If the condition of staple missing occurs in the finished product of the anastomat, the tissue anastomosis tension on two sides of the wound is uneven, so that the surface tissue of the wound is torn, the anastomosis failure is caused, the pain of secondary wound suture is brought to a patient, even the pain is expanded, the risk of operation failure is increased, therefore, the finished product of the anastomat must ensure that the staples cannot be damaged due to the embedding of the staples in the die holder, and the strict quality detection of the anastomat needs to be carried out in the production. Because the staples are very fine and densely embedded in the micro narrow notches of the die holder, the integrity of the staples embedded in the die holder cannot be detected by common optical imaging and machine vision technologies, and omission or judgment errors caused by difficulty in observation and fatigue easily exist in manual visual detection. The existing radioactive ray transmission detection method can solve the problem of intuitive imaging of the anastomosis nail, but has the defects of expensive equipment, inconvenient maintenance, easy damage to detection operators due to inevitable radiation leakage and the like. In summary, there is a need in the market for a convenient, reliable, and economical automated inspection device for medical staplers.
