Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a boom system and an operating vehicle.

Background

In the existing boom system, the gravity center of the boom system is often located at the side of the boom system, so that the boom bears eccentric load and additional torque or side bending moment, and the stability and the operation area of the boom system are seriously influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art.

To this end, the invention provides, in a first aspect, a boom system.

A second aspect of the invention provides a work vehicle.

A first aspect of the present invention provides a boom system, including: a turntable; the arm support comprises a first arm support component and a second arm support component, the first arm support component is hinged with the rotary table, and the second arm support component is positioned on one side of the first arm support component; the first arm frame assembly and the hinge axis of the rotary table form a preset included angle with the horizontal plane, and the hinge axis is inclined upwards from one side of the first arm frame assembly to one side of the second arm frame assembly.

The arm support system provided by the invention comprises a rotary table and an arm support. The arm support comprises a first arm support assembly and a second arm support assembly, the first arm support assembly is hinged with the rotary table, and the second arm support assembly is located on one side of the first arm support assembly. Particularly, a preset included angle is formed between the first arm support assembly and a hinge axis of the rotary table and the horizontal plane, so that the arm support is in an inclined state on the rotary table, and the arm support can have certain pre-torsion and pre-deflection. Further, the hinge axis is inclined upward from one side of the first boom assembly to one side of the second boom assembly. The working vehicle provided by the invention comprises a chassis and the arm support system in any technical scheme. Therefore, all the advantages of the boom system are achieved, and are not discussed in detail herein. Specifically, the turntable is provided on the chassis.

In the technical scheme, the rotary table is rotatably connected with the chassis.

In the technical scheme, the rotary table is rotatably connected with the chassis, so that the rotary table can drive the arm support to rotate, and further, the action requirements in different directions are met.
