Furthermore, the pressing plate is provided with a mounting hole for accommodating the pressing pin and a first positioning hole which is perpendicular to the mounting hole and is arranged, the mounting end of the pressing pin is provided with a second positioning hole, the pressing end of the pressing pin is provided with an elastic wear-resistant layer, and the pressing mechanism further comprises a bolt which penetrates through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole so that the pressing pin can be detachably connected to the pressing plate.

Further, the pipe joint clamp further comprises a fastening reinforcing mechanism, the fastening reinforcing mechanism comprises a first clamping screw and a second clamping screw which are oppositely arranged, the first clamping screw is in threaded fit with the first side plate, and the second clamping screw is in threaded fit with the second side plate so as to clamp the pipe body from two sides of the special-shaped pipe joint.

Further, the pipe joint clamp further comprises a base plate detachably arranged on the supporting base, and the positioning pin penetrates through the base plate.

Furthermore, a central hole is arranged on the mounting seat,

the pipe joint clamp further includes a bushing axially disposed within the central bore.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description

The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the invention can be embodied in many different forms, which are defined and covered by the following description.

It can be understood that the contact fit relationship between each joint of the profile pipe joint 200 and the pipe body 204 may be a plug fit, a snap fit, a socket fit, a threaded fit, or may be formed by integrally forming each joint of the profile pipe joint 200 and the pipe body 204. Alternatively, the first end of the base 1021 is fixed on the surface of the mount 101 by a screw, a pin, or the like; the pressing mechanism 104 may be a pressing plate 1041, a clip, or the like provided on the positioning mechanism 103, as long as the pressing mechanism 104 is used to press the positioned special-shaped pipe joint 200 against the positioning mechanism 103, and the slider 1023 is slidably disposed at the second end of the base 1021 in the height direction of the base 1021.

Further, the positioning mechanism 103 includes a supporting base plate 1031 fixedly disposed on the mounting seat 101 and a positioning pin 1032 detachably disposed on the supporting base plate 1031, the supporting base plate 1031 is disposed opposite to the base 1021, and the positioning pin 1032 protrudes from a surface of the supporting base plate 1031 to cooperate with the second connector 202 to position the second connector 202. It is understood that the support base plate 1031 may be fixed to the mounting seat 101 by screws, pins, etc., and the positioning pins 1032 are inserted into the holes of the second joints 202 to position the second joints 202, and the positioning pins 1032 may be detachably connected to the mounting base plate by bolt fastening. Specifically, the support base plate 1031 is provided with a mounting hole, a positioning end of the positioning pin 1032 passes through the mounting hole and is in clearance fit with the mounting hole, so that the positioning end of the positioning pin 1032 protrudes out of the upper surface of the support base plate 1031 to position the second joint 202, and a threaded end of the positioning pin 1032 is in threaded connection with the support base plate 1031 and is fixed by a fastening nut. The positioning pins 1032 are detachably provided on the support base plate 1031, so that the corresponding positioning pins 1032 can be replaced when the sizes of the holes of the second joint 202 are different, and the universality of the pipe joint clamp 100 is improved.

Further, the positioning mechanism 103 further includes a first side plate 1033 and a second side plate 1034 oppositely disposed on both sides of the supporting bottom plate 1031, and the pressing mechanism 104 is detachably disposed on the first side plate 1033 and the second side plate 1034 to press the special pipe joints positioned on the supporting bottom plate 1031 by the angular support bars 1022 and the positioning pins 1032. By arranging the first side plate 1033 and the second side plate 1034, the special-shaped pipe joint is arranged in a containing cavity formed by enclosing the first side plate 1033, the second side plate 1034 and the supporting bottom plate 1031, so that the pressing mechanism is detachably arranged opposite to the supporting bottom plate 1031 to press and fix the special-shaped pipe joint 200, and the quick assembly of the special-shaped pipe joint 200 is facilitated.

Preferably, referring to fig. 7, in order to improve the stability of the positioning mechanism 103 and prevent the positioning mechanism 103 from swinging on the mounting seat 101, the supporting bottom plate 1031, the first side plate 1033 and the second side plate 1034 are integrally formed to form a U-shaped supporting plate, and the supporting bottom plate 1031, the first side plate 1033 and the second side plate 1034 are all fixedly connected with the mounting seat 101.

Further, the pressing mechanism 104 includes a pressing plate 1041, a pressing pin 1042 detachably disposed on the pressing plate 1041, and a fastener 1043, a first side of the pressing plate 1041 is hinged to the first side plate 1033, a second side of the pressing plate 1041 is fixedly connected to the second side plate 1034 by the fastener 1043, and the pressing pin 1042 protrudes from a surface of the pressing plate 1041 and is disposed to abut against and press the pipe body 204 located in the positioning mechanism 103. By arranging that the first side of the pressing plate 1041 is hinged to the first side plate 1033, and the second side of the pressing plate 1041 is fixedly connected to the second side plate 1034 through the fastener 1043, before the special-shaped pipe joint 200 is clamped, the pressing plate 1041 can be rotated with the first side as a fulcrum, so that interference when the special-shaped pipe joint 200 is positioned is avoided, and after the special-shaped pipe joint 200 is positioned, the pressing plate 1041 is rotated and the second side of the pressing plate 1041 is fixedly connected to the second side plate 1034, which is beneficial to preventing the pressing plate 1041 from being lost; the pressing pin 1042 is detachably arranged on the pressing plate 1041, so that the pressing pin 1042 can be assembled according to the size of the pipe body 204 of the special pipe joint 200, and the universality of the pipe joint clamp 100 is improved.

Alternatively, the fasteners 1043 may be bolts, screws, and clips, and correspondingly, screw holes or snaps are provided on the upper end surface of the second side plate 1034.

Further, the pressing plate 1041 is provided with a mounting hole for accommodating the pressing pin 1042 and a first positioning hole arranged perpendicular to the mounting hole, the mounting end of the pressing pin 1042 is provided with a second positioning hole, the pressing end of the pressing pin 1042 is provided with an elastic wear-resistant layer or a rubber pad, the pressing mechanism 104 further includes a plug 1044, and the plug 1044 passes through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole to enable the pressing pin 1042 to be detachably connected to the pressing plate 1041.

Further, the pipe joint clamp 100 further includes a fastening reinforcement mechanism 105, and the fastening reinforcement mechanism 105 includes a first clamping screw 1051 and a second clamping screw 1052 which are oppositely disposed, the first clamping screw 1051 is screw-fitted with the first side plate 1033, and the second clamping screw 1052 is screw-fitted with the second side plate 1034, so as to clamp the pipe body 204 from both sides of the special pipe joint 200. The fastening reinforcing mechanism 105 is arranged to assist in clamping the special-shaped pipe joint 200 from two sides, so that swinging of the special-shaped pipe joint is prevented, and machining precision is improved.

Further, the pipe joint jig 100 further includes a backing plate 106 detachably provided on the support base, and a positioning pin 1032 is provided through the backing plate 106. By providing the shim plate 106 detachably on the support base, the pipe joint can be arranged coaxially with the mount 101, and different-sized shim plates 106 can be fitted according to different-sized shaped pipe joints 200 to improve the versatility of the pipe joint jig 100.

Further, in order to ensure that the machining center of the part is concentric with the rotation center of the machine tool, the mounting seat 101 is provided with a center hole, and the pipe joint clamp 100 further includes a bushing 107 axially disposed in the center hole.

In use, the pipe joint clamp 100 of the present invention, by observing and measuring, assembles the angular support rod 1022 matching the size of the hole of the first joint 201 of the shaped pipe joint 200, so that the angular support rod 1022 is movably provided on the base 1021 through the slider 1023 to match the deflection angle of the first joint 201 of the shaped pipe joint 200, thereby positioning the first joint 201; fitting a positioning pin 1032 matching the size of the hole of the second joint 202 of the contour joint 200 to position the second joint 202; and a proper gasket is selected to be arranged on the mounting base, so that the third joint 203 of the special-shaped pipe joint 200 and the mounting base 101 are coaxially arranged; a hold-down pin 1042 matching the shape and size of the tube body 204 of the shaped tube fitting is fitted to fix the positioned shaped tube fitting 200. Specifically, first, the second end of the angular support rod 1022 is inserted into the first joint 201, and since the first end of the angular support rod 1022 is slidably and rotatably disposed with respect to the base 1021, the second joint 202 of the shaped pipe joint 200 is aligned with the positioning pin 1032 and placed on the gasket, the first joint 201 and the second joint 202 of the complete shaped pipe joint 200 are simultaneously positioned, then, the pressing plate 1041 is rotated, the second side of the pressing plate 1041 is fixedly connected with the second side plate 1034 through the fastener 1043, the pressing pin 1042 on the pressing plate 1041 abuts against the pipe body 204 of the shaped pipe joint 200, and finally, the first clamping bolt and the second clamping bolt are respectively rotated to clamp the pipe body 204, thereby completing the clamping and positioning of the shaped pipe joint 200.
