Referring to fig. 6-7, the two side plates of the supporting frame 51 are provided with a movable slot 511, two ends of a mounting shaft 523 inside the butt-joint roller 522 are disposed inside the movable slot 511, a lifting positioning assembly 54 is disposed below the mounting shaft 523, the lifting positioning assembly 54 includes a cylinder 541, an expansion link 542, a positioning support 543 and a movable sleeve shaft 544, an output shaft of the cylinder 541 is connected with the expansion link 542, the upper end of the expansion link 542 is fixed with the positioning support 543, two ends of the positioning support 543 are fixed with the movable sleeve shaft 544, two sides of the working bedplate 2 are provided with a through slot 22 at the connection between the lifting positioning assembly 54 and the cutting roller shaft assembly 52, the cylinder 541 lifts and drives two ends of the positioning support 543 to ascend or descend in the through slot 22, thereby driving the butt-joint roller 522 to ascend and descend to adjust the pressing degree between the butt-joint roller 522 and the cutting roller 521, facilitating the placement of the material to be cut, and adjusting the pressing degree between the butt-joint roller 522 and, the adjustability in the production is increased, the abrasion of the cutter bar is reduced while the quality of a produced product is guaranteed, and the service life of the cutter bar is prolonged.

Referring to fig. 8-10, two ends of the mounting shaft 523 are disposed in mounting grooves 5241 at the connecting end of the docking shaft 524, fixing holes 5242 are formed in the two ends of the mounting shaft 523 and the connecting end of the docking shaft 524, the mounting shaft 523 and the mounting grooves 5241 are fixedly connected by bolts, the cutting roller 521 and the mounting shaft 523 can be detached from the docking shaft 524 when not in use by mounting the bolts in the fixing holes 5242 where the mounting shaft 523 and the mounting grooves 5241 are overlapped, the cutting roller 521 can be replaced, replacement and maintenance are facilitated, and defective products caused by aging and abrasion of blades are avoided.

For better process of cylinder cutting piece of medical folding mask, the embodiment provides a cylinder cutting piece method of medical folding mask, comprising the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps: materials used for manufacturing the mask are placed into the guide rollers 34 for guiding, two groups of materials can be placed in a one-time overlapping mode, the guide motor 32 drives the guide rollers 34 to rotate for guiding, two layers of materials guided in the guide rollers 34 are separated, and the two layers of materials are symmetrically folded and placed into the upper folding and pressing roller 42 and the lower folding and pressing roller 43 for embossing;

step two: the cutting motor 531 is connected with a rotating shaft lever 44 at the side end of the upper folding and pressing roller 42 through a coupling shaft 532 and a connecting belt 533, the surface layers of the upper folding and pressing roller 42 and the lower folding and pressing roller 43 are arranged on embossings with the same radian of the cutting knife strip 5211, the folding and pressing motor drives the lower folding and pressing roller 43 to rotate, the cutting motor 531 drives the lower folding and pressing roller 43 to rotate through the connecting belt 533, and the surfaces of two groups of materials which are folded in half are embossed;

step three: the folding motor is connected with a mounting shaft lever 523 at the side end of the butt joint roller 522 through a belt, two groups of embossed materials are placed in the cutting roller 521 and the butt joint roller 522, the cutting roller 521 is driven by the cutting motor 531 to rotate, the butt joint roller 522 is driven by the folding motor to rotate, the two groups of embossed materials are cut, and the two groups of embossed materials are cut into the shape of the medical folding mask;

step four: the movable sleeve shaft 544 in the lifting and positioning component 54 is sleeved, the two ends of the shaft lever 523 are installed in the butt joint roller 522, and the cylinder 541 lifts to drive the positioning bracket 543 to ascend or descend, so as to drive the butt joint roller 522 to lift, so as to adjust the clamping degree of cutting between the butt joint roller 522 and the cutting roller 521, and facilitate the placement of materials to be cut;

step five: in cutting, both ends of the mounting shaft 523 in the cutting roller 521 are mounted in U-shaped mounting grooves 5241 in the abutting shaft 524, and bolts are mounted in fixing holes 5242 where the mounting shaft 523 and the mounting grooves 5241 overlap, whereby the cutting roller 521 and the mounting shaft 523 can be detached from the abutting shaft 524 even when not in use, and the cutting roller 521 can be replaced.

In summary, in the method for cutting pieces in a drum-type for a medical foldable mask, the upper ends of the fixed shaft levers 33 penetrate through the mounting frame plate 31, the guide motor 32 is installed at the upper end of one of the fixed shaft levers 33, the materials used for manufacturing the mask are placed into the guide rollers 34 for guiding, and can be placed into two groups in a one-time overlapping manner, the guide motor 32 drives the guide rollers 34 to rotate for guiding the materials, so as to improve the flatness of the materials and prevent wrinkles from appearing, thereby affecting the next round of operation, the cutting motor 531 drives the lower folding roller 43 to rotate through the connecting belt 533, embosses the surfaces of the two groups of materials after being folded, shapes the materials after being folded and embossed, thereby facilitating the subsequent cutting, the folding motor is connected with the mounting shaft lever 523 at the side end of the butt roller 522 through the belt, the two groups of materials after being embossed are placed into the cutting roller 521 and the butt roller 522, the cutting motor 531 drives, the folding and pressing motor drives the butt joint roller 522 to rotate, two groups of materials which are printed and pressed are cut, the materials are cut into the shape of the medical folding mask, two groups of cutting knife strips 5211 are arranged, the two groups of materials can be cut simultaneously, the cutting efficiency is improved, the production speed is increased, the production cost is reduced, the air cylinder 541 is lifted and lowered to drive the two ends of the positioning support 543 to ascend or descend in the penetrating groove 22, so that the butt joint roller 522 is driven to ascend and descend to adjust the pressing degree of cutting between the butt joint roller 522 and the cutting roller 521, the materials to be cut are convenient to place, the pressing degree between the butt joint roller 522 and the cutting roller 521 can be adjusted according to requirements, the adjustability in production is increased, the abrasion of the knife strips is reduced while the quality of products is guaranteed, the service life of the knife strips is prolonged, the installation shaft lever 523 is fixedly connected with the installation groove 5241 through bolts, the bolts are installed in the fixed holes 5242 where the installation shaft lever, when the cutting device is not used, the cutting roller 521 and the mounting shaft lever 523 can be detached from the butt joint shaft lever 524, the cutting roller 521 can be replaced, replacement and maintenance are facilitated, and poor products caused by aging and abrasion of blades are avoided.
