背景技术

目前，居民家家户户装修房屋，都是工匠上门服务，工具也是工匠自带上门，各家需要的材料多少也是不等的，无法使用大型工具，小型工具要每一根量，每一根要对比，临时搭设的卡口很容易移位变形，这样的施工不但费时费力，尺寸也没那么准确。

发明内容

本发明的目的在于提供一种能解决实际问题，使用方便，成本低廉的材料切割尺度卡。

为实现上述目的，本发明的技术内容是：一种材料切割尺度卡，它包括有表尺，定位直角挡板，表尺采用方管制造，上面刻有尺度，表尺的一 头设有连接板与小型切割机螺纹相连。

方管表尺的上方刻有尺度，尺度是从切割机的切割片算起，止度挡板定在什么位置，切出来的材料什么尺寸。

止度挡板的挡板是直角型的，材料抵在挡板上定的什么尺寸就是什么尺寸，止度挡板的一头设有滑套，滑套套在方管表尺的外面，止度挡板不论滑到什么位置都能保持表尺与挡板是直角状态。本发明具有结构构造简单、操作省力省时、便捷的技术特点。

具体实施方式

如图1所示，本发明的一种材料切割尺度卡，它包括有方管表尺1、定位直角挡板2、表尺1采用方管制造，上面刻有尺度，表尺1的一头设有连接板3与小型切割机螺纹相连。

方管表尺的上方刻有尺度4，尺度4是从切割机的切割片算起，切割片为0是起度，挡板为止度，止度挡板定位在什么位置，切出来的材料就是什么尺寸。

止度挡板2是直角型的，材料抵在挡板上，挡板2是按要求定的位，切割出来的材料就是所要求的尺寸。

止度挡板2与表尺1连接部位是滑套5，滑套5套在方管表尺1的外面，滑套5侧边设有定位螺杆螺帽6，止度挡板2不论滑到什么位置，都能保持表尺1与挡板2是直角状态，解决了已有技术的缺陷，带来了施工方便。
