Background

With the continuous development of the printing industry, various printing modes and printing processes are developed, and a plurality of new elements are added to printing equipment, printing processes and the like on the basis of the tradition. The original gravure and flexo printing belong to two completely different printing modes, through continuous development, the two modes with different attributes are softened, the finally achieved effect is the same, and meanwhile, the cost can be saved. For the printing product with the pearly luster base, the spreading printing of pearly luster ink is required before the printing and coloring, and then the coloring printing is carried out. Because the spreading printing of the pearl ink belongs to gravure printing, and the subsequent printing belongs to offset printing, different printing modes must be finished by working procedures, so that the production of single working procedure and multiple working procedures inevitably causes various cost increases, and the rejection rate is increased. For the flat paper printing, the printing speed has obvious difference, the production efficiency of the single intaglio printing is about 5000 sheets/h, the printing production efficiency of the offset printing is about 10000 sheets/h, and the difference is two times of the production efficiency, so that the offset printing cannot be recognized by production enterprises.

Therefore, we propose a method of changing gravure pearlescent ink into line flexo printing so as to solve the problems mentioned above.

The invention aims to provide a method for changing gravure pearlescent ink into online flexo printing, which aims to solve the problems of high production cost, high rejection rate and low production efficiency of the existing gravure printing mode in the background technology.
