Different enterprises have different product marks, and the same is true for section steel production enterprises. Although the product marks of different section steel production enterprises are different, the marks can be divided into two categories, namely anti-counterfeiting and identification. In order to improve the anti-counterfeiting and identification effects as much as possible, the section steel product is generally provided with two marks, one is a mark label which is adhered or sprayed on the surface of the product after the production is finished, and the other is a convex three-dimensional mark which is rolled on the surface of the product when the final rolling pass is deformed, namely a rolling steel seal.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the invention provides a method for reducing the steel sticking of a roll steel seal for producing hot-rolled section steel, which comprises the steps of chamfering the groove of the roll steel seal, arranging two opposite inner wall surfaces g of the groove into a V-shaped arrangement, controlling an included angle between the inner wall surface of the groove and the outer surface of a roll to be between 55 and 65 degrees, and controlling the depth f of the groove to be between 2 and 4 mm.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the shape of the roll embossed groove is the same as the shape of the mark to be printed on the surface of the section steel, the roll embossed groove is formed on the outer surface h of the roll, the first ends of two inner wall surfaces g of the groove are connected with the groove bottom surface of the groove, the second ends of the two inner wall surfaces g are connected with the outer surface of the roll, the first ends and the second ends of the inner wall surfaces g are opposite ends of the inner wall surfaces g, and the distance between the first ends of the two inner wall surfaces g (i.e., the width of the groove bottom surface) is smaller than the distance between the second ends of the two inner wall surfaces g, so that the groove forms a larger opening on the. Examples 1

When the hot-rolled H-shaped steel products with the specification of H250 multiplied by 125 multiplied by 6 multiplied by 9 are produced on the production line of 5-frame rough rolling and 10-frame continuous rolling, the invention method of the patent is used, namely, the groove steel seal mark invented by the patent is engraved on the roller of the last rolling mill of the continuous rolling mill set, and the raised three-dimensional mark of the web plate of the produced H-shaped steel product is clear and regular after rolling deformation.
