A method for producing POY varieties by FDY equipment is characterized in that: the FDY equipment comprises a process flow, a fiber bundle is subjected to bundling oiling by an oil tanker, a pre-interlacer, a first hot roller, a first fiber dividing roller, a second hot roller and a main interlacer in sequence, and finally, the fiber bundle is subjected to package forming by an ACW-FDY winding head to obtain a finished FDY product; the method for producing POY varieties by the FDY equipment comprises the following steps:

s1, adding a nozzle tip processed by a plowing technology below a spinning beam of the FDY equipment to improve oiling uniformity of tows and reduce spinning tension;

s2, removing the winding oil wheel, the first hot roller, the second hot roller, the first dividing roller and the second dividing roller from the FDY equipment, and adding a first godet and a second godet between the pre-network device and the main network device;

s3, when the FDY equipment is used for producing FDY, 6-8 circles of tows are wound on a first hot roller and a second hot roller, after the tows are changed into a first godet and a second godet, the center position of the tows changes, the position of an ACW-FDY winding head needs to move inwards along the axis of the ACW-FDY winding head, and the second godet, a main network device and the ACW-FDY winding head are located on the same vertical line;

s4, after the modification is completed, the filament bundle sequentially passes through an oil nozzle oiling device below the spinning box body, a pre-network device, a first filament guiding disc and a second filament guiding disc, then passes through a main network device, and finally is subjected to package forming by an ACW-FDY winding head to obtain a POY finished product; the filament bundle is wound for half a circle on the first godet and the second godet; the speed of the first godet is controlled within the range of 3000 m/min-3300 m/min, the speed of the second godet is controlled within the range of 3000 m/min-3300 m/min, and the speed of the second godet is controlled to be 5 m/min-20 m/min faster than that of the first godet; the winding speed of the ACW-FDY winding head is controlled to be 3000 m/min-3500 m/min.

The invention relates to the field of POY fiber production in the polyester industry, in particular to a method for producing POY varieties by FDY equipment.

Background

Based on the change of market quotation, when the FDY product quotation is low, and profitability is reduced, the loss condition sometimes even appears, and the production equipment and the technical process of FDY can be reformed to reach the purpose of producing POY products, so as to obtain greater economic benefit. The production cost of FDY products is higher than that of POY products, because the process is complex, a hot roller heating and shaping link exists, the power consumption is higher, and if the FDY price is lower than that of the POY products in the case of inversely hanging market conditions, the stock overstock is generated, and more importantly, the benefit is reduced.

In order to overcome the problems, the invention provides a method for producing POY varieties by using FDY equipment through equipment transformation and process innovation by depending on an original equipment platform.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a method for producing POY varieties by FDY equipment comprises the following steps that tows sequentially pass through an oil tanker bundling oiling, a pre-networking device, a first hot roller, a first splitting roller, a second hot roller and a main networking device, and are finally subjected to package forming by an ACW-FDY winding head to obtain finished FDY products; the method for producing POY varieties by the FDY equipment comprises the following steps:

s1, adding a nozzle tip processed by a plowing technology below a spinning beam of the FDY equipment to improve oiling uniformity of tows and reduce spinning tension;

s2, removing the winding oil wheel, the first hot roller, the second hot roller, the first dividing roller and the second dividing roller from the FDY equipment, and adding a first godet and a second godet between the pre-network device and the main network device;

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the POY variety produced by FDY equipment and the POY produced by matched POY equipment have no any reduction in quality, are adaptive to market variation, do not meet the regulations of China, flexibly produce the variety required by a client, and greatly improve the competitive power and the profitability of an enterprise.
