The form hanging unit of claim 5, wherein the fastening plate includes a third angled plate having a plurality of first securing holes disposed therethrough and a fourth angled plate having a plurality of second securing holes disposed therethrough and connected perpendicularly to the third angled plate.

A die hanging assembly comprising a plurality of die hanging units as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 and a plurality of connecting members, wherein the plurality of die hanging units are connected end to end, the first corner forming plate and/or the second corner forming plate of two adjacent die hanging units are attached to each other, and the connecting members connect the attached first corner forming plate and/or the attached second corner forming plate.

8. The die set of claim 7, further comprising fasteners, wherein the die units further comprise fastening plates, wherein ends of the fastening plates are connected to the barrier members, and wherein the fasteners are connected to the fastening plates of different die units.

9. A suspended form assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein said fasteners are connected to said fastening plates of two of said suspended form units disposed in opposition.

10. The form hanging assembly of claim 7 wherein said connecting member comprises a pin and a pin tab mating with said pin, or a screw and a nut mating with said screw.

Detailed Description

The die lifting assembly 100 includes four die lifting units 200 and a plurality of connecting members (not shown), wherein the die lifting units 200 are connected end to form the blocking space R, and the connecting members connect every two adjacent die lifting units. In other embodiments of the present application, the die lifting unit 200 may be two, three, five, etc.

Wherein, the barrier member 10 is made of square steel.

The hanging die unit 200 provided by the present application simplifies the assembling process of the hanging die assembly 100 by providing the mounting plates 20 at the two ends of the barrier 10, wherein the mounting plates 20 include a first corner forming plate 21 and a second corner forming plate 22 connected to the first corner forming plate 21, one of the first corner forming plate 21 and the second corner forming plate 22 can be used for connecting the end of the barrier 10, and the other one of the first corner forming plate 21 or the second corner forming plate 22 can be used for connecting the end of the other barrier 10, so as to replace the corner C slot to connect the two adjacent barriers 10. Meanwhile, the mounting plate 20 has a simple structure, can be manufactured by simply punching through a machine tool, and is beneficial to reducing the processing cost of the die hanging unit 200.

In the present embodiment, the mounting plate 20 is substantially "L" shaped, the first angled plate 21 is vertically connected to one side of the second angled plate 22 to form a receiving space, opposite ends of the barrier 10 are received in the receiving space a, and one side of the first angled plate 21 facing the receiving space a is connected to an end of the barrier 10.

In the present embodiment, a plurality of first mounting holes 211 are formed through the first corner plate 21, and the first mounting holes 211 are used for connecting another first corner plate 21, so that another die hanging unit 200 is connected along the extending direction X of the die hanging unit 200. In this embodiment, the die hanging unit 200 further includes a plurality of fastening plates 30, the fastening plates 30 are uniformly disposed on the same side of the barrier 10, the fastening plates 30 are substantially L-shaped, the fastening plates 30 include a third angled plate 31 and a fourth angled plate 32 vertically connected to the third angled plate 31, ends of the third angled plate 31 and the fourth angled plate 32 are connected to the barrier 10, the third angled plate 31 is disposed with a plurality of first fixing holes 311, the fourth angled plate 32 is disposed with a plurality of second fixing holes 321, and the first fixing holes 311 and the second fixing holes 321 are used for the fastening members 400 (see fig. 3). Specifically, the fastener 400 has a substantially L-shape, and the fastener 400 includes a fifth angled plate 401 and a sixth angled plate 402 vertically connected to the fifth angled plate 401, wherein the fifth angled plate 401 has a plurality of third fixing holes 403 formed therethrough, and the sixth angled plate 402 has a plurality of fourth fixing holes 404 formed therethrough.

When assembled, one of the fifth angled plate 401 or the sixth angled plate 402 is disposed on one side of the barrier 10, and the other of the sixth angled plate 402 or the fifth angled plate 401 abuts against the third angled plate 31 or the fourth angled plate 32, such that the fourth fixing hole 404 or the third fixing hole 403 is aligned with the first fixing hole 311 or the second fixing hole 321. A screw rod is inserted through the aligned fourth fixing hole 404 and the first fixing hole 311 or through the aligned third fixing hole 403 and the second fixing hole 321, and a nut is fitted over the screw rod, thereby clamping the fastening member 400 and the fastening plate 30.
