Technical Field

The invention relates to pet electronic products, in particular to a bark detection method and a detection device and a bark stopper with the device.

Background

The pet dogs in cities are more and more, and the pet dogs are easy to bark when being stimulated by external sound, so that other people are affected. To prevent pet dogs from frequently barking or barking for too long a time, bark stoppers have been designed. When the pet dog barks loudly, the pet dog is stopped by stimulating the pet dog.

The existing bark stopper is mostly based on audio judgment and is provided with an annular buckling belt, a high voltage generating device, a detecting device and the like, wherein the annular buckling belt is sleeved on the neck of a pet, the high voltage generating device and the detecting device are arranged on the annular buckling belt, the high voltage generating device is provided with a contact probe, if the detecting device detects that the pet barks, the high voltage generating device works to send high voltage to stimulate the pet through the probe, and the pet is warned that the pet does not dare to bark.

However, the control device of the bark stopper is simple and crude, and large sounds such as door closing sound, horn sound or bark sound of other pet dogs can trigger electric shock, so that the pet dog is not only injured, but also is helpless, and good habits are difficult to develop.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of bark detection.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a bark detection device.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide a bark stopper having the bark detection device described above.

According to one aspect of the invention, a bark detection method is provided, which monitors the violent vibration of the throat of a pet dog by arranging an induction coil in a magnetic field in a bark stopper worn on the head and neck of the pet dog, the violent vibration of the throat causes a relative displacement between the magnetic field and the induction coil when the pet dog barks, so that the induction coil cuts magnetic lines of force of the magnetic field and generates an induced current, and the induced current is collected and compared to judge whether the pet dog is barking.

The induced current generated by the induction coil is used as the judgment basis for judging whether the pet dog is barking or not, so that the judgment accuracy can be improved, and the misjudgment is greatly reduced.

Specifically, the magnetic field is provided by a magnet disposed near an induction coil that is within the range of the magnetic field generated by the magnet.

Specifically, the magnet is arranged on an elastic device, and the throat vibration of the pet dog enables the magnet on the elastic device to elastically vibrate, so that a changing magnetic field is generated to enable the induction coil to generate induction current.

Further, the induced current is collected, compared and judged by a microprocessor provided in the bark stopper.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bark detection device comprising at least one magnet and an inductor positioned within the magnetic field of the magnet, the magnet being mounted on a resilient means which drives the magnet into resilient vibration when the pet dog's larynx vibrates, the inductor's induction coil thereby generating an induced current.

Preferably, the arrangement direction of the elastic device is not coincident with the movement track of the pet dog when the throat of the pet dog vibrates violently.

Further, the arrangement direction of the elastic device is vertical to the movement track of the throat of the pet dog during severe vibration. Therefore, when the pet dog barks, the vibration of the throat can cause the elastic device to drive the magnet to swing to a larger extent, which is beneficial to generating higher induced current and facilitating the detection.

In particular, the elastic means is a spring or a leaf spring.

According to another aspect of the invention, a bark stopper with a bark detection device is provided, which comprises a shell and a main control circuit board arranged inside the shell, wherein the shell is fixed on the throat of a pet dog through a collar, the main control circuit board is connected with a storage battery, the storage battery is used for providing working current, an inductor is arranged on the main control circuit board, the main control circuit board is provided with a frequency comparison unit for collecting and comparing induced current generated by the inductor, and the main control circuit board takes the comparison result of the frequency comparison unit as a judgment basis for sending a bark stopping instruction;

the shell is internally provided with a vibration motor and/or an ultrasonic generator, the vibration motor or the ultrasonic generator is respectively connected with the main control circuit board and receives a bark stopping instruction of the main control circuit board, and the main control circuit board controls the vibration motor to generate vibration or controls the ultrasonic generator to emit ultrasonic waves, so that the pet dog is warned to stop barking.

In some embodiments, an electric shock electrode is arranged outside the shell and is close to the skin of the pet dog, the electric shock electrode is connected with the main control circuit board and receives a bark stopping instruction of the main control circuit board, and the main control circuit board controls the electric shock electrode to generate electric shock, so that the pet dog is punished and stopped barking.

The bark stopper with the bark detection device provided by the invention uses the electromagnetic induction principle, can judge whether the pet dog is barking or not by collecting and comparing the induced current, and warns or punishes the pet dog through vibration or electric shock so as to stop barking. Therefore, the probability of misjudgment of the bark stopper can be greatly reduced, the dog training function can be better exerted, and the pet dog can be helped to develop good habits.
