1. A fitted closure for a water supply and drainage pipeline, the outlet of which opens into an inspection well, comprising: a closure plate and a support member;

the blocking plate covers the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline, and a sealing strip is arranged at the contact position of the blocking plate and the water supply and drainage pipeline;

installing a plurality of steel plates spliced into the blocking plate at the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline one by one, and arranging a rubber strip at the contact position of the steel plates and the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline;

arranging reinforcing ribs along the seams between the steel plates, and arranging rubber strips at the contact positions of the reinforcing ribs and the seams of the steel plates;

the reinforcing rib is abutted against an adjustable support at one end of a supporting piece, and the adjustable support at the other end of the supporting piece is abutted against the inner side wall of the inspection well;

and the supporting piece is used for tightly supporting the reinforcing rib so as to tightly support the blocking plate to block the water supply and drainage pipeline.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of water supply and drainage engineering, in particular to a water supply and drainage pipeline assembled type blocking plate and a construction method.

Background

At present, when a water supply and drainage pipeline is maintained and repaired, upstream water supply and drainage needs to be plugged. In the prior art, air bag plugging or sand bag plugging is adopted, but under higher water head pressure, the water head pressure which can be borne by an air bag is limited, the air bag is often broken under higher pressure to cause water leakage, and the downstream operation construction and personal safety are affected, while the sand bag plugging can bear higher water head pressure but has insufficient sealing property; therefore, for some pipeline projects needing repair under dry conditions, the plugging technology cannot meet the requirement of pipeline project repair.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide a drainage pipeline assembled type closure plate and a construction method.

The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect, there is provided a fitting type closure for a water supply and drainage pipeline, in which an outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline opens into an inspection well, comprising: a closure plate and a support member; the blocking plate covers the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline, and a sealing strip is arranged at the contact position of the blocking plate and the water supply and drainage pipeline; a reinforcing rib is arranged on one side of the blocking plate close to the inspection well; one end of the supporting piece is supported on the reinforcing rib, and the other end of the supporting piece is supported on the inner wall of the inspection well.

In one embodiment, the closure plate is formed by splicing a plurality of steel plates; the reinforcing ribs are arranged along the seams between the steel plates.

In one embodiment, the contact position of the reinforcing rib and the steel plate is provided with a sealing strip.

In one embodiment, the reinforcing rib comprises two C-shaped steels and a bolt, wherein the two C-shaped steels are arranged oppositely, and the bolt penetrates through webs of the two C-shaped steels respectively and is fixed through a nut; a flange plate at one side of the two C-shaped steels is contacted with the blocking plate; the supporting piece is supported on the flange plate at the other side of the two C-shaped steel.

In one embodiment, the reinforcing rib is H-shaped steel, and a flange plate on one side of the H-shaped steel is in joint contact with the steel plate; the supporting piece is supported on the flange plate at the other side of the H-shaped steel.

In one embodiment, the supporting member comprises a steel pipe, and two ends of the steel pipe are provided with adjustable supporting supports, wherein the supporting support at one end of the steel pipe is supported on the reinforcing rib, and the supporting support at the other end of the steel pipe is supported on the inner wall of the inspection well.

In one embodiment, the sealing strip comprises a rubber sealing strip.

In a second aspect, there is provided a method for constructing a fitting type closure for a water supply and drainage pipeline according to the first embodiment of the first aspect, the method comprising:

installing the blocking plate at the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipe;

a sealing strip is arranged at the contact position of the blocking plate and the water supply and drainage pipe;

one end of a support is connected with the outer side of the blocking plate, and the other end of the support is abutted against the inner side wall of the inspection well

The plugging plate is tightly supported by a supporting piece to plug the water supply and drainage pipeline.

In a third aspect, there is provided a construction method of the fitting type closure for a water supply and drainage pipeline according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, the method comprising:

installing a plurality of steel plates spliced into the blocking plate at the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline one by one, and arranging a rubber strip at the contact position of the steel plates and the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline;

arranging reinforcing ribs along the joints between the steel plates on one side close to the inspection well, and arranging rubber strips at the contact positions of the reinforcing ribs and the joints of the steel plates;

the reinforcing rib is abutted against the adjustable support at one end of the supporting piece, and the adjustable support at the other end of the supporting piece is abutted against the inner side wall of the inspection well;

the reinforcing rib is tightly supported by the supporting piece so as to tightly support the plugging plate to plug the water supply and drainage pipeline.

In one embodiment, a plurality of steel plates are installed at the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline one by one from the bottom to the top.

In one embodiment, when the closure plate needs to be removed, the steel plates are removed in a certain order; and loosening the adjustable support and detaching the support piece, wherein the reinforcing ribs and the steel plates supported by the reorganized support piece are detached when one group of support pieces are detached.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the blocking plate provided by the invention has higher strength and rigidity, can bear higher water head pressure, and has good sealing performance.

Meanwhile, the invention adopts an assembly structure, is convenient to install and dismantle, can be recycled for many times, and can meet the pipeline engineering repair requirements in different environments.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described in connection with the following application scenarios.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a fitting type closure plate for a water supply and drainage pipeline is shown, which comprises a closure plate 1 and a support member 2, wherein the closure plate 1 abuts against the joint of the water supply and drainage pipeline 3 and an inspection well 4, the closure plate 1 can completely cover the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline 3, the closure plate 1 is formed by splicing a plurality of steel plates 11, and a sealing strip 12 is arranged at the contact position of the steel plates 11 and a water supply and drainage pipeline to ensure the sealing performance;

a reinforcing rib 5 is arranged at one side close to the inspection well 4 along the seam between the steel plates 11, wherein a sealing strip 13 is arranged at the contact position of the reinforcing rib 5 and the steel plates 11;

one end of the support member 2 is supported on the reinforcing rib 5, and the other end of the support member 2 is supported on the inner wall of the inspection well 4, and the blocking plate 1 is pressed against by the support member 2.

In one scene, the thickness of the steel plate 11 selected by the steel plate 11 is preferably 1cm or more, and the ratio of each side of the blocking plate 1 and the width of the outlet of the drainage pipeline are 3-5 cm; according to the width restriction of 4 wellheads of inspection shaft, for the convenience of transportation, closure plate 1 divide into 5 and above steel sheet 11 concatenations and forms.

In order to further enhance the sealing performance of the steel plate 11, a weather strip 13 is provided at a contact position between the reinforcing rib 5 and the steel plate 11.

In one embodiment, H-section steel may also be used as the stiffener 5, with the flange plate on one side of the steel contacting the joint between the steel plate 11 and the flange plate on the other side contacting the support 2.

In one embodiment, the sealing strip is a sealing rubber strip.

In one embodiment, the supporting member 2 is composed of a steel tube 21 and adjustable braces 22 at two ends of the steel tube 21, wherein the adjustable brace 22 at one end is supported on the reinforcing rib 5, and the brace at the other end is supported on the inner wall of the inspection well 4.

In a preferred embodiment, the steel pipe 21 is arranged perpendicular to the blocking plate 1, one end of the steel pipe is supported on the inner wall of the inspection well 4, and the other end of the steel pipe is tightly propped against the reinforcing rib 5 through the adjustable support 22, so that the blocking plate 1 is tightly propped against, and the sealing performance and the reliability of the blocking plate 1 for blocking the water supply and drainage pipeline 3 are improved.

In the above embodiment, the assembled blocking plate for the water supply and drainage pipeline has higher strength and rigidity, can bear higher water head pressure, has good sealing performance, adopts an assembled structure, is convenient to install and dismantle, and can be recycled for multiple times.

Meanwhile, aiming at the assembly type plugging plate of the water supply and drainage pipeline 3, the invention provides a construction method of the assembly type plugging plate of the water supply and drainage pipeline 3, which comprises the following steps:

firstly, the steel plates 11 forming the plugging plate 1 are transported to an inspection well 4 in blocks, the steel plates 11 are installed at the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline 3 one by one, and a rubber strip is arranged at the contact position of the steel plates 11 and the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline 3;

arranging a reinforcing rib 5 at the joint of the steel plate 11, and arranging a rubber strip at the contact position of the reinforcing rib 5 and the joint of the steel plate 11;

then the adjustable support 22 at one end of the support member 2 is supported on the inner wall of the inspection well, the adjustable support 22 at the other end is supported on the reinforcing rib 5 so as to support the reinforcing rib 5 tightly, and the steel plate is supported tightly by the reinforcing rib so that the steel plate 11 is tightly attached to the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline.

In the preferred embodiment, the steel plates 11 are installed at the outlet of the water supply and drainage pipeline 3 one by one from the bottom to the top.

When the plugging plate 1 needs to be removed, the steel plate is removed from top to bottom; the adjustable support 22 is loosened and the support members 2 are removed, and the reinforcing ribs 5 and the steel plates 11 supported by the support members 2 are removed when one support member 2 is removed.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, select the closure plate of suitable size according to the size of export in advance, in order to transport the inspection shaft with the closure plate, divide into the polylith steel sheet concatenation with the closure plate and form, transport the polylith steel sheet respectively in the inspection shaft and assemble the shutoff again in water supply and drainage pipeline's exit position, can improve the flexibility, can demolish simultaneously after the installation finishes and retrieve the recycle.

Meanwhile, the blocking plate is made of steel plates with proper thickness, and the rigidity and the water head pressure resistance of the blocking plate can be improved.

When the steel plate is installed, in order to increase the sealing performance of the water supply and drainage pipeline plugging, a rubber sealing strip is arranged at the contact position of the steel plate and the water supply and drainage pipeline; and the position of the joint between the steel plates is provided with a phase angle sealing strip and the joint is reinforced by using a reinforcing rib, so that the sealing performance of the blocking plate can be ensured. In order to further improve the sealing performance and the rigidity of the plugging plate, the supporting piece is arranged to tightly support each reinforcing rib, the plugging plate is tightly supported through the tightly supporting reinforcing ribs, and the sealing performance and the capacity of resisting water head pressure can be further improved.
