The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention discloses a transmission device for a vertical header of a harvester, including a driving shaft connected with an input shaft of a gearbox through a first chain; one end of an output shaft of the gearbox is connected with the driven shaft close to the second output port through a second chain, and the other end of the output shaft of the gearbox is connected with one side of the speed-changing and gear-shifting control mechanism;

a first chain wheel is arranged on the driving shaft, and a first chain is matched with the first chain wheel; a second chain wheel is arranged on an input shaft of the gearbox, and the first chain is matched with the second chain wheel; when the transmission device works, two ends of the first chain are respectively matched with a first chain wheel on the driving shaft and a second chain wheel on the input shaft of the transmission case, and the driving shaft and the input shaft of the transmission case are connected through the first chain, so that the power of the driving shaft is transmitted into the transmission case;

the first output port of the driven shaft is connected with the ear picking and feeding device, the second output port is provided with an overrunning clutch, and the overrunning clutch is connected with the grass discharging and pushing device; when the vertical header of the harvester rotates forwards, the overrunning clutch drives the grass discharging and pushing device to operate, drives the grass discharging and pushing device and related working parts to work, and the ear picking and feeding device connected with the first output port of the driven shaft operates normally; when a blockage fault occurs, the inner sides of the chain wheels in the overrunning clutch are separated, the hubs idle, the connected devices are guaranteed to be static, and the grass discharging and pushing device cannot rotate reversely and is kept in a static state.

the working process of the invention is as follows: during operation, a worker operates an operating rod in a cab to put the gearbox into a forward gear, and the gear speed is put on a proper gear as required to carry out normal harvesting operation; when the corn variety is harvested, the rotating speed of the transmission device needs to be adjusted, and a worker operates an operating lever in a cab to put a gearbox into a proper gear with low speed or high speed so as to adapt to the harvesting operation of the special variety of crops; when the vertical header system is blocked due to poor operation, overlarge feeding amount of an ear picking and feeding device or excessive weeds in harvesting operation, a worker operates an operating rod in a cab at the moment, a gearbox is hung in a reverse gear to drive the ear picking and feeding device to rotate reversely, and blocked materials are discharged mechanically, meanwhile, a grass discharging and pushing device connected with a second output port of a driven shaft cannot rotate reversely, and the second output port of the driven shaft is connected with the grass discharging and pushing device through an overrunning clutch; and after blockages are discharged, operating an operating lever in the cab, re-engaging the gearbox into a forward rotation gear, driving the transmission device to be in forward rotation, namely, the whole vertical header is in forward rotation, and then continuing to cut. The clutch device is arranged on one side of an output shaft of the gearbox, the other side of the output shaft of the gearbox is connected with the speed-changing and gear-shifting operating mechanism, when the blockage fault occurs, the clutch device of the gearbox is in a separation state, power is cut off, and a working component connected with the clutch device is protected from mechanical damage fault caused by overload.
