3. The method of preparing a printable pre-coat film according to claim 2, characterized in that: the monomer is prepared from 5-10% of methyl methacrylate, 10-20% of butyl acrylate, 19-25% of acrylic acid, 25-31% of ethylene versatate and 38-45% of diallyl phthalate according to mass percentage.

The method of preparing a printable pre-coat film according to claim 3, characterized in that: the cross-linking agent is prepared from the following components, by mass, 15-25% of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 20-30% of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 28-35% of methacrylamide ethyl ethylene urea and 30-40% of TM-10030.

5. A method of preparing the printable pre-coat film of claim 4, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:

a. adding 15-20% of deionized water, 15-22% of emulsifier, 0.5-1% of methyl methacrylate, 1-2% of butyl acrylate, 3-4% of vinyl versatate, 2-3% of acrylic acid, 5-6% of diallyl phthalate, 5-8% of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 7-10% of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 11-14% of methacrylamide ethyl ethylene urea and TM-10012-16% into a single-neck flask, and stirring for 40min at normal temperature to obtain a pre-emulsion;

b. fully mixing 0.5-1% of the residual methyl methacrylate, 1-2% of butyl acrylate, 2-3% of acrylic acid, 3-4% of ethylene versatate and 5-6% of diallyl phthalate according to mass percentage to obtain the residual monomer for later use;

c. adding a certain amount of deionized water into a four-neck flask provided with a stirrer, a thermometer and a reflux condenser, heating to 80 ℃, adding 20% of pre-emulsion and 45% of initiator solution, heating to 75 ℃, continuously dropwise adding the rest of pre-emulsion, the rest of monomers and the initiator solution within 1-1.5h after the pre-emulsion in the reaction flask appears blue light, keeping the temperature for 2h after dropwise adding, then cooling to below 40 ℃, adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using ammonia water, and adding a wetting and leveling agent to obtain the double-sided adhesive layer;

d. and (3) coating the double-sided adhesive layer on a coating machine, coating the double-sided adhesive layer on the surface of the pre-coating film by using an anilox roller, drying by using an oven, rolling, detecting the fastness of the coating after the coating processing, standing for 24 hours at room temperature, and putting into use after the fastness is qualified.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of pre-coating films, in particular to a printable pre-coating film and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The precoating film of the printed matter is widely applied to the field of package printing, such as book covers, propaganda picture albums, advertisement posters, various cards, gift bags, high-grade packaging boxes and the like. The traditional precoating film can not be directly printed, can only be printed on paper firstly, and then is covered by the precoating film integrally, and subsequent UV glazing, printing and beautifying can not be carried out, therefore, the existing problems are urgently needed to be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a printable pre-coating film and a method for preparing the same, which can effectively coat UV ink on the pre-coating film.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for preparing a printable pre-coating film, which comprises a pre-coating film and a double-sided adhesive layer, wherein the double-sided adhesive layer is adhered to the pre-coating film.

Preferably, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is prepared from 3-6% of initiator, 5-9% of ammonia water, 4-6% of wetting and leveling agent, 15-20% of deionized water, 15-22% of emulsifier, 20-24% of monomer and 30-35% of cross-linking agent by mass percentage.

Preferably, the monomer is prepared from 5-10% of methyl methacrylate, 10-20% of butyl acrylate, 19-25% of acrylic acid, 25-31% of ethylene versatate and 38-45% of diallyl phthalate according to mass percentage.

Preferably, the cross-linking agent is prepared from the following components, by mass, 15-25% of N-methylolacrylamide, 20-30% of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 28-35% of methacrylamide ethyl ethylene urea and 30-40% of TM-10030.

Preferably, the method of preparing a printable pre-coat film is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:

a. adding 15-20% of deionized water, 15-22% of emulsifier, 0.5-1% of methyl methacrylate, 1-2% of butyl acrylate, 3-4% of vinyl versatate, 2-3% of acrylic acid, 5-6% of diallyl phthalate, 5-8% of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 7-10% of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 11-14% of methacrylamide ethyl ethylene urea and TM-10012-16% into a single-neck flask, and stirring for 40min at normal temperature to obtain a pre-emulsion;

b. fully mixing 0.5-1% of the residual methyl methacrylate, 1-2% of butyl acrylate, 2-3% of acrylic acid, 3-4% of ethylene versatate and 5-6% of diallyl phthalate according to mass percentage to obtain the residual monomer for later use;

c. adding a certain amount of deionized water into a four-neck flask provided with a stirrer, a thermometer and a reflux condenser, heating to 80 ℃, adding 20% of pre-emulsion and 45% of initiator solution, heating to 75 ℃, continuously dropwise adding the rest of pre-emulsion, the rest of monomers and the initiator solution within 1-1.5h after the pre-emulsion in the reaction flask appears blue light, keeping the temperature for 2h after dropwise adding, then cooling to below 40 ℃, adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using ammonia water, and adding a wetting and leveling agent to obtain the double-sided adhesive layer;

d. and (3) coating the double-sided adhesive layer on a coating machine, coating the double-sided adhesive layer on the surface of the pre-coating film by using an anilox roller, drying by using an oven, rolling, detecting the fastness of the coating after the coating processing, standing for 24 hours at room temperature, and putting into use after the fastness is qualified.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the method, the vinyl versatate and the acrylic ester are used as the main copolymer resin, a proper cross-linking system and an emulsification system are selected according to the adhesion property of the UV ink and the surface state of the plastic film, the emulsion with the core-shell structure is prepared by a specific polymerization process, and a proper wetting and leveling agent is preferably selected, so that the coating defect of the emulsion is well overcome;

the double-sided adhesive layer solves the problem of poor printing fastness of the UV ink on the pre-coated film, and the user feedback is good;

in conclusion, the purpose of effectively coating UV ink on the pre-coating film can be achieved by adopting the printable pre-coating film, and the double-sided adhesive layer with stable adhesiveness (the adhesive layer has better adhesive force on one hand and stronger adhesiveness on the other hand on the UV ink printing layer) can be prepared by adopting the preparation method.
