When the brewing module is used independently, the fast brewing of the beverage can be realized, and the brewing module is very suitable for brewing the beverage and the milk powder in families and small shops.

1. The storage module can take out and store the bottles from the transfer module, and can input the bottles into the brewing module one by one when the drinks need to be brewed, so that the dual functions of storage and transportation are achieved, the size can be effectively reduced, and the equipment integration level is improved.

2. According to the invention, through the design of the brewing module, automatic water adding, water temperature and water quantity control, automatic beverage powder adding, added quantity control and automatic dissolution promotion can be realized, so that the beverage is completely brewed when the bottle is finally taken out, and the brewing module is very convenient and rapid, and is particularly suitable for scenes needing a large amount of powder beverages in a short time, such as a pet culture factory, an infant welfare house, a part of small beverage shops, even a small beverage processing factory and the like.

3. The water supply mechanism can provide constant-temperature water flow for the bottle, and can control the water injection amount and the water injection temperature of the bottle, so that the water temperature and the water amount can be ensured to meet the requirement, and automatic control can be realized, thereby reducing the labor cost.

4. The dissolution promoting mechanism can realize the rapid dissolution of the powdered drink in the bottle, thereby avoiding the unbalanced taste, the waste of the powdered drink and the like caused by the complete dissolution and the uniform distribution of the powdered drink, and simultaneously, the dissolution promoting mechanism causes the water flow in the bottle to be disordered, thereby being capable of rapidly dissolving the powdered drink, and the speed of the dissolution promoting mechanism is even higher than the speed of direct stirring, so the efficiency is very high.

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, a bottle washing and beverage brewing machine includes:

the feeding module B is used for arranging and conveying the bottles to be cleaned to the cleaning module C one by one;

the base module A is used for driving the cleaning module C to rotate and supplying water and gas to the cleaning module;

the cleaning module C is used for cleaning the bottles;

the transfer module D is used for transferring and rotating the bottles;

the storage module E is used for storing the cleaned bottles and inputting the bottles into the brewing module F one by one;

and the brewing module F is used for adding water and beverage powder for brewing one by one to complete the brewing of the beverage.

The feeding module B of this embodiment is described in the chinese invention patent application entitled "a feeding module and a bottle cleaning and beverage brewing machine" filed on the same date as this application.

The base module a, the cleaning module C and the transfer module D of the present embodiment are described in the chinese patent application entitled "a cleaning module and a bottle cleaning and beverage brewing machine" filed on the same date as the present application.

Referring to fig. 2 to 9, the storage module E includes a second conveying auger assembly, an extension top plate E110, a clamping rod E820, and a hopper E320, a first extension vertical plate E111 and a second extension vertical plate E112 are respectively fixed on two ends of the extension top plate E110, the first extension vertical plate E111 and the second extension vertical plate E112 are respectively assembled with the extension screw E410 in a way of circumferential rotation and axial movement, one end of the extension screw E410 penetrates through the extension driving block E120 and the second extension vertical plate E112 and then is connected and fixed with an output shaft of a first storage motor E210 through a coupling, and the first storage motor E210 can drive the extension screw E410 to rotate circumferentially after being started; the extension driving block E120 is fixed at the top of the extension connecting plate E130, the bottom of the extension connecting plate E130 is fixed with an extension mounting plate E132, the extension mounting plate E132 is far away from one end of a first storage motor E210 and is fixed with an extension limiting plate E131, a clamping jaw frame E160 is further installed on the extension mounting plate E132, a second storage motor E220 is installed on the clamping jaw frame E160, an output shaft of the second storage motor E220 is fixedly connected with one end of a clamping jaw reciprocating screw E420 through a coupler, the clamping jaw reciprocating screw E420 penetrates through a clamping jaw driving plate E162 and then can rotate circumferentially and can not move axially with the extension limiting plate E131 for assembly, the second storage motor E220 can drive the clamping jaw reciprocating screw E420 to rotate circumferentially after being started, two spiral grooves which are connected end to end and rotate oppositely are arranged on the clamping jaw reciprocating screw E420, and the spiral grooves are clamped with a clamping jaw reciprocating bulge fixed on the clamping jaw, so that the jaw driving plate E162 can be driven to reciprocate along the axial direction thereof while the jaw reciprocating screw E420 is rotated circumferentially.

The extension screw rod E410 and the extension driving block E120 are assembled in a screwing mode through threads; the extension side plates E113 are respectively installed on both sides of the extension top plate E110, and the extension driving block E120 is engaged with and slidably installed between the two extension side plates E113, so that the extension driving block E120 can be driven to move along the axial direction thereof when the extension screw E410 rotates circumferentially. The bottom of the clamping jaw frame E160 is provided with a clamping jaw sliding groove E161, a first clamping jaw vertical plate E163, a second clamping jaw vertical plate E164 and a third clamping jaw vertical plate E165, the clamping jaw sliding groove E161 is clamped and slidably assembled with a clamping jaw sliding rail E150 fixed on a clamping jaw bottom plate E140, the first clamping jaw vertical plate E163, the second clamping jaw vertical plate E164 and the third clamping jaw vertical plate E165 are respectively clamped and slidably assembled with a clamping jaw driving rod E810, a clamping jaw rack part E811 is arranged on the clamping jaw driving rod E810, the clamping jaw rack part E811 is in meshing transmission with a first clamping jaw gear E340, the first clamping jaw gear E340 is sleeved and fixed on one end of a clamping jaw driving shaft E620, the clamping jaw driving shaft E620 is circumferentially and rotatably assembled with the clamping jaw frame E160, the clamping jaw driving shaft E620 is also fixedly assembled with a second clamping jaw gear E350, the second clamping jaw gear E350 is in meshing transmission with a clamping jaw driving rack E360, and the clamping jaw, the unlocking plate E170 is fixed to the extension mounting plate E132. A clamping jaw stress ring E812 is arranged on a part, located between the second clamping jaw vertical plate E164 and the third clamping jaw vertical plate E165, of the clamping jaw driving rod E810, a clamping jaw spring E330 is sleeved on a part, located between the clamping jaw stress ring E812 and the second clamping jaw vertical plate E164, of the clamping jaw driving rod E810, and the clamping jaw spring E330 is used for applying elastic force, pushed to the clamping jaw rod E820, to the clamping jaw driving rod E810. One end of the clamping jaw driving rod E810 penetrates through a third clamping jaw vertical plate E165 and then is assembled and fixed with a clamping jaw hinging block E840, the clamping jaw hinging block E840 is hinged with one end of a clamping jaw driving block E830 through a second clamping jaw pin E612, the other end of the clamping jaw driving block E830 is hinged with a clamping jaw clamping part E821 of a clamping jaw rod E820 through a third clamping jaw pin E613, a clamping mounting part E822 is further arranged on the clamping jaw rod E820, the clamping mounting part E822 is hinged with a clamping jaw frame E160 through a first clamping jaw pin E611, a clamping arc groove E8211 is arranged on the clamping jaw clamping part E821, and the clamping arc groove E8211 can be attached to the side wall of the bottle so as to clamp the bottle. In this embodiment, the portion of the clip clamping portion E821 that contacts the bottle may be made of elastic, soft, high friction material, such as silicone rubber or rubber; thereby increasing the stability of clamping and grabbing the bottle. In the initial state, the jaw driving lever E810 is at the maximum displacement point toward the clamp lever E820, and the two clamp levers E820 are opened to each other, so that the bottle can be enclosed. When it is desired to clamp the bottle, the jaw driving lever E810 is moved in a direction away from the clamping lever E820 against the elastic force of the jaw springs, so that the two clamping levers E820 are rotated close to each other to clamp the bottle 100 by the clamping portion E821.

One end, far away from the clamping rod E820, of the clamping jaw driving rod E810 penetrates through a first clamping jaw vertical plate E163 and then is installed in a stop casing E180 and is fixedly assembled with a clamping jaw stop plate E850, a hollow stop inner cavity E181 is formed inside the stop casing E180, the clamping jaw stop plate E850 can slide in the stop inner cavity E181, and a stop plate inclined surface E851 is arranged on the clamping jaw stop plate E850. The stop inner cavity E181 is further provided with a stop sliding groove E182, the stop sliding groove E182 can be clamped with a stop sliding block E872 and can be assembled in a sliding mode, the stop sliding block E872 is fixed to a stop locking rod E870, a stop spring E880 is sleeved on a part, located between the inner side end face of the stop sliding groove E182 and the stop sliding block E872, of the stop locking rod E870, the stop spring E880 is used for applying elastic force to the stop locking rod E870 to push the stop inner cavity E181, one end of the stop locking rod E870 penetrates through the stop shell E180 and the unlocking installation block E860 and is assembled and fixed with a limit nut E873, the stop locking rod E870 can be assembled with the stop shell E180 and the unlocking installation block E860 in an axial sliding mode, and the limit nut E873 is used for limiting the maximum displacement of the stop locking rod E870 moving to the stop sliding groove E182.

The stop lock rod E870 is provided with a stop lock rod inclined surface E871 which can be matched with the stop plate inclined surface E851 at one end which is arranged in the stop inner cavity E181, an unlocking slide pin E890 is arranged on the unlocking installation block E860, the unlocking slide pin E890 is clamped in the unlocking slide groove E171 and is assembled with the unlocking slide groove E in a sliding manner, the unlocking slide groove E171 is arranged on the unlocking flat plate E170, the unlocking slide groove E171 is formed by sequentially connecting a first unlocking slide groove E1711, a second unlocking slide groove E1712 and a third unlocking slide groove E1713, the axial distance between the first unlocking slide groove E1711 and the stop lock rod E870 is greater than the axial distance between the third unlocking slide groove E1713 and the stop lock rod E870, and the second unlocking slide groove E1712 is used for smoothly communicating the first unlocking slide groove E1711 and the third unlocking slide groove E1713. When the unlocking slide pin E890 slides into the first unlocking slide groove E1711, the unlocking installation block E860 drives the stop lock rod E870 to retract into the stop slide groove E182 against the elastic force of the stop spring E880, so that the stop lock rod E870 releases the limit of the clamping jaw stop plate E850. When the unlocking slide pin E890 slides into the second unlocking slide groove E1712, the stop spring E880 drives the stop lock bar E870 to move towards the stop slide groove E182 until reset.

The second jaw gear E350 is a one-way gear, and the locking direction of the second jaw gear E350 is a direction in which the first jaw gear E340 drives the jaw driving rod E810 to move away from the jaw lever, that is, the counterclockwise direction in fig. 5 is the locking direction, and the clockwise direction is the rotation direction, and when the first jaw gear E340 is in the rotation direction, the jaw driving shaft E620 cannot be driven to rotate.

Fig. 2 shows a state where the bottles are required to be stored in the storage module E after the bottles are washed, at which time the bottles are rotated by 180 °, and then the second storage motor E220 is driven to push the gripper frame E160 toward the transfer arm until the two gripper clamping portions E821 approach positions on both sides of the body of the bottle, respectively, and the second gripper gear E350 is just engaged with the gripper driving rack E360. Then the clamping jaw frame E160 continues to move towards the transfer arm until the two clamping jaw clamping parts E821 are completely positioned at the positions of two sides of the bottle body, in the process, the second clamping jaw gear E350 is in meshing transmission with the clamping jaw driving rack E360, the clamping jaw driving rack E360 does not move, so that the second clamping jaw gear E350 rotates to drive the first clamping jaw gear E340 to rotate synchronously, the first clamping jaw gear E340 drives the clamping jaw rack part E181 to move towards the direction of the second storage motor and against the elastic force of the clamping jaw spring E330 until the clamping jaw frame E160 pushes towards the transfer arm to the maximum displacement point, at the moment, the bottle is clamped by the two clamping jaw clamping parts E821, the clamping jaw driving rod E810 drives the clamping jaw stop plate E850 to move towards the stop locking rod E870, and the stop locking rod E871 is matched through the stop plate inclined surface E851, so that the stop locking rod E870 is pressed to enable the clamping jaw stop plate E850 to pass through the stop locking rod E870, and the clamping jaw stop locking rod E870 passes through the stop locking rod E880 and then is reset through the stop spring E880, thereby, the locking of the jaw stop plate E850 is achieved, in which the jaw driving lever cannot move toward the clamp gripping portions E821, and both clamp gripping portions E821 keep gripping the bottle. Then the transfer arm mechanism releases the bottle and moves downwards to be separated from the bottle; the second storage motor continues to drive the jaw reciprocating screw E420 to rotate, and the jaw reciprocating screw E420 carries the jaw carriage E160 to move in reverse, thereby bringing the bottles toward the second storage motor E220 until the bottles are positioned above the hopper E320, during which the second jaw gear E350 again engages the jaw drive rack E360 and rotates in reverse, but now in the direction of rotation of the second jaw gear E350, so that the first jaw gear E340 remains stationary. Meanwhile, the unlocking slide pin E890 moves along the first unlocking slide groove E1711 to the third unlocking slide groove E1713, until the unlocking slide pin E890 enters the third unlocking slide groove E1713, the unlocking slide pin E890 applies a pulling force to the unlocking mounting block E860 to the stopping lock rod E870 through the unlocking mounting block E860, so that the stopping lock rod E870 is separated from the clamping jaw stopping plate E850, at this time, because the clamping jaw stopping plate E850 loses the restriction, the clamping jaw spring E330 drives the clamping jaw driving rod E810 to move towards the clamping jaw clamping portion E821, so that the two clamping jaw portions E821 are away from each other and rotate away to release the bottle 100, and the bottle 100 enters the funnel 320. This is done to achieve a constant transfer of bottles 100 from the transfer arm mechanism into the funnel 320.

Of course, if the axial stroke of the jaw reciprocating screw E420 is not enough, the first storage motor can be started, and the extension screw E410 is driven to rotate by the first storage motor so as to drive the whole of the jaw frame E160 and the jaw base plate E140 to move synchronously, so that different strokes are met. Of course, the design is mainly to facilitate later debugging so as to be suitable for different installation environments.

Funnel E320 is fixed at bottle conveyer pipe E310 top, and bottle conveyer pipe E310 bottom is fixed on the storage auger shell E510 of second transport auger subassembly, the second is carried auger subassembly and is still included two parallel mount and store auger axle E520, is provided with on two storage auger axles E520 along its axial helical distribution's storage auger blade E521, and when carrying the bottle, two storage auger blades E521 press from both sides tight bottle 100 to the circumference rotates in order to carry the bottle along its axial displacement. Two ends of a storage auger shaft E520 are respectively assembled with a first storage support plate E511 and a third storage support plate E513 in a circumferential rotation mode and in a non-axial movement mode, one end of each of the two storage auger shafts E520 penetrates through the first storage support plate E511 and then is respectively assembled and fixed with a first storage gear E711, the two first storage gears E711 are respectively in meshing engagement transmission with a second storage gear E712, the second storage gear E712 is sleeved and fixed on a storage auger output shaft E231, one end of the storage auger output shaft E231 penetrates through the second storage support plate E512 and then is arranged in a storage auger motor E230, and the first storage support plate E511, the second storage support plate E512 and the third storage support plate E513 are all fixed in a storage auger shell E510. And a bottle guide strip E630 is further fixed at the communication part of the storage auger shell E510 and the bottle conveying pipe E310, and the bottle guide strip E630 is used for guiding a bottle to stably enter between two storage auger blades E521. When the beverage brewing machine is in actual use, the number of the storage bottles can be increased by prolonging the lengths of the storage auger shaft E520 and the bottle conveying pipe E310, and meanwhile, the bottles can be input into the brewing module F one by one through the two storage auger blades E521 for beverage brewing.

Referring to fig. 2-3 and 10-24, the brewing module F includes a brewing base F110, a water supply mechanism, and a powder supply mechanism, the brewing base F110 is provided therein with a first brewing base plate F111, a second brewing base plate F112, a third brewing base plate F113, and a fourth brewing base plate F114, respectively, the top surface of the brewing base F110 is further fixed with a brewing shield F120, a rotating wheel groove F122 is provided in the brewing shield F120, a brewing rotating wheel F150 is circumferentially rotatably installed in the rotating wheel groove F122, the brewing rotating wheel F150 is provided with a plurality of rotating wheel notches F151 uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction thereof, and the rotating wheel notches F151 are matched with the inner wall of the rotating wheel groove F122 to clamp and convey the bottle 100. The brewing protective cover F120 is provided with a bottle inlet F121 at the position corresponding to the two storage auger blades E521, and when the brewing protective cover is used, the two storage auger blades E521 input a bottle into the runner notch F151 through the bottle inlet F121.

The punching and adjusting rotating wheel F150 is sleeved and fixed on a punching and adjusting rotating wheel barrel F660, the punching and adjusting rotating wheel barrel F660 is sleeved outside the second punching and adjusting screw F640 and can be assembled with the second punching and adjusting screw in a circumferential rotating and axial moving way, the bottom of the punching and adjusting rotary wheel cylinder F660 penetrates through the punching and adjusting shield F120 and then is fixedly sleeved with the first punching and adjusting gear F711, the first brewing gear F711 is in meshing transmission with the second brewing gear F712, the second brewing gear F712 is in meshing transmission with the third brewing gear F713, the second washout gear F712 and the third washout gear F713 are respectively sleeved and fixed on the washout middle rotating shaft F681 and the washout horizontal rotating output shaft F481, the impulse transfer middle rotating shaft F681 and the impulse transfer flat rotating output shaft F481 are respectively assembled with the impulse transfer base F110 in a circumferential rotation manner, and one end of the impulse flat rotating output shaft F481 is arranged in the impulse flat rotating motor F480, and the impulse flat rotating motor can drive the impulse flat rotating output shaft F481 to rotate circumferentially after being started, so that the impulse flat rotating wheel F150 is driven to rotate circumferentially. The punching and leveling motor F480 is arranged on a punching and leveling shield plate F123, and the punching and leveling shield plate F123 is fixed on the punching and leveling shield F120.

The bottom of the second brewing screw F640 is installed in the second brewing screw F650 and is screwed with the second brewing screw F650 through threads, the second brewing screw F650 and the second brewing base plate F112 are assembled in a circumferentially rotatable and axially immovable manner, the second brewing screw F650 is fixedly sleeved with a second brewing worm wheel F782, the second brewing worm wheel F782 is meshed with the second brewing worm part F612 to form a worm gear transmission mechanism, the second brewing worm part F612 is arranged on the brewing worm shaft F610, one end of the brewing worm shaft F610 penetrates through the first brewing base plate F111 and is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the brewing lifting motor F420 through a coupler, and the brewing lifting motor F420 can drive the brewing worm shaft F610 to circumferentially rotate after being started, so that the second brewing screw F650 is driven to circumferentially rotate, and the second brewing screw F640 can be driven to axially move along the second brewing screw F640.

The top of the second brewing screw F640 penetrates through the brewing protective cover F120 and then is assembled and fixed with the brewing lifting plate F130, the brewing protective cover F120 is also assembled and fixed with the bottom of at least one brewing guide shaft F310, the top of the brewing guide shaft F310 penetrates through the brewing lifting plate F130 and then is assembled and fixed with the brewing top plate F140, and the brewing lifting plate F130 can axially slide along the brewing guide shaft F310. A powder supply bracket F131, a sealing bracket F132, a flowmeter F411 (for detecting flow), a water thermometer F412 and a water valve F413 (for controlling the on-off of water flow between a water feeding pipe F323 and a middle water pipe F321) are respectively fixed on the brewing lifting plate F130; the outlet of the water valve F413 is communicated with one end of a water feeding pipe F323, the water feeding pipe F323 is used for feeding water into a bottle, the inlet of the water valve F413 is communicated with the outlet of a flowmeter F411, the detection end of a water thermometer F412 enters a pipeline communicated with the water valve F41 and the flowmeter F411 to detect the water temperature in the pipeline, the inlet of the flowmeter F411 is communicated with a winding inner cavity F331 in a winding shaft F330 through a middle water pipe F321, two ends of the winding shaft F330 are respectively assembled with a winding support plate F141 in a circumferential rotating mode, the winding support plate F141 is fixed on the bottom surface of a brew top plate F140, one end of the winding shaft F330 is also assembled and fixed with one end of a steel strip of a winding clockwork spring F01, the other end of the steel strip of the winding clockwork spring F01 is fixed. The steel belt of the wind-up spring F01 is in an unrolled state when the brew lift plate is closest to the brew top plate, and the state in fig. 11 is when the brew lift plate is farthest from the brew top plate, at which time the steel belt of the wind-up spring F01 is in a wound and spring force storing state. The winding inner cavity F331 is also coaxially assembled with one end of a brewing water outlet pipe F322 in a sealing manner, and can rotate circumferentially, and the other end of the brewing water outlet pipe F322 is communicated with the bottom of the heat preservation water tank F222.

Water supply mechanism includes water tank set spare F200, and water tank set spare F200 includes heat preservation cover F210, water tank F220, and holding water tank F222 sets up in water tank F220 bottom, still is provided with heating water tank F221 in the water tank F220, and it is sealed to cut apart through water tank baffle F230 between heating water tank F221 and the holding water tank F222, water tank F220 is installed in heat preservation cover F210, and the packing has insulation material between the inner wall of water tank F220 and heat preservation cover F210, like heat preservation foam. The heating wire F443 is installed on the inner wall of the heating water tank F221, and the heating wire F443 is heated after being electrified, so that water in the heating water tank F221 is heated and boiled; still install fluviograph F441 in the heating water tank F221, fluviograph F441 is used for surveying the water level in the heating water tank F221, exhaust pipe F292, moisturizing pipe F291 are still installed at heating water tank F221 top, exhaust pipe F292, moisturizing pipe F291 communicate in with heating water tank F221 respectively, install temperature probe F442 in the exhaust pipe F292, temperature probe F442 inserts temperature sensor, and temperature sensor is used for surveying the temperature in the exhaust pipe F292, and the temperature is close to 100 ℃ and keeps behind 10 seconds about in the exhaust pipe F292 and judges as the water boiling in the heating water tank F221. The water supplementing pipe F291 is communicated with an outlet of a water pump, and the water pump is communicated with a clean water source, so that water can be pumped into the heating water tank F221 through the water pump.

The heating water tank F221 is internally provided with a floating limiting ring F252, the floating limiting ring F252 is fixed to the top of a floating switch shaft F250, the bottom of the floating switch shaft F250 penetrates through a water tank partition plate F230 and then enters a heat preservation water tank F222 and is assembled and fixed with a floating ball F240, the floating ball can float on the water surface, a partition plate water hole F231 is formed in the water tank partition plate F230, the floating switch shaft F250 is clamped with the partition plate water hole F231 and can be axially assembled in a sliding mode, a flowing water conduction groove F251 is formed in the floating switch shaft F250, and the part, not provided with the flowing water conduction groove F251, of the floating switch shaft F250 can be assembled with the partition plate water hole F231 in a. If the water temperature of the bottle is higher and the water level is not enough, the circulating pump can be started to reduce the water temperature in the heat preservation water tank, so that the water temperature in the bottle is reduced. The dissolution promoting component comprises a first clutch plate F731 and a second clutch plate F732, the bottom of a clutch connecting shaft F860 penetrates through the first clutch plate F731 and the second clutch plate F732 and then is installed in a clutch slide hole F621 and is fixedly assembled with a spring limiting ring F861, a clutch spring F870 is sleeved on a part, located between the spring limiting ring F861 and the top inner wall of the clutch slide hole F621, of the clutch connecting shaft F860, and the clutch spring F870 is used for applying an elastic force for pushing the spring limiting ring F861, so that the elastic force for pressing the first clutch plate F731 is applied to the second clutch plate F732. The dissolution promoting lifting cylinder F670 is sleeved and fixed with a dissolution promoting cone wheel F721, the dissolution promoting cone wheel F721 and the dissolution promoting hemisphere wheel F722 are in fit transmission or meshing transmission, specifically, the dissolution promoting hemisphere wheel F722 and the dissolution promoting cone wheel F721 are directly in transmission through friction force or meshing, and the transmission is similar to a bevel gear transmission mode. When the device is used, the dissolution promoting motor F490 rotates circumferentially to drive the dissolution promoting hemispherical wheel F722 to rotate circumferentially, the dissolution promoting hemispherical wheel F722 drives the dissolution promoting conical wheel F721 to rotate circumferentially, namely, the dissolution promoting lifting cylinder F670 is driven to rotate circumferentially, and the dissolution promoting lifting cylinder F670 continuously moves axially in a reciprocating manner, so that different positions of the spherical part of the dissolution promoting hemispherical wheel F722 are in fit transmission with different positions of the dissolution promoting conical wheel F721, the transmission ratio of the dissolution promoting hemispherical wheel F722 to the dissolution promoting conical wheel F721 is continuously changed, namely, the rotation speed of the bottle finally received changes, inertia can be effectively broken, and the turbulence of water flow in the bottle is increased continuously. When the dissolution promotion lifting barrel F670 moves upwards, the dissolution promotion pressure spring F870 is squeezed, so that the first clutch disc and the second clutch disc are kept to be always attached and driven through the elasticity of the dissolution promotion pressure spring F870, the second clutch disc is attached to the bottom surface of the feeding bottle, the opening of the feeding bottle is sealed through the sealing cover F810, and when the dissolution promotion lifting barrel F670 moves upwards, the bottle applies upward pushing force to the sealing cover F810 to drive the elasticity of the sealing cover F810 squeezing the sealing cover pressure spring to move upwards. So that the sealing cap F810 keeps the bottle mouth sealed to prevent the liquid inside the bottle from leaking out. After the dissolution promoting motor operates for about 20-25 seconds and the powdered beverage is judged to be completely dissolved, the dissolution promoting motor stops operating, the brewing lifting motor F420 is started to drive the first brewing screw F620 and the second brewing screw shaft F640 to move upwards so as to drive the brewing lifting plate F130 and the bottle 100 after the brewing is completed to move upwards, and the moving speed of the first brewing screw F620 is slightly higher than that of the second brewing screw shaft F640, so that when the upward maximum displacement point of the brewing lifting plate F130 is reached, the bottle can rise to 1/5 at the top of the runner groove F151 (the rising speed of the first brewing screw F620 is higher than that of the second brewing screw shaft F640), and the mode can avoid toppling of the bottle in the process of moving upwards and is convenient for taking out the bottle. After the lifting plate F130 is flushed to the upward maximum displacement point, the sealing motor drives the sealing driving teeth F760 to rotate, so that the sealing guide sliding cylinder F840 is pushed upwards to the maximum displacement point, and the sealing cover is 5-10 cm higher than the bottle opening at the moment, so that the bottle can be taken out conveniently. And in the process of moving the brewing lifting plate upwards, the winding spring drives the winding shaft F330 to rotate circumferentially through the elasticity of the winding spring so as to wind the middle water pipe F321, so that the middle water pipe F321 is prevented from being wound, and after the bottle is taken out, all the devices are reversely rotated and reset.

The operation process of the brewing module is as follows:

1. a bottle is input from the storage module and enters the groove F151 of the rotating wheel, the flushing and leveling rotating motor F480 is started, the flushing and leveling rotating wheel F150 is driven to rotate by 90 degrees and enters the position below the water adding pipe F323, and then the water supplying mechanism adds water to the bottle.

2. After the water is added, the brewing rotating wheel F150 rotates for 90 degrees to reach the lower part of the powder supply pipe F530, and the powder supply mechanism fills beverage powder into the bottle.

3. The brewing rotating wheel F150 rotates by 90 degrees to reach the position above the second clutch disc, and the sealing assembly drives the sealing cover to move downwards, so that the bottle opening is sealed; the dissolution promoting motor F490 is started to drive the second clutch disc to rotate, axially reciprocate and rotate at a stepless speed change, so that the powdered beverage is rapidly dissolved in water.

4. The brewing lifting motor drives the brewing lifting plate F130 and the bottle to move upwards, the sealing assembly resets at last, the bottle is taken out, then the brewing lifting motor reverses and resets, and the next cycle is continued.
