The invention relates to the technical field of metal plate strip rolling equipment, in particular to a roll changing method of a six-roll rolling mill.

Background

In recent years, domestic copper plate and strip production enterprises invest rolling equipment meeting wide-breadth large coil diameter in many times in order to improve production efficiency and expand product types so as to reduce competitiveness of production cost-raising and product-promoting. The traditional four-roller rolling mill can not meet the control requirement of the strip shape of a copper strip with the width of 650mm and the final rolling thickness of 0.1mm, and the combination of two strip shape control mechanisms, namely the transverse movement of a middle roller and the bending of a working roller of the rolling mill greatly improves the strip shape control capability. In order to ensure the surface quality of the plate and strip materials and prolong the service life of the roller, the main measures are to grind the surface of the roller to improve the roughness of the roller surface and remove a fatigue layer on the roller surface. The roll system structure of the rolling mill is respectively an upper supporting roll assembly body, an upper middle roll assembly body, an upper working roll assembly body, a lower middle roll assembly body, a lower supporting roll assembly body and the like from top to bottom, all rolls are contacted with each other in the rolling process, and a strip passes through between the upper working roll and the lower working roll. The structure leads the grinding frequency of the roller of the rolling mill to be related from high to low: the grinding roller frequency of the upper working roller and the lower working roller is the highest, the grinding roller frequency of the upper intermediate roller and the lower intermediate roller is centered, and the grinding roller frequency of the upper supporting roller and the lower supporting roller is the lowest. Therefore, it is often necessary to replace worn rolls. In the prior art, when a working roll of a six-roll mill needs to be replaced, the working roll and a middle roll of the mill need to be pulled out by a traction trolley at the same time, and then are lifted one by one from the upper part by an overhead traveling crane, so that the working roll can be taken out.

The invention provides a roll changing mode of a six-roll rolling mill, which is designed for solving the problems. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme has the advantages that the tracks are arranged on the rollers of the housing assembly body, and the working rollers and the middle rollers can be pulled out of the housing assembly body independently, so that the working rollers are more convenient to replace, and the roller replacement characteristic is better met.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the technical problem solved by the invention is how to improve the roll changing work efficiency of the six-roll mill.

an upper supporting roll assembly body, an upper middle roll assembly body, an upper working roll assembly body, a lower middle roll assembly body, a lower supporting roll assembly body, a supporting roll replacing track, a middle roll replacing track, a working roll replacing track and a wedge adjusting device are sequentially arranged in a memorial archway assembly body in a six-roller rolling mill from top to bottom, and rollers are arranged below two sides of the lower supporting roll assembly body and correspond to the supporting roll replacing track; idler wheels are arranged below two sides of the lower middle roller assembly body and correspond to the middle roller replacing tracks, and a middle roller replacing catcher is arranged on the lower middle roller assembly body so as to be in hooking connection with a hook of a traction trolley; the upper working roll assembly body and the lower working roll assembly body are connected together in an axial positioning mode through the positioning pins, the rollers are arranged below two sides of the lower working roll assembly body and correspond to the work roll changing tracks, and a work roll changing catcher is arranged on a bearing seat on the operation side of the lower working roll assembly body so as to be connected with a hook of a traction trolley in a hooking mode. And the wedge adjusting device is controlled by an oil cylinder to be in supporting contact with or separated from the lower supporting roller assembly body.

A middle roller replacing bracket is additionally arranged to be matched with the lower middle roller assembly body for use and replacing the middle roller; in addition, a support roll replacing support roll bracket is arranged to be matched with the lower support roll assembly body for use and replacement of the support roll.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is a roll changing method of a six-roll mill, which comprises the following specific steps:

(1) the working rolls are replaced, the six-roll mill is switched to a roll changing working state, a roll changing cart is pushed to the front of the housing to realize butt joint of an upper rail of the cart and an inner rail arranged on the housing assembly, a pressing cylinder is used for unloading, and a piston rod of the pressing cylinder retracts to the right position; the driving oil cylinder controls the wedge adjusting device to fall down, so that the lower supporting roll assembly body falls on the supporting roll replacing track, the lower middle roll assembly body falls on the middle roll replacing track, and the lower working roll assembly body falls on the working roll replacing track; the upper working roll assembly falls on the lower working roll assembly under the action of self weight and is axially positioned through a positioning pin, an upper hook of a traction trolley arranged on a roll changing cart is hung on a roll changing catcher arranged on a bearing seat on the operation side of the lower working roll assembly, the lower working roll assembly and the upper working roll assembly are pulled out of the housing assembly together, then the upper working roll assembly and the lower working roll assembly are hung by a crown block, and the upper working roll assembly and the lower working roll assembly are assembled and pushed into the housing assembly by reverse operation to complete new working roll changing operation;

(2) when the middle roller is replaced and the upper working roller assembly body and the lower working roller assembly body are replaced, a lower hook of the traction trolley is simultaneously hung on a middle roller replacing catcher arranged on a bearing seat on the operating side of the lower middle roller assembly body, the lower middle roller assembly body is pulled out from the housing assembly body, then the upper working roll assembly body and the lower working roll assembly body are hoisted away by a crown block, the middle roller replacing bracket is hoisted on the lower middle roll assembly body, the lower middle roll assembly body is pushed into the memorial archway assembly body by a traction trolley, the upper intermediate roll bending cylinder unloads, the upper intermediate roll assembly falls onto the intermediate roll replacing bracket under the action of dead weight, and is pulled out of the housing assembly by the traction trolley, then, sequentially hoisting an upper middle roller assembly body, a middle roller replacing bracket and a lower middle roller assembly body by using a crown block, and pushing the upper middle roller assembly body and the lower middle roller assembly body into the memorial archway assembly body by reverse operation to complete new middle roller replacing operation;

The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a roll system structure of a six-roll rolling mill and a relationship between new and old roll change tracks, in which the left half of fig. 1 shows an operating state of a new roll system (where rolls are put into use for the first time and roll diameters are all the maximum values), and the right half shows an operating state of a minimum old roll system (where rolls have been ground to a service life limit). :

A middle roller replacing bracket 13 is arranged to be matched with the lower middle roller assembly body 6 for use and replacing the middle roller; in addition, a support roll replacing support roll bracket is arranged to be matched with the lower support roll assembly body 7 for use and replacement of the support roll.

Fig. 4 shows a roll changing method of a six-roll mill, which comprises the following specific steps:

(1) the working rolls are replaced, the six-roll mill is switched to a roll changing working state, the roll changing cart 14 is inserted into the housing assembly 1, the press cylinder is pressed down to unload, and the piston rod of the press cylinder retracts to the right position; the driving oil cylinder controls the wedge adjusting device to fall down, so that the lower supporting roll assembly 7 falls on the supporting roll replacing track 8, the lower middle roll assembly 6 falls on the middle roll replacing track 9, and the lower working roll assembly 5 falls on the working roll replacing track 10; the upper working roll assembly body 4 falls on the lower working roll assembly body 5 under the action of self weight and is axially positioned through a positioning pin 41, an upper hook of a traction trolley 12 arranged on a roll changing cart 14 is hung on a roll changing connector 51 arranged on a bearing seat on the operation side of the lower working roll assembly body 5, the lower working roll assembly body 5 and the upper working roll assembly body 4 are pulled out of the housing assembly body 1 together, then the upper working roll assembly body 4 and the lower working roll assembly body 5 are hung by a crown block, and the upper working roll assembly body 4 and the lower working roll assembly body 5 are pushed into the housing assembly body 1 by reverse operation to complete new working roll changing operation;

(2) the middle roller is replaced, and when the upper working roller assembly body 4 and the lower working roller assembly body 5 are replaced, the lower hook of the traction trolley 12 is simultaneously hung on a middle roller replacing catcher 61 arranged on the lower middle roller assembly body 6, the lower middle roller assembly body 6 is pulled out from the memorial archway assembly body 1, then, an upper working roll assembly body 4 and a lower working roll assembly body 5 are hoisted away by a crown block, a middle roll replacing bracket 13 is hoisted on a lower middle roll assembly body 6, the lower middle roll assembly body 6 is pushed into the memorial archway assembly body 1 by a traction trolley 12, the upper middle roller assembly 3 falls on the middle roller replacing bracket 13 under the action of the bending roller, and is pulled out of the memorial archway assembly 1 by the traction trolley 12, then, sequentially hoisting an upper middle roller assembly body 3, a middle roller changing bracket 13 and a lower middle roller assembly body 6 by using a crown block, and pushing the upper middle roller assembly body 3 and the lower middle roller assembly body 6 into the housing assembly body 1 by reverse operation to complete new middle roller changing operation;

(3) change the backing roll, it takes out upper work roll assembly body 4 to trade the backing roll operation, lower work roll assembly body 5 and last middle roll assembly body 3, go on after lower middle roll assembly body 6, upper support roll assembly body 2 drops on lower backing roll assembly body 7 through trading the backing roll support, utilize and trade backing roll hydro-cylinder drive lower backing roll assembly body 7 business turn over memorial archway assembly body 1, then hang lower upper support roll assembly body 2 with the overhead traveling crane in proper order, lower backing roll assembly body 7, reverse operation is with upper support roll assembly body 2, accomplish new backing roll change operation in lower backing roll assembly body 7 impels memorial archway assembly body 1.
