The working principle is as follows:

the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a transmission motor is started, the transmission motor drives a driving roller to rotate through a transmission belt, the driving roller drives the transmission belt to run under the action of the transmission roller, the transmission belt can drive a road cone to move, meanwhile, a limiting mechanism can prevent the road cone from moving laterally in the moving process, and when the road cone moves to the right side of the transmission belt, a baffle plate arranged on a support frame can prevent the road cone from moving out of the transmission belt.

And step two, when the road cone moves to the position of a baffle plate on the right side of the transmission device, turning on a stepping motor, driving an output shaft of the stepping motor to drive a spiral screw rod to rotate, enabling the sliding base, a telescopic cylinder, a lifting cylinder and a grabbing mechanism to integrally slide to proper positions through threads on the screw rod by the spiral screw rod, moving the grabbing mechanism to the position right above the road cone through the telescopic cylinder and the lifting cylinder, starting the lifting cylinder when the grabbing mechanism is arranged right above the road cone, enabling the grabbing mechanism to stretch into the interior of the road cone, then retracting a telescopic electric push rod, stopping shrinking when the telescopic branch chain is contracted to be vertical to a telescopic connecting block, lifting the road cone through the lifting cylinder, then starting the stepping motor, moving the road cone to a positioning rotating device, then extending the telescopic electric push rod, enabling the telescopic branch chain to return to the starting position, and then lifting the grabbing mechanism.

And step three, after the road cone is locked by the rotary positioning device, firstly, starting the suction motor to enable the suction rotating plate to rotate to one side of the sticker box, extending the suction electric push rod to enable the suction nozzle on the suction nozzle plate to be tightly attached to the reflective sticker on the sticker box, then controlling the air pump to suck air, enabling the suction nozzle arranged on the suction nozzle plate to generate suction force through the air pipe sucked by the air pump, enabling the suction nozzle to suck the reflective sticker, when the suction pasting device is close to and sucks away the reflective sticker, pushing the push plate by an expansion spring in the sticker box to supplement the sucked reflective sticker position, when the reflective sticker is used up, opening the box cover, storing a new reflective sticker, and then contracting the suction electric push rod to enable the sucked reflective sticker to pass through the glue brushing device.

And step four, when glue brushing is needed, firstly starting pumps at two ends of the glue storage tank, extracting the glue in the glue storage tank through the glue inlet pipes by the two pumps, then sending the glue into the two hollow rollers through the glue outlet pipes by the two pumps, overflowing the glue through the round holes on the rollers, driving the rollers to rotate and brushing the glue on the light reflecting paste when the light reflecting paste passes through, collecting the flowing-down glue by the glue storage groove when the glue on the rollers flows down along the rollers, and finally enabling the glue to flow into the glue storage tank through a hose connected between the glue storage groove and the glue storage tank so as to achieve recycling.

And step five, when the road cone is pasted with the reflective sticker, firstly adjusting the length of the angle adjusting electric push rod to enable the inclination angle of the rolling plate to be matched with the inclination of the outer side surface of the road cone, then extending the rolling electric push rod to enable the rolling plate arranged on the rolling electric push rod and three rollers in the rolling plate to be pasted with the outer side surface of the road cone, then controlling the positioning rotating device to rotate, and enabling the inclined surface on the rolling plate and the three rollers to smooth and roll the reflective sticker.

And step six, after the pasting and flattening processes of the road cones are completed, starting a lifting cylinder, extending a grabbing mechanism into the interior of the road cones, then contracting a telescopic electric push rod, stopping contraction when the telescopic electric push rod is contracted to a state that an extending branched chain is perpendicular to a telescopic connecting block, then lifting the road cones through the lifting cylinder, and finally starting a grabbing motor to enable a grabbing device to rotate to the other end of a grabbing support, putting down the road cones, repeating the actions, so that the transportation functions of automatically conveying, automatically pasting reflective pastes and automatically placing the road cones are realized, and the problems that the work efficiency is low, the work is complicated and the road cones are pasted with unevenness in the conventional manual road cones are solved.
