1. A label sticker, comprising:

a bottom layer;

the release layer is coated on the upper surface of the bottom layer;

the lower surface of the first surface material layer is coated or adhered with a high-viscosity adhesive layer, and the lower surface of the first surface material layer is adhered to the release layer through the high-viscosity adhesive layer; and

the lower surface of the second surface material layer is coated with a low-viscosity adhesive layer, the lower surface of the second surface material layer is adhered and attached to the upper surface of the first surface material layer through the low-viscosity adhesive layer, the shape of the second surface material layer corresponds to that of the first surface material layer, and the area size of the second surface material layer is the same as that of the first surface material layer.

2. The label sticker of claim 1, wherein the second facestock layer has a thickness of 0.01mm to 0.1 mm.

3. The label sticker of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the low-tack adhesive layer is 0.01mm to 0.1 mm.

4. The label sticker of claim 1, wherein the material of the second facestock layer is selected from the group consisting of coated paper, teflon, and polypropylene synthetic paper.

5. The label sticker of claim 1, wherein the high tack adhesive layer is made of a material selected from the group consisting of an oil based acrylic adhesive, a water based acrylic adhesive, and a hot melt adhesive.

6. The label sticker of claim 1, wherein the material of the low tack adhesive layer is selected from the group consisting of oil based acrylic adhesive, water based acrylic adhesive, rubber, hot melt adhesive, and silicone.

7. The label sticker of claim 2, wherein the second facestock layer has a thickness of 0.05 mm.

8. The label sticker of claim 3, wherein the thickness of the layer of low-tack adhesive is 0.03 mm.

Technical Field

The application relates to a label sticker, in particular to a label sticker which can prevent residual glue silk in the processing process from interfering the use of the label sticker.

Background

The high stickness of general sticker that has now does not adopt usually glues to avoid the face stickness of gluing of general sticker too strong, and make in the manufacturing process of sticker, remain the silk of gluing on processing machine equipment surface, and also can avoid the general sticker that has now to produce after tearing from attached article and remain the silk of gluing. In order to make the label sticker be stuck on an object which is difficult to adhere to, for example, an object which is stained with a medium such as oil, water, dust and the like on the surface or a low-temperature object, a high-viscosity adhesive needs to be adopted in the existing label sticker. However, in the existing label sticker processing process, because the viscose that coats on the existing label sticker has high stickness, when cutting the continuous sticker material with the cutting die with man-hour, the cutting edge of cutting die also can be stained with the high stickness glue that glues on the continuous sticker material simultaneously, after the cutting edge of cutting die cuts continuous sticker material and finishes leaving the continuous sticker material, just can pull up its high stickness glue that is stained with simultaneously, as shown in fig. 1, and then remain the cellosilk 21 at the surface edge of the finished product 2 of label sticker after cutting, in addition, when pulling open the separation with the continuous waste material that produces after will cutting the finished product of label sticker and processing, the high stickness glue on the finished product of label sticker also can be pulled up simultaneously, remain the cellosilk at the finished product surface edge of label sticker.

The residual glue silk on the surface edge of the finished product of the label sticker is easy to be stuck to dust or other dirty substances, so that the surface edge of the finished product of the label sticker becomes dirty, and the attractiveness of the label sticker is influenced. Meanwhile, when the finished label sticker is rolled or the ink printing is performed on the surface of the finished label sticker, the finished label sticker is rolled or the machine equipment for printing the finished label sticker is easy to interfere the operation of the machine equipment or cause poor printing quality due to the fact that the machine equipment is stained with the adhesive filaments on the surface of the finished label sticker, and even cause the machine equipment to stop swinging. In addition, when the label sticker is used as an electrical appliance insulation sheet, the adhesive thread on the surface of the label sticker may stick to other components. Therefore, how to avoid the residual glue silk in the processing process from interfering the use of the label sticker is still a problem to be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present application is to address the above-mentioned problems, providing a label sticker comprising a base layer; the release layer is coated on the upper surface of the bottom layer; the lower surface of the first surface material layer is coated or adhered with a high-viscosity adhesive layer, and the lower surface of the first surface material layer is adhered to the release layer through the high-viscosity adhesive layer; and a second surface material layer, wherein the lower surface of the second surface material layer is coated with a low-viscosity adhesive layer, the low-viscosity adhesive layer is attached to the upper surface of the first surface material layer, the shape of the second surface material layer is corresponding to that of the first surface material layer, and the area size of the second surface material layer is the same as that of the first surface material layer.

The label sticker is characterized in that the thickness of the second surface material layer is 0.01-0.1 mm.

The thickness of the low-viscosity adhesive layer is 0.01-0.1 mm.

The label-sticker as described above, the material of the second facestock layer being selected from the group consisting of coated paper, teflon and polypropylene synthetic paper.

In the label sticker, the material of the high-viscosity adhesive layer is selected from the group consisting of oil acrylic adhesive, water-based acrylic adhesive and hot melt adhesive.

In the label sticker, the material of the low-viscosity adhesive layer is selected from the group consisting of oil acrylic adhesive, water-based acrylic adhesive, rubber, hot melt adhesive and silica gel.

The label sticker as described above, the second facestock layer having a thickness of 0.05 mm.

The label sticker is characterized in that the thickness of the low-viscosity adhesive layer is 0.03 mm.

By means of the label sticker, the use of the label sticker can be prevented from being interfered by glue silk remained in the processing process.

Detailed Description

For a fuller understanding of the objects, features and advantages of the present application, reference should be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:

an embodiment of the present application provides a label sticker 1, and referring to fig. 2, a manufacturing process of the label sticker 1 includes the following processes.

The label sticker 1 may be subjected to a further printing process or a printing process, for example, printing ink on the second surface material layer 16 on the top layer of the label sticker 1, or printing a carbon ribbon (ribbon) or carbon powder on the second surface material layer 16 on the top layer of the label sticker 1, so that the label sticker 1 may be used as an identification label, an advertisement label or an insulation label, but the label sticker 1 may also be subjected to other processing processes as required, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.

Referring to fig. 3, the label sticker 1 includes a bottom layer 11, a release layer 12, a high-viscosity adhesive layer 13, a first face material layer 14, a low-viscosity adhesive layer 15, and a second face material layer 16. The release layer 12 is coated on the upper surface of the bottom layer 11. The lower surface coating of first surface material layer 14 high stickness glue layer 13, the lower surface of first surface material layer 14 passes through high stickness glue layer 13 is attached in from type layer 12 is last. The "same area size" of the second facestock layer 16 and the first facestock layer 14 as referred to herein means "substantially the same area size", that is, the area size of the second facestock layer 16 is slightly larger than the area size of the first facestock layer 14 due to tolerances or manufacturing requirements, such that the surface edge of the second facestock layer 16 does not significantly exceed the surface edge boundary of the first facestock layer 14 when viewed by the naked eye, in which case the dimensions of the second facestock layer 16 and the first facestock layer 14 are still "the same area size".

In this embodiment, the thickness of the second surface material layer 16 is 0.05mm, but in other embodiments, the thickness of the second surface material layer may be 0.01mm to 0.1mm, or the second surface material layer 16 may have other thicknesses according to different requirements, which is not limited to this embodiment. Meanwhile, the first facing material layer 14 may have the same thickness as the second facing material layer 16, or the first facing material layer 14 may have other thicknesses according to different requirements.

In this embodiment, the thickness of the low adhesive layer 15 is 0.03mm, but in other embodiments, the thickness of the low adhesive layer 15 may be 0.01mm to 0.1mm, or the low adhesive layer 15 has other thicknesses according to different requirements, which is not limited to this embodiment. Meanwhile, the high-viscosity adhesive layer 13 may have the same thickness as the low-viscosity adhesive layer 15, or the high-viscosity adhesive layer 13 may have other thicknesses according to different requirements.

In this embodiment, the material of the bottom layer 11 is Glassine (Glassine), but in other embodiments, the material of the bottom layer 11 may be selected from known materials that can be combined with the release layer 12 according to requirements, and is not limited to this embodiment. In the present embodiment, the material of the release layer 12 is silicone (silicone). In addition, in other embodiments, the bottom layer 11 and the release layer 12 may be replaced by polyethylene laminated release paper.

The first and second facer layers 14 and 16 are made of teflon (polyester fiber), but in other embodiments, the materials of the first and second facer layers 14 and 16 may be selected from a group consisting of art paper, teflon and polypropylene synthetic paper, or any other known materials for carrying adhesives, which is not limited to this embodiment.

In this embodiment, the high viscosity glue may refer to a glue with a viscosity greater than 2pa.s or a glue that can be firmly attached to an object that is difficult to attach, and in this embodiment, the high viscosity glue may also refer to a glue with a viscosity higher than that of the low viscosity glue layer. The material of the high-viscosity adhesive layer 13 is oil acrylic adhesive, but in other embodiments, the material of the high-viscosity adhesive layer 13 may be selected from water acrylic adhesive, hot melt adhesive, silica gel, or other existing known materials that can be used for high-viscosity adhesive, and is not limited to this embodiment. In addition, in this embodiment, the colloid forming the high-viscosity adhesive layer 13 is coated on the lower surface of the first surface material layer 14, so that the high-viscosity adhesive layer 13 is attached to the lower surface of the first surface material layer 14, but in other embodiments, the high-viscosity adhesive layer 13 may be an adhesive film (the adhesive film is loaded by a polyethylene terephthalate substrate or a cotton substrate), and the high-viscosity adhesive layer 13 in the form of an adhesive film is attached to the lower surface of the first surface material layer 14, so that the high-viscosity adhesive layer 13 is attached to the lower surface of the first surface material layer 14.

In this embodiment, the low viscosity glue may refer to a glue with a viscosity less than 2pa.s or a glue that is easier to remove from an attached object, and in this embodiment, the low viscosity glue may also refer to a glue with a viscosity lower than that of the high viscosity glue layer. The material of the low-viscosity adhesive layer 15 is water-based acrylic adhesive, but in other embodiments, the material of the low-viscosity adhesive layer 15 may be oil-based acrylic adhesive, silica gel, rubber, hot melt adhesive, or other existing known materials that can be used for low-viscosity adhesive, and is not limited to this embodiment.

As above the label sticker, through the second surface material layer cover in on the first surface material layer for be stained with glue in the gluey silk at the upper surface edge on first surface material layer also by the second surface material layer covers, from this, the label sticker alright with avoid the remaining gluey silk of course of working to disturb subsequent use of label sticker.

It should be noted that all changes and substitutions equivalent to the described embodiments are intended to be included within the scope of the present application.
