Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the polishing apparatus 5 includes a sliding platen 51, a driving motor 52, an actuating shaft 53, an actuating spring 54, a clamping unit 55 and a polishing unit 56; the sliding bedplate 51 is arranged on the limiting columns 32 symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the supporting plate 31 in a sliding fit manner; the lower end surface of the sliding platen 51 is provided with a driving motor 52 through a motor base, an output shaft of the driving motor 52 is connected with an upper end shaft head of an execution shaft lever 53 through a coupling, the lower end of the execution shaft lever 53 is provided with a square bump, the outer wall of the execution shaft lever 53 is provided with an execution spring 54, a clamping unit 55 is arranged on the outer wall of the execution shaft lever 53 in a sliding fit manner, the lower end of the execution shaft lever 53 is provided with a polishing unit 56 in a sliding fit manner, and the polishing unit 56 is fixed with the execution shaft lever 53 through the clamping unit 55; the polishing units 56 with different meshes can be sequentially arranged on the lapping device 6 in a sliding fit mode, so that the polishing units 56 with different meshes can be conveniently and quickly connected to realize the fine polishing function of the outer wall of the end cover of the motor; the lower end of the execution shaft rod 53 fixes a grinding unit 56 with a proper mesh number through a clamping unit 55, then the grinding unit 56 is butted with the auxiliary device 2 through the extension movement of the adjusting cylinder 4, and the grinding unit 56 is used for grinding the end cover of the motor through the rotation of the driving motor 52; grinding device 5 has realized the even processing function of motor end cover through unit 56 of polishing, has guaranteed the processing effect of motor end cover.

With reference to FIG. 4; the clamping unit 55 comprises a clamping sleeve 551, a movable rotary ring 552, a limiting insert block 553, an auxiliary clamp head 554, a supporting spring 555, a clamping spring 556 and an adjusting pull rope 557; the clamping sleeve 551 is sleeved on the outer wall of the execution shaft lever 53 in a sliding fit manner; the outer wall of the clamping sleeve 551 is provided with a movable rotary ring 552 through a bearing, the inner wall of the clamping sleeve 551 is uniformly provided with sliding grooves, a clamping spring 556 is arranged in the sliding groove of the clamping sleeve 551, the limiting insert block 553 is arranged in the sliding groove of the clamping sleeve 551 in a sliding fit manner, the limiting insert block 553 is matched with the clamping spring 556, one end of the adjusting pull rope 557 is connected to the limiting insert block 553, the other end of the adjusting pull rope 557 penetrates through the clamping sleeve 551 and is connected to the movable rotary ring 552, the upper outer wall and the lower outer wall of the limiting insert block 553 are symmetrically provided with auxiliary chucks 554 in a movable connection manner, and the auxiliary chucks 554 are connected with the limiting insert block 553 through a supporting spring 555; when the grinding unit 56 is manually fixed, the screwing movable rotating ring 552 pulls the limiting insert 553 to retract into the sliding groove of the clamping sleeve 551; thrust is applied to the clamping sleeve 551 through the elastic action of the execution spring 54 to drive the clamping sleeve 551 to be sleeved on the upper end of the grinding unit 56 in a sliding mode; the clamping unit 55 has a simple structure, effectively ensures the fixing effect of the clamping unit on the polishing unit 56, and prevents the polishing unit 56 from shaking in the rotating process; the stability of the grinding unit 56 during operation is improved.

See fig. 3 and 7; the polishing unit 56 comprises a fixed circular truncated cone 561, a polishing sleeve disc 562, a positioning column 563, an adjusting fixture 564 and an adjusting spring 565; a frosted sleeve disc 562 is mounted on the side wall of the fixed circular truncated cone 561 through bolts, and the fixed circular truncated cone 561 is arranged at the lower end of the execution shaft rod 53 in an inserting mode; the upper end of the fixed round platform 561 is provided with a square groove matched with the square bump of the execution shaft lever 53, the outer wall of the upper end of the fixed round platform 561 is uniformly provided with a limiting jack for mounting the sanding sleeve 562 through a bolt, the lower end of the fixed round platform 561 is provided with a positioning column 563 in a threaded connection mode, the lower end of the positioning column 563 is provided with a convex square column, the outer wall of the circumference of the positioning column 563 is uniformly provided with an adjusting fixture block 564 in a sliding fit mode, the outer wall of the adjusting fixture block 564 is provided with a ball in a movable connection mode to improve the fit effect between the adjusting fixture block 564 and the limiting cylinder 24, so that the adjusting fixture block 564 is conveniently inserted into the square limiting hole of the limiting cylinder 24, and the adjusting fixture block 564 is connected with the positioning column 563 through an adjusting spring 565; the grinding unit 56 is used for grinding the outer wall of the end cover of the motor; the lower end of the positioning column 563 can be inserted into the limiting cylinder 24, the outer wall of the end cover of the motor is machined and polished through the rotation of the fixing circular truncated cone 561, and in the polishing process, the lower end of the positioning column 563 is inserted into the limiting cylinder 24, so that the stability of the fixing circular truncated cone 561 in the rotation process is kept; thereby improving the polishing effect of the polishing sleeve disc 562; as shown in fig. 8, when the present invention polishes the motor end cover, the adjusting cylinder 4 can perform a telescopic motion to adjust the height of the polishing unit 56, the positioning post 563 can pass through a circular hole in the middle of the motor end cover placed on the material limiting plate 7, so that the positioning post 563 is inserted into the square limiting hole on the limiting cylinder 24, the frosted sleeve 562 can be attached to the periphery of the circular hole on the end cover of the motor, the adjusting cylinder 4 continues to perform telescopic motion to drive the material limiting plate 7 to perform height position adjustment, the position of the material limiting plate 7 is further downward, the larger the jacking force generated by the limiting spring 33 and the auxiliary spring 22 on the lower side of the material limiting plate 7 is, therefore, the grinding force of the motor end cover is larger, so that the grinding degree of the motor end cover is larger, the telescopic amount of the adjusting cylinder 4 can be adjusted when the motor end cover is required to be ground in different degrees, and the applicability of the electric motor end cover grinding machine is improved; and then the driving motor 52 is controlled to rotate to drive the sanding sleeve disc 562 to rotate, so that the sanding sleeve disc 562 polishes the side wall of the circular hole in the end cover of the motor.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the lapping device 6 includes a lapping slider 61, a first spring 62, a U-shaped carriage 63, a guide rod 64, a second spring 65, a slider 66 and a post rod 67; the lap sliding plate 61 is arranged on the inner wall of the supporting plate 31; the lapping sliding plate 61 is provided with a mounting hole, the inner wall of the mounting hole of the lapping sliding plate 61 is uniformly provided with a U-shaped sliding frame 63 in a sliding fit mode, the U-shaped sliding frame 63 is connected with the lapping sliding plate 61 through a first spring 62, the outer wall of the upper end of the U-shaped sliding frame 63 is symmetrically provided with a rectangular groove, a guide rod 64 is arranged in the rectangular groove of the U-shaped sliding frame 63, the outer wall of the guide rod 64 is sleeved with a second spring 65, the sliding block 66 is arranged on the outer wall of the guide rod 64 in a sliding fit mode, the upper end of the sliding block 66 is provided with a post rod 67 in a movable connection mode, and the outer wall of the post rod 67 is sleeved with a rubber sleeve to prevent the outer wall of a motor end cover from being scratched due to overlarge friction force between the post rod 67 and the motor end cover; insert the unit 56 of polishing of different mesh numbers along U type balladeur train 63's rectangular channel in proper order, and stretch the effect of slider 66 through No. two spring 65 tops and can make the unit 56 of polishing fix through post 67, during the use, the manual work is inwards promoted U type balladeur train 63 and is kept the laminating of the lower extreme lateral wall of U type balladeur train 63 with execution axostylus axostyle 53, pull out the unit 56 of polishing again and make the unit 56 of polishing insert to the lower extreme outer wall of execution axostylus axostyle 53 and fix through joint unit 55, bridging device 6 is convenient for lay the unit 56 of polishing of a plurality of different mesh numbers, and during the later stage use, be convenient for choose the unit 56 of polishing of suitable mesh number at any time and fix it, the effectual machining efficiency who improves the motor end cover.

In addition, the invention also provides a forming processing method of the motor end cover, which comprises the following steps: s1: manually placing the motor end cover to be processed in the groove of the material limiting plate 7; and the side of the motor end cover to be machined is kept upward.

S2: selecting a grinding unit 56 with a proper mesh number and moving the grinding unit 56 out of the interior of the lapping device 6, then manually pulling out the grinding unit 56 to enable the grinding unit 56 to be inserted into the outer wall of the lower end of the execution shaft rod 53 and screwing a movable rotating ring 552 to pull a limiting insertion block 553 to retract into a sliding groove of a clamping sleeve 551; thrust is applied to the clamping sleeve 551 through the elastic action of the execution spring 54 to drive the clamping sleeve 551 to be sleeved on the upper end of the grinding unit 56 in a sliding mode; finally, the movable rotating ring 552 is loosened.

S3: the adjusting cylinder 4 works to drive the polishing device 5 to descend; make unit 56 and the motor end cover that treats processing of polishing laminate to the lower extreme of unit 56 of polishing passes motor end cover and auxiliary device 2 and cooperates, and the stable work of driving motor 52 drives the unit 56 of polishing of lower extreme and rotates the even polishing of motor end cover outer wall.

S4: in the polishing process, the polishing units 56 with the mesh number from low to high are continuously selected for polishing until the polishing is finished.
